For the entire time I have utilized Go Car Wash, I was under the impression that only the customers who pay the highest amount for their membership receive a spray before wash. Thank you for taking the time to do so. Thank you for making even the lowest level paying members feel like royalty! I appreciate your thoughtfulness. I came to get a car wash, and there was a long line in the member side due to the rain. While I was waiting, the manager and another person were chatting instead of paying attention to the line. Another car pulled up on the non-member side after we were all waiting for a long time to get through. They pulled ahead of all of us. I said something to the two women chatting and they said well ma'am you should have pulled up. I was right in front of the arm. I said it would be helpful if they were paying attention. They got an attitude and when I asked for the manager, one said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused. She said she would cancel my membership if I had a problem. read more

The management here is poor. They cancel your membership due to hearsay. My membership was canceled, which is OK. I found a better car wash anyway, but they were supposed to cancel the charges off my card. The manager promised she lied. My card is still being debited monthly, but I filed fraud charges against it. It is sad that this place is not a professional establishment with professional management and employees. This establishment charged us for a membership without our knowledge or permission after trying to get a regular car wash. After reaching out to the manager, the regional manager, and the company website, the issue has yet to be resolved and the company as a whole has completely ignored us. We were eventually able to contact the manager Tina however she's been absolutely no help and appears to be ignoring us now. I would highly advise staying away from this place unless you want to get scammed out of your money with no help whatsoever. read more

Oh man what an experience. A very long line greeted me as I waited to run my car through the wash. It appears that their systems were down and they were attempting to fix them. Clearly a constant problem based on the reviews I've read. I finally reached the gate where I was greeted by a very rude employee! As I made an effort to tap my phone for purchase, she rudely blurted out,"we don't accept tap, just card or cash! When I shared that I don't carry my cards or cash because I have my phone, she said, " that's your problem not mine!" Oh man at this point I'm not happy so I ask for the owners number or a manager and she says, " the manager is busy and I don't know who the owner is, you need to exit!" I asked with little hope, what if I come right back to pay you, keep my license upon which she blessed with this nugget, just f--- off and take the exit!" Enough said! I would give this place a penny and neither should anyone else. Until companies feel the pain of their poor service this won't change. One of their employees gave me directions to back over the rollers and I had just had new tires installed and a wheel alignment done. Immediately after, my car began to pull to the side. I filled out a claim, asking them to reimburse me the $129 it would cost for a new alignment and the claim was denied - despite the fact that the damage was caused by their employee!! The owners' response was that my car was not in neutral gear but how could it be when their employee instructed me to reverse??? Not only did it take them weeks to get back to me, and only after I went back twice to inquire about the claim - someone named David finally left me a voicemail denying the claim. In a voicemail. Extremely poor customer service. I have a monthly membership that Go Car Wash takes out without hesitation every month. I go and try to use my membership and it NEVER works. I have to wait for an attendant to come, try several times to type in my license plate and then ultimately having to call for a supervisor to come and swipe a card. This holds up the line behind me. I'm sure it infuriates the cars that have to wait, including myself. I pay for a membership so that I can go through the membership line. read my plate, the arm should go up and I should be able to go through get my car washed and be on my way, but that doesn't happen. I've emailed them five (5) times and called four (4) times. All I received was a ticket number, but no response from them in the last eight (8) days. I've tried to cancel my membership but it's virtually impossible to do on-line. You used to be offered an air freshener or a wipe and the attendant as you were waiting for your vehicle to go into the wash, would spray the front and the back of your vehicle and half the time they don't do it. And you can't ask for it because the wash has begun. When you go out to dry and vacuum your vehicle most of the time, the towel container is empty and customers are asking and employees are saying they'll be out in a few minutes. So we wait while our vehicles, sit and dry with water spots. How impossible is it to answer a customer service concern, correct the problem so the customer is happy and they return? it's unfortunate that this is the only drive-through car wash in our area and I'm pretty sure the reason why they don't attend to their customer service complaints is because they know we have nowhere else to go other than drive 5 to 8 miles away to the next competitor. Guess it would be different if they were paying for the car wash then they could treat the customer so poorly, but that's not the case! read more

