We really wanted to expand the house to the back yard, we've contacted few companies around and one of them was Go Far Construction, Josh came on time to the meeting and he was so creative, helpful, respectful and understood what we needed! He helped us with our project from the beginning, that included architectural and engineering plans & the permitting process with the city of Kirkland. We had ground first floor addition project and second story addition project including a full home renovation with 5 bathrooms, master bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, 2 car garage and much more. We demolished everything to the studs, as part of the project we have new plumbing system, new electrical system. Everything is new!!!! Josh and his team were a pleasure to work with! He transformed our outdated kitchen into a stunning, functional space that we absolutely adore. And he delivered it ahead of schedule and within budget. From the detailed 3D design to the final walk-through, Josh's attention to detail was impeccable. He moved a wall with ease and designed the cabinets perfectly to fit the design. He was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with his ability to source unique materials, like a specific wood grain cabinet and counter style we wanted. Even when unexpected issues arose, like can lights that didn't look right after the cabinets were installed, Josh took ownership and resolved them promptly. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is truly inspiring. He accommodated our requests, such as cutting the bottom 4" off the cabinets for a desk-height workspace and putting an electrical outlet behind the desk so we could charge cell phones in the drawer. The electrician did quality work, overcame wiring challenges. He even showed how to install smart thermostats in rooms beyond the remodel and helped to troubleshoot a wall heater. Hired Josh and his crew to create a laundry room and remodel an adjoining bedroom in our Seattle basement. Expectations were clear from day 1 of the estimate submission, and Go Far Construction delivered!! Great value, too. We were on a tight budget and they performed a miracle. Scope included some demo, framing and drywall, installing new sliding doors, light electrical and plumbing, moving our W/D from upstairs and reinstalling downstairs, and putting down new LVP floors. We had done some partial remodels on components already around the house, but never finished the basement. It looked a mess. The place looks great now and finally ready for guests. Josh and his team were awesome, and made the best of our old house with all its quirks. Josh is extremely nice and super responsive, he really cares about the customer, he and his team do high quality work, and everything was done on time and on budget. I had a great experience working with Josh on my bathroom remodel. The final result turned out even better than I imagined. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even returning to address a small detail after I had already paid. He really cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. He listened when I had a clear vision, even when it made the job more complicated. For example, the tub faucet we chose made tiling trickier, but he made it work without complaint.
