i was swayed into visiting because there was a yelp x hi,skin event and i missed it but and i was curious about their offerings. the pros: i booked an appointment at random with kamree. she was very nice and professional and i left feeling great! i really love how the entire "store" is brand focused with the brand color story. the cons: this is an open air place meaning service chairs are not stationed for privacy. and there isn't an acceptable area to place purses. unless you ask to set it on a chair... which isn't ideal. also... i feel like they have a sales quota to meet because there a consistent presence of an "upsell". i was persuaded to add the " hydration " add-on. i agreed. however, because it was my first time i was given a complimentary "face sculpt"... however, because i agreed to the upsell... the complimentary service was bumped.. but i didn't realize it until i was done. lol everyone's experience will be different but the takeaways are that they are professional and acknowledgeable. in addition, i think this would be a great place for to have a party. read more

Dana was my esthetician for awhile, back last year. She's so sweet and seems passionate about her work. I've honestly learned a lot about my skin from the results of her technique and recommendations. I've had noticeable improvements on my skin from her facials. I have a history of eczema. Used to get dry patches of skin above my eyelids from when I was younger, and it left scaring that made my skin appear like it was dehydrated or 'aging' because the skin is thin. It's practically gone now. It would also crease my eye makeup. I've also dealt with acne around my cheeks for about two years, so there was some scarring. After getting microdermabrasion after a few sessions, they've been reduced significantly. Adora is also very nice and professional. I've enjoyed my experience at Hi Skin because of their service. I would say the only downside to my experience was that I had to attend one more session (to fulfill three total sessions) before quitting my membership due to moving states. I think it's important to do research or read anything before making a commitment. It is a pricy and upscale experience, so be sure to be knowledgeable about what you are getting into. I still use the skincare line recommended by Dana, because the product itself has delivered désirable results. The facials are in the same room as other clients, so it's not exactly a private service, however, each client has their own esthetician. read more

I visited HiSkin with my daughter for a spa day and the services themselves were wonderful. We each had The Really Good Facial along with microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and a PureLift treatment. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff was great. We left glowing and really loved the treatments. The only issue was at checkout. I tipped 20% for each tech, but with discounts and complimentary services in the mix, the way the tip was calculated was not clearly explained and the final amount ended up higher than I expected. I do not mind tipping well for great service, but I value transparency. Tip for future guests: bring cash for gratuity so you can control the math yourself. Overall, we enjoyed the experience a lot. I just wish the tipping process had been clearer. read more

More of a 3.5 star. I booked The Really Good Facial last minute online with a friend for the Montrose location. Hi Skin offered the Pure Lift booster for free. Check-in was easy after a short questionnaire. It is an open concept so you will hear everyone's beauty routine, the service they are about to receive, along with the clinks and clanks of the salon movements. I did notice Hi Skin upselling the Dermaplaning at the check-in process as well before the facial begins. My esthetician, Claudia, started by offering a blanket then proceeded to explain each step of the facial thoroughly. The Pure Lift was interesting in having a tool tone and contour your facial muscles using micro currents. I overall enjoyed the 60 minute facial. The Really Good Facial covers all the bases. Just a minor detail in Hi Skin not offering any water before or after the services. read more

I called on 12/13/25 and specifically told the person that picked up the phone that I wanted to book the "face form" with Kamree for my husband as part of his SURPRISE Christmas gift. The worker told me that he would make sure no email/text notifications would be sent to him. Come to find out my husband received an email AND text reminder about the appointment... today is the appointment and something told me to call to double check and the rude receptionist that picked up the phone told me that his appointment is with some other person named Leslie... I specifically booked with Kamree. I went ahead and cancelled the appointment. Worst establishment and I heard they make you jump through hoops to cancel your membership too. Thankfully I never signed up for one. read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. 1) The estheticians are great, they are kind and knowledgeable. It's how this place is run that's the problem. The Good: Great specials for first-timers, it's easy to get an appointment, good products used for the facials, friendly estheticians. The Bad: Open concept work stations:it can be very loud at times and overstimulating w/ music and clients convos, coming in and out etc. The sales tactic: they try to up sell you treatments + products. It's their "policy" that they will not let you pay for your service before it begins? Likely b/c they are trying so hard to upsell you to spend more $$$. Also They're constantly running "member promos" with free samples and add on services but I have never once received any of those extra goodies or what not that they claim they do. Additionally, if you do get an "Add-on" service. Keyword ADD they do not extend your appointment time. Instead they skip out on other stuff that's part of your facial and do the "add on" instead of the other stuff. The descriptions for the services feel intentionally vague so its hard to gauge how much value you're actually getting for the services they provide. DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP- They try to sign you up at the counter all rushed and do not provide you a copy of the terms to read either hardcopy or digitally. As I have now found out - they require a 3-month commitment to become a member. When you try to cancel they always say there's never a manager in that day and the manager responds to emails infrequently it seems. The receptionist is rude and it just honestly sours the entire experience. Personally, it does not appear that their admin team understands and is able to manage their billing and credits system. Trying to cancel my membership here after "fulfilling" my membership commitment has been A NIGHTMARE. & has ruined any positive sentiments I did have about my facials and this company. I would stay away from a company that engages in predatory and deceptive business practices. read more

I'm on the membership program here and I am enjoying it very much! Everyone that has cared for me is incredible but I just love Kryslin ! She is so informative , gentle when needed , but strong when needed ( her facial massage is incredible!!). I enjoy coming here 1x a month I look forward to it so much! My skin is problematic with bacteria and clogged pores and she has given so much incredible advice without being pushy about products. I really respect when professionals recommend products but don't seem sales like. As a dental hygienist I understand how hard it is to recommend something for a patient without coming across as "selling" , kryslin does a great job of this. I buy when I can afford it and sometimes I have to pass on it but they never make me feel judged about that. The front desk person is soo friendly! I also love that I can walk here but they also have valet parking if needed. See you all soon! read more

I came on Saturday for a Better Facial with Emily and my skin has never felt or looked better! She asked me a few questions to get to know my skin a little better and every product smelled sooo good!! She talked me through everything she was doing and why. It was my first time ever getting a facial that I was gifted for my birthday. I was a bit nervous but was greeted by the nicest lady at the counter and made me feel super welcomed! I was quickly taken to my chair and introduced to my esthetician and had the most relaxing time! She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable the whole time and talked through the whole process. I can't remember her name off the top of my head but she was a tall beautiful blonde :) I appreciated that she wasn't too pushy trying to sell me products but did offer things that would have been beneficial to my skin needs.
