Horrible job, I went on my lunch break they took over an hour. I was the only car, and they still couldn't do a half descent job. Theirs bird poop still on my car the. The interior wasn't cleaned. Really dissatisfied with the service, they barely cleaned the inside, I ended up taking some trash and debris on my own. I didn't know they were under new management and it shows. Had been coming here for years but don't think I will be returning. It took a good while to get my car back. I don't mind waiting if it's busy as long as they give me an accurate estimate, or at least an update, was told it would be 45min-1hr, ended up waiting 2hrs). read more

First time to go here, saw prices were reasonable. Should have been concerned right away. $3 extra charge for SUVs, but mine is average, not a monster. Cleared out back and pulled up floor mats ahead of time to make sure they vacuumed floor underneath mats. Did not make a difference. Mats were never cleaned and put back in place. The back of the car was never vacuumed nor wiped down. I had to do that when I got home and started putting things back in place. On top of that it took an hour. More than 40 minutes to go through wash and only about 20 minutes to do interior. Never go back, what a rip off. Attached to Chevron, gas price was $7.35 that day! read more

Took my car for a wash, everything was fine! I pick my car up and noticed the passenger rear window was down, which was odd! When I tried to roll it up it wouldn't go up, so I asked to speak to the manager because it was working fine when I dropped the car off. The manager of the car wash has the nerve to tell me my window rolled itself down, he did me a favor by covering the window and still washing it. Wait a minute, first of all it went up and down just fine when I dropped it off, who rolls the window down at a car wash to begin with? He then told me it was not his problem and shrugged his shoulders at me like oh well, u figure it out. Furious is an understatement right now. Been going here for the past 4 years.It's under new ownership.Went to get my car washed.The guy who wrote it up was really nice at first.I asked him if it was going to take more than an hour to get my car washed since I was on a time crunch and he said it wouldn't.45 minutes later and my car wasn't even being dried yet.I went to talk to the guy who wrote my ticket up and asked if there was anything he could do to speed up the process.He tells me that it takes as long as it takes.So basically to kick rocks.I said ok.Went and got my car.Didn't even let them finish.Needless to say I wont be going back.I'll be going to the car wash up by highland and boulder. read more

Told the guy I wanted it washed inside last time they didn't do a good job he says oh that's the deluxe for $32 I said well this one over here says interior he says that's just a vacuum I'm like OK fine I have now been sitting here for an hour and my car has still not come out so disappointing he told me they were six cars ahead of me but they only have two people drying cars new management but it's the worst I will never come back here So it shouldn't say interior it should say vacuum looks nice on the inside but the service sucks read more

I avoided this place for about two years because of some of the negative reviews. I decided to check it out finally, and I'm glad I did. These guys are so much quicker than the other car wash I was going to. I have now been coming here every week for the past three weeks. They are always anxious to please and make sure I am happy with the job. The basic wash covers everything you need on a weekly basis. They don't miss a square inch! Great work guys! They are super slow and do a half ass job. 1 hour to wash my truck and they weren't even that busy. Worse car wash ever! Came here at 2:00pm on a Tuesday and there were only three cars in front of me at the vacuums where you pay. I then saw the three cars that were there that were in front of me then 4 more cars that weren't even there when I arrived come out before mine!! My car finally came out after waiting 50 minutes then it sat there for an additional 15 minutes before the guy finally started to clean the windows. SLOWEST workers I have ever seen, really did not want to leave a tip but for some reason I gave the worthless dude $2. So finally after 1.5 hours later I got out of here. Never ever coming back here. Terrible car wash. The hand wash was simply wiping a rag across the surface without the sight wNt effort to remove any dirt or bugs. They used the same rag to clean the windows as they used for tire treatment. Oily film inside windows. Asked them three times to clean it off, but apparently the concept of a clean rag was lost in them. Finally went home and cleaned it myself with windex. Save you $15.00 bucks to spend elsewhere. read more

these people are thieves. i had sunglasses that i have had for 12 years missing when i picked up the car on top of that they were incredibly rude even before i left the car with them. and this car was immaculate, but had a sratch on the driver's side door. they were then rude again regarding that. if i could give them a minus ten i would and that would be generous. read more

Long story short, I came here to get my smog done and in the process was told that I actually have a recall on my van! The guy here pointed me to a dealership to have it replaced for free. On top of that, he did a diagnostic before he did my smog and guess what?! He did it for free! That's right! He said we don't charge to do a diagnostic, because I believe that's not right to do that to our customers! Blew me the heck away! Now, I take my car here for everything! My husband and I have been coming here for over a year. Today, when we got my husband's car back, we noticed the paint had been scratched/gouged down to the base on two of the doors. This was NOT there before the car wash. When we spoke to the manager he essentially said there was no way they caused the damage and we were wrong. There was no apology or offer to correct the situation. We will never come here again. Please be aware before you take your car here as it is likely going to cost us $1,500.00 to fix. My daughter took her Lexus for a wash and her rear view mirror was broken. When we brought it back they said it was already broken. I'd think they would've said something to her if this were the case. It's gonna cost me $650.00 for a new mirror plus labor. I pulled my van... not to interrupt myself, but yes, I drive a van. My Mommy transformation is complete... so, I pulled my van in with stickers stuck to the windows and went with the Super Clean for I believe $30 which included a really good interior cleaning. The guy was helpful, they have a large selection of air freshener, and there was not a bad wait. The inside of this place looked shut down, so we waited next door at Starbucks. When they finished up my van was indeed Super Clean, at least for the day! read more

