Perfect party place for the young ones and young at heart we had a blast we reserved the place for a private party which is great you have the place to yourself so no worries about who's there besides your family and friends There is so much to do kids had a blast so many areas to play they did a great job making this spot for kids to have some fun and let loose.

I agree with all the positive comments here about Go Bonkers! My daughter loved her time here when she first came for a friend's birthday and decided she wanted to celebrate her own birthday here too a year later! From the first moment I visited to drop off supplies to the end of the party the next day, Mike our host was so incredibly friendly and helpful with giving a tour, helping set up with ALL the decorations and providing supplies, checking everyone in and ultimately making sure our party ran smoothly! All our guests mentioned how much fun the kids had here and I couldn't have asked for a better host and place to celebrate. My daughter was the happiest I've ever seen her and I would do it again. Highly recommend bringing your kids here!! Very reasonably priced as well to be able to book out the whole place to yourselves for a few hours :)

Mike is the Best!! We rented the place for my kids birthday party and the kids had a blast. The place is huge, with so much variety of things to do that the kids will enjoy. Giant interactive Ball pit, slides, mazes, claw machine, balloon room, etc. there is a room for the party and extra tables outside. It's a major plus that the room had a sink, microwave and refrigerator, and they provide utensils, balloon arch frame and table cloths. The only downside is that the fridge was dirty but we understand there was a party before us. what made it special is the great customer service from Mike. He is warm, helpful and just an overall amazing person.

    Balloons!

Definitely a great play spot for the kids. Pics don't lie. I don't give permission to use on any website other than Yelp. Lol There's more areas than the pics but the ball pit and balloons are the big hits for my kids.

Very nice venue for kid's parties. Was there for a 3 year old birthday party and the equipment, staff, and security seemed to be up to par.

I worked with Melissa on the party planning and she provided a lot of tips and reassured me that her and her team would be assisting throughout the party. On the day of the party they set up everything in the party room! The decorations, plates, food, etc. It allowed me to be able to enjoy play time with my son and allowed me to mingle and catch up with the parents. And after the party was over, with a blink of an eye, everything was all cleaned up. :) I find that it's difficult to find good customer service these days so I wanted to point out that the staff I've encountered were all REALLY friendly and I can't thank Melissa enough for a stress-free party. Would highly recommend Peek-a-Boo Factory for a party or even a drop-in with your kids. The play structure is very spacious so I rarely had to crawl to play in there with my son. A big plus!

Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I had a 2-hour party and I believe it should have been strongly discouraged for a party of my size. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.

We were excited to check out Kiddo Adventure and overall enjoyed trying somewhere new. The play structure itself is colorful, modern, and visually appealing. My son especially loved the bright LED-lit slides and the slides that emptied into the ball pit. It definitely has some unique features that make it fun for kids. That said, the biggest drawback for us was how crowded and cramped it felt. We visited on a weekend, and there were back-to-back birthday parties. As soon as one party ended, the staff quickly transitioned to the next one, so there never seemed to be a break in the crowds. The play structure became very busy, especially around the ball pit, where kids were constantly bumping into one another. At times, it felt a little chaotic and not as safe as I would have liked. I think the space would benefit from being a bit larger to better accommodate the number of children, particularly during birthday party hours. While we appreciated the design and attractions, the overall experience felt a little too hectic for our family's preference. I'm glad we visited and don't regret checking it out, but it's probably a one-time visit for us. I imagine weekdays might offer a much calmer experience, so if you're planning a visit, that may be the better option.

They run multiple parties at the same time and you rotate hourly between the gym, food, and arcade. Gym: Nice play structure with a small area for younger kids. Probably most ideal for kids 3-5. Food: Aside from cake, you have to utilize their food options. We had pizza, fried chicken, juice/water/soda and fruit. The dining area is quite small so if you are expecting more than 30 total people, you will feel like sardines. Arcade: Geared towards young kids, but they also have skeeball. Birthday packages are on the pricey side (starting at $750) so probably would wait until kids are at least 4-5 so that they can enjoy everything.

I booked a same-day playtime slot for January 2 at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, my children woke up from their nap with a fever, and as a responsible parent, I chose not to bring sick children into a shared play space. I reached out that same day to explain the situation and request a refund or at least a credit. I never received a response and had to follow up again two weeks later by calling. Only then was I told that no refund or credit would be issued due to their policy. While they repeatedly stated they "empathize" and agree that sick children should stay home, they still refused to offer any accommodation -- not even a credit -- and abruptly ended the conversation. I was also told comparisons like missing flights or Disneyland trips, which felt dismissive and irrelevant to a small, local children's play facility. I understand businesses have policies, but a children's business should also show compassion and common sense when illness is involved. This experience made it clear that customer service and flexibility are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to other parents based on how this situation was handled.

The first portion is play time and then you move to the party room for snacks and cake. You can also have some snacks laid out in the front part of the play area. The party room is in the back and I had meant to go in and give them some basic set-up directions prior to us going in, but totally forgot. I ran into the room while folks were already filing in as I hadn't even viewed the room, yet, and it looked amazing! They had laid out all the snacks and drinks; they supplied plates, napkins, basic party tablecloths and a royal birthday chair and birthday banner. I didn't even have cake stands so brought a few plates from home to display the cupcakes, but they had some cute cake stands and took it upon themselves to beautifully display them! Far better than what I would have done! They even took it upon themselves to move the balloons from spot to spot as the party migrated - whatever looked the best! Then they helped pack up the leftovers and clean everything. Easy peasy. They do include 18% gratuity, but with the amount of mental load they took off my plate, it was 100% worth it. My nephew & I played two. Then as his friends and their parents started arriving, it was the official time for his party start time and so our family could walk through the locked gate into the kids world of swings, slides, climbing walls, and colorful tunnels and passageways. For an estimated 90 minutes, about 20 kids ran through the time of their lives as their parents and Auntie looked on in awe haha! A face painter was also setup on one side of that main room who painted next level and intricate animal, tribal, and celestial themed designs on some of the kids' faces while the others played. When the clock ticked to a certain time, the staff made an announcement to head towards the back party room for pizza, cupcakes, and presents. (My brother chose the food options and arranged for them to be delivered ahead of time.) The staff had setup the room perfectly, with a happy birthday banner over the cupcakes on the middle table, then little tables setup on both sides of that table with snacks, drinks, pizza, goodie bags, and long tables setup in the middle for the kiddos to sit at comfortably as they entered the room. Then the staff served them pizza. It was a sweet time - filled with laughter, smiles, birthday song, and full bellies. What a wonderful Sunday afternoon of childhood bliss!
