As a parent, a few things that I really liked about this camp: 1) they provide snack 2) they make sure the kids wash their hands 3) they have a drive thru pick up/ drop off system. Very easy and convenient. You show your ID to pick up your kid - very safe. 4) the kids did so many activities throughout the day. They would play games and do crafts and it seemed like the workers were very engaged with the kids 5) they share pictures with you at the end of the week. They run multiple parties at the same time and you rotate hourly between the gym, food, and arcade. Gym: Nice play structure with a small area for younger kids. Probably most ideal for kids 3-5. Food: Aside from cake, you have to utilize their food options. We had pizza, fried chicken, juice/water/soda and fruit. The dining area is quite small so if you are expecting more than 30 total people, you will feel like sardines. Arcade: Geared towards young kids, but they also have skeeball. Birthday packages are on the pricey side (starting at $750) so probably would wait until kids are at least 4-5 so that they can enjoy everything.

I worked with Melissa on the party planning and she provided a lot of tips and reassured me that her and her team would be assisting throughout the party. On the day of the party they set up everything in the party room! The decorations, plates, food, etc. It allowed me to be able to enjoy play time with my son and allowed me to mingle and catch up with the parents. And after the party was over, with a blink of an eye, everything was all cleaned up. :) I find that it's difficult to find good customer service these days so I wanted to point out that the staff I've encountered were all REALLY friendly and I can't thank Melissa enough for a stress-free party. Would highly recommend Peek-a-Boo Factory for a party or even a drop-in with your kids. The play structure is very spacious so I rarely had to crawl to play in there with my son. A big plus!

Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I had a 2-hour party and I believe it should have been strongly discouraged for a party of my size. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.

She truly took care of everything, from setup and food refills to coordinating the group photo, cake time, and a smooth wrap-up with goodie bags. The kids had an absolute blast. The space is perfect for a wide range of ages. I loved the layout because parents can relax in the party area while still easily watching their kids play. I booked a same-day playtime slot for January 2 at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, my children woke up from their nap with a fever, and as a responsible parent, I chose not to bring sick children into a shared play space. I reached out that same day to explain the situation and request a refund or at least a credit. I never received a response and had to follow up again two weeks later by calling. Only then was I told that no refund or credit would be issued due to their policy. While they repeatedly stated they "empathize" and agree that sick children should stay home, they still refused to offer any accommodation -- not even a credit -- and abruptly ended the conversation. I was also told comparisons like missing flights or Disneyland trips, which felt dismissive and irrelevant to a small, local children's play facility. I understand businesses have policies, but a children's business should also show compassion and common sense when illness is involved. This experience made it clear that customer service and flexibility are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to other parents based on how this situation was handled.

Interactive technology so children can play in multiple ways by themselves or with one another. Cushy benches all along the facility for parents to relax while children play. The not so good: Only bathroom is the mall bathroom. 20 dollar minimum to get in for 2 hours. Would be nice if there was an hour option. 10 dollar charge if more than one parent or adult goes in?! That charge is ridiculous. Many children are with both parents and i'm guessing this charge is more about space than anything else. The adults SUPERVISING their children are not typically here for their own enjoyment yet they're being charged an extra fee if more than one comes? You're wrong for that. Overall, my child still finds this place fun so I suppose that's what matters most.