They do a phenomenal job here. My car has never looked so clean. They even wipe the door wells. They also move my kids toys to clean underneath them. This is honestly the cleanest my car has ever looked after getting a wash. I always come here and they always do a brilliant job. read more

Probably the only good car wash in the area. The $40 interior detail is totally worth it especially if you have dogs and your car is constantly covered in drool and hair. They're meticulous in their vacuuming however this is only true if you're kinda on their case about it or if you come when it's a little slow. This was my first time using El Rancho car wash. I used a voucher for a free wash after getting my car smogged here. It took about 45min even arriving at 8:05 am on Sat. I gave 3 stars because they didn't vacuum the trunk even though I removed everything in advance; also the second cup holder in the center console was not wiped out and cleaned, and the back seats were not cleaned as well as I'd have liked (they are leather and still had a little food left on them). All the rest was great: floor mats vacuumed thoroughly, windows clean inside and out, everything dusted and polished inside and the exterior was well cleaned. I will return if I get another voucher but will make a point to ask for vacuuming of trunk and all cup holders wiped out. read more

I would never take my car here again. Yesterday I got my car washed and I noticed when they were done my whole driver inside window had chips in my tint. When I spoke to the manager he basically said he didn't care and he wasn't going to do anything about it. So I told him I would never go there again and I would never recommend this place to anybody. There were only 3 cars ahead of me at the vacuum station, over an hour and 6 cars later my car comes out. The attendant started to dry, then disappeared and came back about 15 minutes later. My car was still dirty, the bottoms all around the body had not been cleaned, the trunk area was dirty the sides of the wheel wells were dirty. Waste of almost 2 hours of my day. I am so disappointed with my car wash today. I know it's hot outside and I really feel for the workers in the heat, but common... The outside looked decent but the inside looked exactly how I brought it in. They barely vacuumed it, and it looks like nothing was wiped down. The Super Clean package is the best in my opinion they clean the inside of the cars plastics including dashboard and add dressing to seal and protect everything. I came to get my car detailed and the guy told me he would charge me $90 to detail as of shampoo the seats and carpet as well. When I received my car it was not even vacuumed right the back of the seats and headrest we're not even cleaned it wasnt wiped down neither was the center console. He told me he had did his best that's all he can get cleaned. So I grabbed a baby wipes and wiped it myself and what do you know the dirt came off. Unbelievable!! Then when my seats dried there was white marks all through the seat because they didn't get all the soap out so it looks like if my seats were bleached horrible service especially for $90. Not cool at all to top it off my baby mirror they never put back in my car!!!! The back seat floor wasn't even vaccumed and when I told the guys he got mad and had me drive it to the back to redo it and still it was a horrible vacuum job. My windows had streaks as well as them getting wax on them. I was told it would take 3-4 hours and so I waited that long for a horrible job, what a waste of time and money!! Don't bring your car here for detailing!! He didn't even shampoo my carpet when I told him he said oh no it's more when we specifically told him what we wanted shampooed then he gave us the $90 charge then changed it later. read more

Just moved to highland from los angeles i like to keep my car clean so i thought i'll try this place out went there this saturday pulled up with my car and a man greeted me and he kept telling me about this superclean package that they detail the inside and wash outside of car for only 35 dollars but i told him i dont wanna wait for a detail and he told me he can get me out of there in 25 minutes so i said ok give me the superclean package i went upstairs to pay and wait for car 30 minutes went by and there still not ready so i waited and waited took them about n hour to finish my car and as i got up and close it looked like it has dirt smeared all over i asked if he can wipe it off and he told me take it back around so i did when i got in the car my windows were real dirty the inside just looked like they put armoral on it so i went there and talked to the guy and told him im not happy at all and he has the nerve to tell me the car looks clean that all it needs is a wax job to take dirt smears off paint so i ask him for the manager so this other guy comes and trys to explain to me that my car had to much dirt on it thats why it didnt all come off i was so pissed that he would say that i payed 35 dollars for nothing and wasted an hour of my life to get taken advantaged of this place is just horrible they're a bunch of scammers and liers. I will never ever go there again and im going to call the better business bureau on monday because this was a real bad experience. Need to find a real carwash in this area... read more
