I valet parked my 2024 Porsche 911 at Jing in Scottsdale on May 7, 2026. When I came out after dinner, the valet informed me my car had been hit by another driver who fled the scene. Here is what I learned afterward: the Epic Valet employee could not drive a manual transmission, so instead of parking my car in a proper space, they left it in the fire lane, where no other vehicles were parked. That is where it was sitting when it got hit. This is documented on Epic Valet's own incident report. Initially, Epic Valet was helpful. They asked me for a repair estimate, referred me to a body shop, and offered a loaner vehicle. But once the other driver was identified, they completely reversed course and refused to pay anything. The shop they had referred me to, by the way, had a 2 out of 5 star rating, for a $200,000 car. I spoke directly with the owner, JC. Despite his company's employee leaving my car in a fire lane because they couldn't drive it, he does not believe Epic Valet bears any responsibility for what happened to a vehicle in their care and custody. His position is that it's entirely the other driver's problem, even though his employee's decision is what left my car exposed in the first place. I was left thousands of dollars out of pocket for repairs to a brand new car that I handed to them in perfect condition. A valet company has one job: park your car safely. If they can't drive your car, they should tell you, not leave it in a fire lane and hope for the best. And if something goes wrong while your car is in their possession, they should stand behind their service. Epic Valet did neither. If you drive a manual or a high-value vehicle, think very carefully before handing Epic Valet your keys. read more

If you're going to offer valet service for a busy area--especially during major events--you need to ensure it's properly staffed so customers aren't left waiting excessively. There was an event at the Scottsdale Center for the Arts last night, and even though I was only the fourth person in line, I waited over 40 minutes to get my car back. That is completely unacceptable. In addition, your signage is extremely misleading. The large print prominently states parking is $9, but the fine print reveals that's only for restaurant patrons--it's $15 for anyone attending a show. This kind of bait-and-switch approach is unacceptable. You clearly know event parking is limited, yet you choose to take advantage of customers who have no other realistic options. I will not be using your valet service there or anywhere else in the valley again and will happily park farther away and take an Uber instead. read more

We used Epic's Valet service while dining at Culinary dropout in Tempe a couple of weeks ago. The valleys were very friendly, and even opened my passenger door. When we came back to retrieve the car they were very quick and we were on our way within a couple of minutes. My vehicle was parked by Stephen of Epic Valet at 2211 E Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ on October 2nd next to a wall, he struck the wall while parking my car leaving deep scratches on the left rear quarter panel and the bumper, then covered the damage up with white tape since my car is white After reporting the damage to Epic Valet their answer was to take them to court, but I will need a lawyer because the security footage from 2211 E Camelback to prove they did the damage requires a subpoena according to the property manager (I have already checked into obtaining this). So it requires retaining a lawyer, more money would be spent in legal fees to prove my case then it would cost to fix the car myself and they are well aware of this. They did $1100 of damage to my car and I am left with the bill for their careless attendant. read more

I came back 3 hours later with no valet person and no keys. We checked our car around 7pm and came back at 10:30 it was indicated on our claim ticket that there would be a note left on our car if we came back outside of business hours (not indicated) a note would be left on the windshield with where to claim our keys. Unfortunately it appears there was no such note and none of the surrounding bars/restaurants have any idea who takes keys for this valet service. Used the service at Barret Jackson. First $35 to park is ridiculous and the wait was horrible. Nearly 10 minutes to even drop my car off and over 25 to pick it up. Second, on getting into my car, the settings had all been changed. I had some hideous radio station blaring and my seat was all jacked up. And they were kind of begging for tips. Excuse me, but at $35 a car, I should not have to wait so long nor should I have to reset my seat and sound system. All their staff were very nice and did the best they could with some bad weather, but overall not the best valet experience. I'm not one to review a place based off of one encounter but I felt this needed to be voiced. When dining with my wife tonight at Steak 44 we used the valet service they offered. It was great when we arrived but as we were leaving I handed the valet my ticket and was watching them to see how the system worked and the whole time my wife and I were waiting for our car one of the older valets was constantly barking off orders at the others in a very rude manner. So I assumed that the older valet had to be a manager or not. Even if he is or isn't there is a difference between managing a group of guys and being a prick to his fellow employees. I couldn't get the first name of the valet but the last name was Timmons. What kind of valet parks the people who arrived early to an event in the farthest parking away and lets those that are late have upfront parking? We started the event so frustrated and pissed at the laziness and horrible parking skills of this company. Most of their employees stood and did nothing. The kid trying to park cars didn't know what to do. When asked why there was empty spots in the front we were told they were extra as I'm carrying everything I'm not going to make my daughters and wife carry from the back lot. Horrible service. Worst service ever. Last year I had my car parked and it was vandalized while valeted. Now I've sat in line for 20 minutes, was told to go around the corner to another stand, that stand said to go down the alley, went down alley and told they are full and I would have to go back to the beginning to wait in line or park myself. It was a clusterfuck shitstorm. They were rude, passed the blame amongst one another and ultimately I had to park my own car. Parking my car wasn't an issue. Being lied to and misled was an issue. If they'd have been honest about the full lot from the start, this wouldn't even be a post. It has taken less time to write than the time to get service.
