    Chicken Fried Rice

The food was tasty and the server was nice, but the experience was very slow and had to keep asking for things. I had called a half hour in advance to put in appetizer and food order to be shared by several kids after playing at the park but when we got there, nothing had been started. Not the end of the world, but also annoying because everyone was hungry and had to wait and pushed back our time to leave for going to get dessert before everyone had to leave the party. Bottom line, I would eat there again if time wasn't a factor.

Located just outside of Ashley Park in the same complex as Wingstop, Go Juu is a welcome addition to Newnan's limited sushi scene. We started our meal with edamame, bc why not?! It was as expected and hit the spot for what we were after. For dinner we split a few rolls including Spicy Tuna, Bagel Roll, and New York Special Roll. All were tasty, nothing spectacular, but the New York Roll was the best of the bunch. If sushi isn't your thing, Go Juu has a solid variety of other options including hibachi, ramen, fried rice, and more. The space itself is open, with a small sushi counter in the back and a mix of tables and booths. One thing worth mentioning is that the lighting is a bit on the bright side, which gives the place a cafeteria-like vibe, not much of a small quaint sushi spot feel. Our server was friendly, as was the food runner. Overall, good spot to grab a few rolls. While it may not be the most spectacular sushi experience, it's great to have a sushi option like Go Juu in Newnan.

From the time we stepped in the door, it was great service! Our waitress was so pleasant and was so happy working there! She made great suggestions! We enjoyed every bite! I thought I had gone to every sushi restaurant within 30 miles, so I am not sure how I missed this! My friend suggested it, because she thought it was new and had noticed the billboard, so we looked it up on Google maps! Will definitely be back soon, and often! I normally skip dessert, but this banana dessert was delicious! The prices are free eat! No hidden up charge! The owner came over after our meal to thank us, and ask about our experience! You could tell he cares! On a scale of 1-10, we gave it a 20! (Took pictures after we dug in, sorry! )

If i had to come back it would mainly be for sushi & dessert! Today my son & i ordered a bunch of things to try! Calamari was ok not the best I've had, edamame would be perfect if it had some garlic & more salt added with the soy sauce, it was pretty bland. My son ordered Spicy tuna roll, California roll & Crunchy tuna roll - he lovessssss sushi so he rates this place a 10/10. He is also 10 & a good critique like his mom. :) PS - Ice cream tempura for dessert!! Yum!

The food was decent. We got bento boxes. It just felt like stir fry in a pretty Japanese-looking box. Nothing special about the food. Solid 3 stars. Staff was nice. Ambiance felt a little dated.

Came here on a Monday afternoon and our waiter was great! They had good food and service! The ramen was really delicious and had a great broth. Sushi and hibachi were good as well! Will definitely come again!

Don't let the location fool you. Clean and friendly staff. We ordered the combo sushi roll combo and a couple of specialty rolls. The California, Alaska, Mexican, volcano, Hawaiian, & the hurricane rolls. So very good. Fresh and affordable sushi rolls! Had plenty to take as a late night snack. Definitely coming back.

Great food and service. The server was helpful in choosing the best options for our first visit and it is a nice location with plenty of seating inside and a little space outside. Great place during happy hour especially due to the discount but also for simply having great food.

Wow! This place has been on a watchlist for us to try for quite some time. We ordered through doordash and didn't expect so much food! Everything was packaged nicely and was super tasty! The quality of ingredients is incredible, and they even gave me extra yum yum sauce! I can tell that the service inside of the restaurant must be outstanding. We can't wait to order again!

    Tuna Tempura Salad

This place has the potential to be really good. If I were to go back, I would be a bit bossy and demand that they plate the tuna tempura on the side. The heat wilts the cucumber and iceberg lettuce. Also ask for lite sauce. As for the sushi, many rolls have cream cheese, which is probably what the locals want. I chose a roll without cream cheese. The Alaskan Roll is described as smoked salmon, crab and avocado. Instead of crab, it's surimi (fake crab). The salmon was most puzzling. If the salmon was smoked, I couldn't taste the smoke. The texture was similar to raw salmon. It reminded me of Lox. There's a bagel place nearby. So, I suggest that they embrace it and do a Lox and cream cheese roll. I also think that an Alaskan roll would be great with smoked Pacific salmon and real crab. The ambiance is nice and clean. The staff are nice and attentive.

We had no idea what anything was but we tried everything we wanted to try and went back for seconds. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm sure had we asked what everything was, they would have told us. But it was easy to know chicken vs tofu vs egg. Most of the stuff in red was spicy. Some spicier than others but still very enjoyable. Would recommend and will have to come back to try other dishes.

