Thankfully, we found Select Trenchless Pipelines. From the beginning, I was impressed that they had access to specialized robotic tools (the Dan Claw and Dan Grabber/Claw) designed for tough obstructions. On their first visit, the line was too full to get a clear visual, so those tools couldn't be used. Lesser companies might have given up--but these guys worked tirelessly all day before regrouping with us to plan a second attempt. Before they came back, I rented a trash pump and had a suction hose ready. When they returned, they didn't hesitate to crawl back under the house, insert the hose, and keep pushing until--finally--they dislodged the item wedged deep inside a second 90° turn. After days without two bathrooms, we were beyond relieved! What impressed me most was their persistence and fairness. They quoted us a flat rate upfront--only payable if they were successful. Even though it took two trips and an incredible amount of effort on their part, they honored that agreement. In today's world, it's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, persistence, and integrity like Select Trenchless Pipelines. Just terrible...SCAM! Today I got a call from a tenant that there was a leak by her shower and…read morethat it looked to be leaking in the wall. These guys came out and quoted me $5000 for the fix. When i said no way they said they could do a "temp fix" for $1200. The photo they sent me was a picture of the pipe with a "sharpie drawn line" to make it look like the pipe was completely cracked. They seriously used a sharpie to "draw a crack" on the pipe. I said no thanks. I called a second plumber, who came out. He said the seal on the pipe was bad...said he had to just replace a small section of pipe and reseal...his fix totaled $150! I gave him $250! The pipe is now fixed...and all section of pipe replaced/sealed. Don't call them! They thought because the house was in a "not rich area" we would be idiots and accept their ridiculous estimate. Call someone else!

When I was sure that we had to first replace the whole septic system, I got quotes from many companies and building 5 offered the most competitive price. I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions.
