The pros: - Super easy to book online - Great pricing as compared to booking taxis or some Ubers - my driver from the airport was friendly (but see comment below) Onto the cons: - If your flight arrives early (mine came 1 hour early), they can't easily change their schedule to come pick you up since it's a shared ride - you don't have a choice on when you get dropped off as it depends on who's in your vehicle - my driver to the airport did not drive well... really bumpy and rough and I also was squeezed into a van with a lot of people I would do this again only if maybe I had a bigger group of people to share this with to prevent the stops... but not my first choice in NYC in the future... read more

I had flight that landed at 8:10am and I set my pick up for 8:50 so I had plenty of time to get downstairs and no one was waiting on me. They didn't "dispatch" a driver until 8:50 and I was told it would be 30 minutes. It's not 9:10am and the driver hasn't let. Laughable experience. So absurd that the "information" agent at JFK berated me for using them. I agree. Dispatch insisted that I go to a non-existent welcome center. The driver ended up calling me and directing me to the place I was initially waiting. Return shuttle was 40 minutes early picking me up. Good thing, too, because I ended up only being around 60 minutes early for the flight, despite leaving the hotel ~3h15 minutes before the flight. Also, know that they drop you off at arrivals, not departures. There is no curbside service that I needed for disability. After I landed and got my luggage, I contacted the driver who picked me up at the pickup zone at EWR shortly after. Once I got in the van she told me we're waiting on a few more passengers. I waited in the van for an entire hour and 10 minutes before the remaining passengers got in the van. And despite being the first to arrive, I was the last to be dropped off. So it took me a total of 3 hours to get home (downtown Manhattan) from when I got my luggage. So reliable and inexpensive. I paid $35 for a shuttle from LaGuardia to Manhattan and again back to return home. My return trip to LaGuardia was upgraded to a private car and no extra cost. They are scammers. I booked two shared rides paid for both. First one canceled got refunded 03/18/25 for a reservation for 03/16/25. I just happened to check the night before on 3/17/25 for the 03/18/25 reservation. on second reservation and they canceled that one as well. Claimed they called to let me know they do not pick up in my area. They claimed they call to explain this. There was a call with no message. I had to get an Uber paid for the Uber. So I paid twice. Go Airlink never refunded me for the second cancellation and I have left numerous messages won't return my messages have two separate reservation numbers for two separate days for two different airports. They even lied to Trust Pilot stating they refunded me for both trips but I only received one refund. The first refund was approved on 03/16/25 and hit my bank on 03/18/25. Everything could improve. If you have a choice of Airlink or walk, walk! The driver was slated to arrive in 22 minutes after l clicked the arrive button. After calling dispatch and being lied to 3 times during which they lied about his arrival and offered no other remedy than calling the driver, he arrived after an hour and 5 minutes, spent several minutes looking for a passenger who must have given up in frustration. We went out to the van which had ice on the steps a week after a snowstorm. I had high hopes for this airport shuttle service after an easy booking process and being able to schedule my pickup well ahead of time. The price was also slightly lower than other options. Sadly, my experience turned out to be awful. I hope this review saves someone else from the same. On Friday, August 29, 2025, I had estimated an 8:10 am pickup time from LaGuardia Airport. it was to be a shared ride in an SUV heading to central Manhattan. By the time I grabbed my bag at baggage claim, it was 8:15. I hit the "Ready Now" button in the text message I'd received. Then I waited. and waited. No reply, the ETA on the map said "not available". By the way, before my trip, I had called the company to ask where I would meet the car - do I go outside baggage claim? The answer was a firm "no", and they said I should wait inside and the driver would come to me. I said "you mean he'll be inside the airport?" And she said yes, at the Welcome Center. So, I called the company at 8:37 am - 22 minutes after telling them I was ready for pickup. (Why wasn't the driver already there if I was scheduled for 8:10?). A female apologized and said someone would be on their way soon. The driver would alert me when he was there, which would be 15-20 minutes. A bit after I hung up, the ETA showed 26 minutes. Obviously, the driver had not even left home yet. 37 minutes after that call ended, the driver still wasn't there Call #2 to the company. Now, a seemingly nice man apologized and said "the driver has had car trouble. But we're sending you a private car, a sedan, for free!" How long, I asked. Again, I got 15-20 minutes. So we waited. Oh well - car trouble happens, and at least we're not sharing the ride. Right? 