Amazingly, Great America is closed on Saturdays, and it was way too hot to be outside. This spot was perfectly air-conditioned and just what we needed. I don't know if I got lucky with the crew on shift, but the staff were on top of it and made our experience awesome. We got to try everything with our tickets, and even I was able to crawl and run through all the attractions. (I'm a petite adult who works out, if you're larger or have bad knees, you might get stuck.) I paid $38 for me and my niece to play together until more kids showed up. There's also a membership for $25/month (one adult + one child), but you have to commit to at least 3 months. This place was worth every penny. My niece made friends right away and ran around playing until closing at 8 PM. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could be even more fun: **1. Bathrooms:** They were a bit of a mess--typical kid chaos, like toilet paper everywhere. Totally expected, but a little more frequent cleaning during peak hours would go a long way. **2. Bazooka Ball:** It took *way* too long to get a game started. Some kids had to leave before it even began, and kids kept asking me, "Is it going to start?" When it finally did, playtime was only 3-5 minutes. That felt rushed, especially after waiting so long. I think it would help to have a set schedule for these games to be posted and spread out throughout the day. It could even be a fun "grand finale" before closing. I get that it takes safety training to run the game, but giving families a clear time to plan around would make a big difference. I can see parents saying after bazooka ball we're going home. Also, I got to play 2times, the guns worked fine the first round--but the second time, mine and my niece's guns were broken. With such a short play window, fiddling with gear that doesn't work really sucked. Before starting a game, someone should test each gun and label the ones that are out of air. That way, every kid gets a fair shot. I'm glad our first round was solid, but I could see a kid being really disappointed if they waited forever, got a broken gun, and then lost. **3. The Tire Slide:** There's a slide in other reviews where kids sit on a tire and roll down a long, fast track. We were so excited to try it--my niece hauled that heavy tire up the stairs, ready to fly--but when she sat on it, nothing happened. It just... stopped. No roll at all. I don't know if they changed the flooring, but it's a huge letdown. That slide was a major selling point for us, and it didn't deliver. I get that speed could be a liability, but even a slight roll would make the climb feel worth it. We all sign the waiver--some fun and freedom here would go a long way. **4. The Ball Pit:** My niece tried to cannonball in--only to find out it's not even full. Just a floor with maybe half an inch of balls, giving the illusion it's deep. She didn't get seriously hurt, but she did hurt her leg jumping in. We sat and watched other kids do the same thing--one after another--slowly realizing the pit wasn't safe for jumping. At trampoline parks, they mix foam blocks in with the balls so kids can jump and swim around safely while staying on top. It also helps staff see everyone and prevents accidents. I think adding something like that would make the ball pit way more fun and way less risky. --- **Things included with your ticket:** - Maze - Trampoline - Jumpy House - Bazooka Ball - Mini Golf - Rock Climbing - All slides **Extras (cost extra):** - Food & water - Arcade games - Claw & candy games They even have a toddler area--secluded and locked off from the bigger kids. Perfect for little ones to roam freely and have a blast. **Suggestions for an even cooler experience:** A game card--like at Chuck E. Cheese--where you can play arcade games unlimited for a set time (starting when you swipe) would be a game-changer. It would keep the energy going and give families more value. Even without the changes I highly recommend this indoor park. I can see this playground getting old after a few times but for my first time here this place was lit and there was a birthday party going on so there was more kids playing hide and seek and tag it was a good time.

What an amazing guy, he greeted us at the entry point and from then on it was smooth sailing. He took care of every single guest, checking them in, giving them instructions patiently, patience matters when all the guests are 10 year olds and their younger siblings! Oscar ensured our party schedule ran smoothly, being flexible with adjusting the Bazooka rounds with the party room food distribution, to make sure our party had hot fresh pizzas when they were ready, moving the Bazooka round to after the food time, and then kids come back to the party room for cake cutting and ice creams. He took care of everything in the party room, including taking photos for us, refilling pitchers and cutting the cake and distributing them. A special shout out to the remaining staff here as well, all the way from planning to exiting the location. We never felt rushed. There were no surprise expenses, only what was discussed and confirmed. My daughter and her friends called it a "fantastic ballistic" experience! I booked the space about 6 weeks in advance online having never set foot in the place before. The venue is great and conveniently located in Tanforan Shopping Mall. The mall is completely dead, but this playspace seems VERY popular! Booking was a breeze and I emailed the coordinator the week prior to confirm details. Cindy was super responsive and easy to coordinate with! She let me come the day before to set up the party room and helped me get tablecloths and some decor in place. Being able to set up our balloon arch the day prior and they fact they provided a backdrop frame/stand was a game changer because the next day, I just had to bring in food and we were all set! We had about 50 guests at the event (adults and kids) and all the guests were SO happy to just walk in and let their kids loose. Everything is padded and super entertaining for all the kids (ages 1-8), so it was VERY easy for the parents to actually be able to hang out and chat without worrying where their kid wandered off to. Clean up was a breeze - Cindy made everything so easy for us and didn't pressure us at all to wrap up and get out. We put everything in trash bags and off we went. I definitely recommend this place for a private party and hope to be back!

Because: - the party coordinator I emailed with was always quick to respond, did so thoroughly, and everything was seamless. - the party host (Mike) was awesome. Friendly, patient, helpful, and a good attitude. There are def some workers here who seem like they may be having a bad day or just don't want to deal with people (noticings on previous visits), but Mike is not like that. I'm grateful we had him! - venue and party room were clean and ready. The set up was exactly as described with an extra table for adults outside the party room. Tableclothes/napkins/plates and a backdrop stand (poles) and tape for decorations were provided. - staff will clean up the party room after, but we did majority because I feel it's rude to just leave everything for one person to clean up after. - our party was from 11-2pm, however guests were allowed to stay and play until they wanted to leave (or until next private party starts). We didn't feel rushed or pressured or stressed. Was probably the best part of the experience. - since there was no party the night before, we were able to decorate the night before the party and I was elated. I don't understand how some places only offer 30 minutes for some quick touches. Works for some but not for me since I enjoy going above and beyond when it comes to decorating. We had time enough to build the balloon arch from scratch and hang up everything else. I will note that the party room has a lot of blemishes on the wall, so I recommend bringing decorations that will cover them. I used balloon clusters and photo printouts. Our total came out to $880 and was well worth the 50 guests we hosted. Wholeheartedly recommend booking a private party here.