The chicken is smokey and juicy! My kids really enjoyed the mie ayam bakso. The noodle is very thin, the chicken is chunky and so flavorful. The bakso is also homemade, not store bought. It's also come with fried wonton a.k.a pangsit goreng. We also try their empek2, batagor, and kwetiau goreng. It's so so in my opinion. I'm really disappointed with batagor. The tofu is stuff with so little fish paste and it's super dry. It's also come with pangsit goreng which have very little chewy meat on the inside. The peanut sauce is very sweet and over powered the whole dish. It's self service restaurant where you get your own drink and utensils including napkins. The spicy sauce and sweet soy sauce is also available on the side. They also provide the food containers for the leftover that we want to bring home on side. The owner is nice and friendly. We order the food in cashier/counter and they will bring the food to the table. They also have mini shop for Indonesian snacks or seasonings. For the payment, they accept any cash form and charge 3% for all credit cards.

We went with Combo B (2 veggies + 1 meat for $11.99), and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous, especially the fluffy white rice (you can swap it for noodles if you prefer). Every bite felt nostalgic and comforting, like a taste of home. Highly recommend the stir-fried green beans with tofu and the stewed chicken--both packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. And don't skip the durian smoothie--rich, creamy, and refreshingly sweet. I've already been raving about this place to friends and family, and I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Restaurant area was okay with the atmosphere similar to a gas station cafe and an adjoining market of Indonesian products. I was tempted to purchase a package of frozen squid for later dinner prep and then decided maybe another time. Rice was cooked perfectly and curry sauce was rich and flavorful. Green beans with tofu were nice. Eggplant dish was swimming in oil. Pork rib pieces were inedible and unable to be thoroughly chewed due to tough texture and bone fragments. My dining companion had a dish of gelatinous beef and we remarked that we should have read more thoroughly pre-visit before doing any pointing and ordering. So, that's on us! We were unable to translate the buffet signage and ordered based off of appearance only. Would recommend researching before visiting if this is an unfamiliar cuisine as the establishment was not user-friendly beyond a specific knowledgeable dining customer. We were limited by our lack of info. We also believe we visited near the end of lunch service and this may have impacted our specific experience. Buffet appeared sparse at the time we visited early to mid afternoon Saturday. We saw patrons order from a printed menu as we were leaving and they appeared to be regular customers based on greetings and ordering. Printed menu has translations, so we may return to try again and also pick up some freezer squid to go.

It's an asian restaurant food that offers seating inside and outside. Once we entered we were seated immediately and handed menus. Their menus are super cool and unique and are a bit overwhelming but nevertheless full of so much variety. The waitress was very sweet and checked in on us periodically and helped us fill out our sheet to place our order. We ordered a plethora of stuff such as crispy bulgogi bao buns, brushed sprouts, steamed dumplings, mango chicken and a noodle plate. Food didn't take long for it to come out on their little robot and staff helped put everything on the table. Everything smelled and looked amazing so it was tough to decide what to taste first! I first tried the crispy bao bun and was blown away by the flavor it had! It was like a mini burger. After that I tried the steamed dumplings and they were so yummy and specially with the sauce. Next I tried the Brussels sprouts and they were necessary my cup of tea but still good! Just wouldn't order again. Second to last thing I tried the mango chicken and man was it good!!! Full of the best aroma and flavor and cooked to perfection. The plating was also gorgeous as well!! We finished off with mango sticky rice and It was good but I do wish it had more mango to help the ratio. Overall, it was a really good visit and I was excited to try it out. It was busy inside, but our party of 10 was promptly seated, though we were a little squished into a circular table. I didn't remember this last time, but instead of telling a server what you want, you mark it down on a paper menu and hand it to the server. This time I got the Grandma's BBQ Pork Noodles and the Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Garlic Noodle. I was really excited to try both since they both sounded so good. Ultimately the Grandma's BBQ Pork Noodle was a little underwhelming - the noodles themselves weren't very flavorful, and the BBQ pork was on the drier side. The pork did have decent flavor, and all the toppings/side items (wontons, fried egg, bok choy) were great, but all in all fell a little short of my hopes. The Salted Egg Yolk Garlic Noodles had better flavor, but I could've used even more garlic and butter. The shrimp definitely carried the salted egg yolk flavor, but the fried batter was a bit soggy/soft in my opinion. I wished it was crisper. Service was a tad slow, but perhaps they're understaffed and/or it was busy that night. I do love the menu concept of positioning it like a magazine catalog - it makes for a fun experience instead of just words on paper