45 more minutes pass, and it's now 10:00, almost 2 hours since I was supposed to be whisked away into Manhattan. The ETA on the map had gotten all the way down to "1 minute" and then "Almost There!" but then mysteriously started creeping up again. WTF. Waiting and searching for that "private sedan." I called Go Airlink for a THIRD time. I was told (by a new person) that the new driver would be there in 3-5 minutes, and she said the ETA I was seeing wasn't associated with the new driver. At this point, we are outside in the Car Service garage, because clearly no one is coming to retrieve me at the Welcome Center. Of course, throughout this ordeal, we kept thinking we should just grab an Uber and be done with it. But I had paid almost $70 already, and didn't want to lose that. When I hung up, I noticed I'd missed a call. I called back and it was our driver saying he was there. I looked and saw no sedan anywhere. A man gets out of an SUV and waves his hands.... A shared ride SUV that had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes before calling me. We had no way of knowing who he was, where to go, etc... And where the heck was our "private sedan, free of charge?" Obviously I was fuming, but tried to keep my cool. "Sorry, we were looking for a sedan, not this shared SUV." He just smiled and mumbled. So, then I asked "Are you Muhammed?" To which he said yes. "So, you're the person who had car trouble and was supposed to be here 2 hours ago?" Then he said something about having just gotten the pick-up request 20-30 minutes ago. At that point, I just let it go - mostly becuase there was another passenger sharing the ride and I didn't want to ruin their day! About 10 minutes into the journey, I decided to turn on my GPS to get a feel for how much longer it would be. The GPS says 13 minutes, but only if we make a U-TURN! "Um, excuse me, but it appears we're heading in the opposite direction of midtown," I say. The driver says "Oh, I go a different way because the tolls are $11, and I don't want to pay that." I am rendered speechless at this point. One would think, after all the crap we'd been through, that the driver would do his best to get us there asap. But no. What should've taken us about 25 minutes or less took 45 minutes. Bottom line - VERY sketchy company. Flat out lied to me about car trouble, private cars, and then had no apology and even made the trip longer due to taking the worst route. I was in a bind about how best to get myself and my luggage from NYC to Newark airport for a trip abroad. (I'm 83) My regular limousine service had raised it's price considerably. I looked for a shuttle service. One I had used years ago was out of business, so, I took a chance with GO Airlink NYC. I even took a chance on reserving the return trip when arriving at 5AM!! They bombard passengers with conflicting pickup locations, leading to a chaotic and infuriating experience. At the time of booking, I received these arrival instructions: Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim and collect your luggage. Locate the Welcome Center near baggage claim and dial 18 from the courtesy phones. Have your confirmation email ready. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area. Safety is paramount; wear your seatbelt during the ride. However, upon arrival at JFK, I got a completely different message: Go National: Hi Jason, it looks like your DELTA AIRLINES flight landed at JFK. Click here to connect with your ground transportation service. The link provided new instructions to go to the Passenger Area and click "I'm Ready." After clicking, no information appeared on the screen. When I called dispatch at (212) 812-2703, they connected me to a driver who offered only vague instructions: "outside the terminal." Ten minutes later, the screen showed "ETA Not Available" (see attached screenshot). This debacle dragged on for two hours before I could leave JFK Airport. Other passengers, also frustrated, echoed the same complaints: "We are at the Welcome Center!" If I could give no stars, I would. We arrived at the airport at 7 am and called to be picked up. The dispatcher said 10-15 minutes to be picked up. Two phone calls later, took over an hour to arrive. I saw the van outside and the driver was asleep while we were inside waiting and he was outside without coming in to get us. Then it made several stops all over the airport packing the van full of passengers. The driver did not give any information as to where we were going or anything. I've been using them for a couple of years for about 4-5 times and always have good experience. They always on time or early, they always text you a day or 2 before to confirm and they always text you when their drivers are on their way, cars are always clean and nice! They also always have someone picking up the phone when I need to change my reservation or have questions which is a little unusual these days, and I love that! I booked a return trip via Airlink, easy to use Web page, first ride was from JFK airport to hotel, I confirmed I landed and they sent a car and not the shared bus ride. They upgraded me with no extra charge. Driver was pleasent and chatted. He did take calls, I believe maybe work related and did not impead on the experience. Felt safe, driver got me there in good time. Return journey - from Springhill Suites to JFK, different driver than I was expecting, very chatty, courteous and made the ride back to the airport enjoyable. Driver let me ride up front, one other family were picked up after me. Driver got us to the airport in plenty of time, felt safe, sorry didn't catch his name or phone number. We booked a round trip 10 passenger van trip from our home in Egg Harbor Township, NJ to the Port in Brooklyn NY on their website several weeks in advance of our trip. We were quoted a price with no promotional deals etc. Based off the price given we booked the reservation by paying for it upfront. We were given a confirmation for each of the reservations. The way you must book a round trip on their website, you pay for each trip individually which we did. On 4/25 two days before we are scheduled to return to Brooklyn from our cruise, I receive a link to click to confirm our return trip. This is the same link we received before our pickup on 4/20. However, when we clicked on the link it said that our trip was cancelled. Not know what this was about and having no other form of transportation from Brooklyn NY back to NJ (Near Atlantic City) I called the company. Please note the call cost $5.99 per minute from my carrier because we were out at sea on a cruise ship. I speak with a young lady who stated that she does see that the trip was canceled in their system, however she would have to put us on hold for her to investigate the issue. I asked if she could send us an email so that we can communication via email since it was free. Mind you, the total call cost me ($174.22) A short time later we received the below email.