I visited today and made two car washes. One car wash was "basic" and the other was "better". After the car wash, not one of the both cars were cleaned. The cost was $11 for better and $8 for basic, this place was definitely not worth paying this price for. I would not recommend this place at all. The cars were not cleaned. The customer service was good the staff were nice. But if you want going to get your car cleaned, this place is not it. My last 2 visits (2 weeks apart) have been increasingly disappointing. 2 weeks ago I noticed that one of the foam releasers in the car wash (covering the passenger side) did not work. Then outside one of my vacuums did not work. So yesterday I tried again. Again, the foam did not release on the passenger side, but this time one of the spinning scrubbers on the passenger side did not spin. Then outside (a different spot) one of the vacuums didn't work while the other was maybe 60%. They also had no towels outside, and after informing an employee it took at least 10 minutes to get towels outside. It seems the prices have recently decreased, which is great, but not at the cost of lacking basic maintenance and repairs. These are basic expectations, that all the equipment I am paying for is working properly. Get better GO! read more

I started using this place like 3 or 4 years ago, when I signed up for membership it started like 24.99, it has slowly creeped up to 35.99 without ever notifying me of a price increase, I signed up with the understanding that members will have some sort of benefits, one, for example, members will have a "Members only Lane", and this has almost NEVER happened, actually almost all the time, one of the lanes are not working. The worst part about this place "GO CAR WASH" they use crappy equipment and supplies, I almost all the time have to go thru twice, This is Very inconvenient to the customers, I would have been canceled membership a long time ago, but, yet I continue to give them chances, but again today I go, and AGAIN, BOTH lanes were broke down, we sat in the lane 15-20 minutes before any one even came out to help. CAUTION!! Please be aware that this facility will not cover damage done to your vehicle if it is over eight years old. We own a 2010 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring. My wife recently had her vehicle cleaned at GO Car Wash (4308 E Highland Ave, Highland, CA 92346) on April 8th 2024. During the washing and drying cycle the back spoiler and brake light were damaged/broken to a dozen pieces. An incident report was filled out and pictures were taken. My wife was informed that she would be emailed a copy of the report and a supervisor would contact her within the next two to three days. We were given the GM Jenni's name and number as contact information. We waited three days and nothing. On Thursday April 11th my wife tried contacting Jenni a couple times via text message and voicemail. We decided to go back to the car wash and we ran into Jenni there. She claimed to have no knowledge of the incident and stated she had not received any texts or voicemails. We broke down the situation and asked that she look into it. It was odd to me that she never asked to look at the damage. I asked her for her business card and she went inside only to return with the business phone number hand written on a torn piece of paper. She stated that she was very busy but would get back to us by the following Monday. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and left it at that. We went to lunch and received a phone call ten minutes later...it was Jenni. She had reviewed the video and concluded that it was the blowers that caused the damage, blew the spoiler right off the vehicle, and that the facility was not responsible. She was closing the case. I asked to see the video and she stated that only my attorney or insurance agent could request the video. I asked her for her full name and her supervisors name and she would not give me that information. I told her that I did not like the way she was handling the situation and that I would find out whom her supervisor is and I would be in contact with that person. Later that day we did identify the name and number of her supervisor...Omar. My wife contacted Omar and he said he would look into the situation. On Monday April 15th I reached out to Omar. He said he had watched the video and observed the same thing as Jenni. There was no malfunction of the equipment and the business would not be held liable. Omar informed me that it's company policy to not cover any damages to vehicles over eight years of age. I told Omar that I would like to see the video and he reiterated that only my attorney or insurance agent could request it. So we went through insurance to get the repair done and my agent requested the video from Omar. The video that was given showed the cameras at the front and rear of the car wash and didn't provide the internal coverage. I reached out to Omar about the situation and questioned the reasoning for the filtered footage. He responded with "That's just what the GM prepared when I requested it to be prepared.....She must have thought pulling that was enough to prove the point that the lip was already faded, old and worn and that it was intact when it reached the blowers and flew off only after the blowers turned on." He stated that it would take an additional inquiry by my adjuster to receive the other footage. Well, my adjuster asked him for just that. This time it took hours and not days to provide the footage. In the camera footage that was provided after the second request it can be seen that the damage did not occur as Jenni and Omar had detailed. It was not the blowers that damaged the spoiler. The unit was already in pieces well before hitting the fans. After the vehicle goes through the foam brushes it is being hit from atop by high pressure water jets to remove the soap. The high pressure water makes contact with the back spoiler and it explodes! The company is standing behind its policy and not bearing any responsibility. From the beginning of the ordeal we felt we were being ignored and those involved were elusive, unresponsive and unsympathetic to our situation. read more

