The team members outside are always very polite and helpful. They help me get my wheels lined up in the track. Then they scrub down the windshield front and back manually to get things going. For $39.95 a month you get their Premier services which not only washes your car but adds special coatings and water repellent and a huge drying system. That generally works pretty well. Once through that part of the car wash, you're welcome to drive around into one of their stones and they have products to shine your wheels, overall cleaning products, and fragrance products if you would like your car to smell good. It's a one stop shop and I like that concept. They are located in Leander , west Old Hwy 183 and Hero Way. We feel it's a great value for the cost and we enjoy the products they provide to detail the car ourselves. If you live in the area, consider giving them a try!!

This place has seen some turnover since my last review. Driving down the member's lane, their…read morescanners quickly scanned my VIN and the gate opened without employee assistance. Pulling up to the car wash track, I shifted into neutral and let the track push my car through the car wash tunnel. An attendant was stationed at the start to make sure my car is aligned with the track and gave my car a pre-wash. Coming out the other side, their blowers are strong. And man, there are about 8 of them blowing most of the water off of my car. I got their free towel dry service by driving around to the side and under the pavilion. The workers there quickly wiped my vehicle dry using microfiber towels. I didn't opt to use their vacuums this time, though I can attest they are a godsend whenever I need to clean the inside of my car. They usually have plenty of bays available to pull into and you can spend a little time detailing your car there too. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars this time is because of the attitude of the employees. From the manager down to the attendants, I didn't see anyone smiling. It just looked like none of them wanted to be there. I get that the work they do is hard, and I appreciate them for it, but I had hoped they could have put a little bit more effort into providing a better customer experience.

Good value per wash, but the membership didn't end up being great for me because I didn't go enough after the first few months. I'll go back for individual washes.

First of all shout out to Miguel and the lady writing tickets on Sunday July 5th. 5 stars to to…read morethem both. Please forgive me I did not get her name. I'm not happy with myself about that. She and Miguel were extremely nice and very professional when it came to getting the job done correctly. I came in at 12 (per my appointment) and asked for an exterior wash and an interior detailing. I received a text at 2:04 that my jeep was ready. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed well if at all. I also noticed sand still on the floors and mud that was still on the outside. One gentleman took my vehicle back to the detailing spot and asked a couple of guys to blow out the back. I decided to take a towel that I had in my vehicle and start going over other places they missed. I step to the back and ask them about cleaning something on the inside and that's when an employee thought it would be appropriate to ask me if I thought my vehicle looks better than it did when I brought it in? Then he proceeds to tell me that not everything can be fixed. About that time Miguel walked up and asked me if everything was ok. After explaining everything from the vehicle not looking good to the employee who wanted to argue with me. Miguel immediately stepped in and took charge and told me my vehicle would not leave until it's truly ready. He did it too. Finally after almost 3 hours after telling me it was ready I was satisfied with what I feel should have been done the first time and pulled out of their lot around 4:45-4:50. Miguel and the lady writing wash tickets truly made me feel heard and seen when it came to my vehicle. Had they not I would have been demanding a refund. Thank you both for actually taking time out of your extremely busy day to make sure I left satisfied. I know it was a busy and hot day however I want both of y'all to know that it did not go unnoticed. I noticed both of y'all's professionalism, caring and respect. I did the 3 stars for the quality of work that was or wasn't done on my vehicle and the employees attitude.