This location is subpar. The towels leave my windows streaked, which means they are not clean. Also, at the end of the carwash, they only have the blow dry system. At the Loma Linda location, everything is cleaner, and they have the automatic towel like system at the end. read more

They used to be so much better but it's gone to crap! Car doesn't even dry at all anymore and the rag they give doesn't help dry since car is left soaking. So many issues. I've been a monthly member but I think this is going to be my last. My first month machines were down, closures etc only for it to turn to crap when it was finally up and running. Bring back the old way!! Not sure how you can help Sal, other than changing the way your machines wash our cars! Doesn't dry anymore, rags left soaked and leaves water marks, sometimes the brushes don't even spin. It's been nothing but problems for the past few months. read more

Very rare they have the two kiosk open members are always waiting behind cash pay they don't have towels most of the attendance have attitude and don't want to do anything extra and you ask them to turn off brushes and they give you attitude and dont turn them off or ask them to spray your rims and they do the worst job possible. Today no towels was told 20 min. Vacuum drove through car was 2nd time still no towels. I've reached out to corporate and have yet to hear from them. I love the accessibility of the express car wash. Don't have to wait in line (unless it's busy), just drive through and go. Everyone whom I have come in to contact with have always been nothing but friendly and approachable. Today in particular was a fun experience as the gentleman that had assisted me took the time to place a new barcode sticker (I'm pretty certain that's not what it's called) on my windshield as my old one was withering as I requested. We engaged in a brief conversation as I told him how much he resembled my brother n law. He was super cool and easy going. My baby grandson had fallen asleep in the way home to his house so I decided to cruse around a bit (what I call Nap-Trapped lol) and I decided hmm I get my car washed while he sleeps but I needed a place where we didn't have to get out of the car while washing. This was my favorite car wash until this morning Wednesday November 10th 2021 around 0830-0930 am. It should be on the camera. The male Mexican man that collects the trash by the vacuum area blew his nose and a lot of boogers watery landed on the back of my drivers back door on the handle to open the back door. Good spot for a quick freshening up for your car with a decent wash and vacuums included in the cost. Pricing is fair and consistent with other DIY type car washes and the actual wash is pretty effective at rinsing off and adding some shine to my vehicle. My favorite part is that the vacuums available for cleaning out your car after the wash are super strong and much better than other places I've been. I always leave feeling much better about how my car looks and smells inside and out. read more

UPDATE! On my previous review I had to give Go Car Wash (previously Monge) a 1 Star rating due to lack of customer service and lack of responsibility. I was sent a message to return to original location and speak with upper management to resolve issue. I was a little Leary because I thought I was going to have to deal with David the previous manager, instead I was greeted by the new manager Omar. Not only did he apologize but listened and we looked over my damage. He resolved my issue after 2 months of trying . This new manager resolved the issue in half an hour and went above and beyond. My sincerest Thank you to Omar at the Highland location. Go Car Wash I applaud you for hiring a great customer service Manager like Omar. You have earned my respect and my business back.
