This place is a joke and a money pit! The attendants have the personality of a rock! The only person who was friendly and actually smiled was the older lady that sold me the tickets. There were a total of 3 rides that my 5y/o could ride alone (even the kiddie cars and jacked up roller coaster, he was told he couldn't ride them). He wanted to do the water balloon game with his brother and myself. The 2 young men running it were extremely rude. They made us feel like we were an imposition on their day. As we were playing they turned another family away. The game didn't even work properly. When you hit a target above the person opposite you a water canon is supposed to soak them. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and take your family to Busch Gardens or Water Country. read more

Went on a Monday afternoon for a date. Staff is friendly and the area as a whole is pretty clean. Rides and go-karts are definitely for children though. The gokarts are extremely slow (light jogging speed) and only tracks are very small. I wouldn't recommend for adults looking for a date but if you have young kids it could be great. read more

I think this is a fun place for kids and adults but it is expensive. Between the wristband, tickets and tokens easily spent $90. That didn't include food but did purchase a cup of water for $.50. The staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. read more

Ok so we'll start with the positives. Go Karts Plus is a neat place for everyone in the family, they have a variety of attractions and offer all around good fun. Now here is where the stars got taken away. We came by at 5pm and bought $50 worth of tickets, used $20 worth of tickets on two go cart rides (there were two of us) and had 33 tickets left. We decided it may be more fun with more people so we wanted to come back later when the crowd grew to use the remainder of our tickets. The front desk attendant said that would be great as the tickets are always good. Came back around 8:30pm and they were CLOSED! The signs and website stated 10pm but sure enough they were closing down rides. We were walking in with 3 other folks and were told they were closing up due to lack of customers. We stated that we were customers, just got laughed at and ignored. Anyway we're heading out tomorrow and have $30 worth of tickets to this place and we're unable to use them. Considering they offer no refunds at all, you'd think they would at least stick to the operating hours. Not very fair to the customers, especially considering the prices. We were very disappointed and would never return and will not recommend this place to anyone. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP OFF. Save your money and take a trip to Busch Gardens for the day, practically the same price and they stay open as they are supposed to. Had we known they were such crooks, we would have made sure to destroy the four carts that we drove so at least we would have gotten our moneys worth. read more

We came here we around area and wanted the kids to have a great time so when we arrive this place was so empty. So we decide get some tickets and I have a two year old and a 6 year old. My two year old could do any the ride was so annoyed they did let him ride a train on kiddie land with his brother inside I was to tall for the ride as well and I'm 5"1. They had no food no snacks at all my son who is 6 years old was not allowed to go in the go carts alone and he was an inch off and let me remind you we were the only one there so it's seem they didn't want kids at all who make a kid place were kids can't get on ride or something for toddler at all this sucked!!!! My daughter had a great time on the rookie track. They are strict on height requirements so my daughter was a quarter inch short and could not ride the Europa track, next year she will be tall enough. She rode the rookie track 7 times in a row. If you don't mind spending too much money and you are simply trying to kill some time, this is the place for you. I thought the $30 unlimited ride wrist band was the best deal, but when you factor in the amount of time it takes to ride each kart due to at least one breaking down and needing service before the next group can go, you really don't have a lot of time. It took us almost 3 hours to ride 5 tracks. I didn't expect the karts to be crazy fast but they were so slow my 13 year old son was actually bored. The tracks are so small I even drove a couple of laps with my eyes completely closed. read more

Had gone here last week on vacation from RI and they cut power to all Karts at the end of the race before we had a chance to even get off the raceway (close to the exit to lineup but still in middle of cource lane area, and I was a sitting duck when another Kart driven by my daughter did not loose power but DID NOT loose her brakes, and had rear ended my kart because she didn't want to hit the karts with children on both sides of me, and now my neck is killing me!!! didn't start hurting until the next day. I was in the Home Depot enclosed roof car and my daughter was I believe in a yellow one. I flagged the operator over to tell him and it looked like he took the NO BRAKES car out of service at least that day, but loosing all power before you get to the parking lanes is dangerous too! I don't want to do any legal proceedings, but going on record incase this is a long lasting issue. read more

Brought my 8 year old and 2 year old here while on vacation. There was only 3 rides in Toddler Town for my 2 year old to get on. He was able to get on the rollercoaster with a parent but he didn't like it. Paid for wristbands which was a waste of money. Go karts are slow as ever. The only fun part was the Disko. Great Birthday Party at Go Carts Plus! My wife and I just wanted to take a second to say we had an amazing time at Go-Carts Plus today. We had 10 kids along with several parents who totally enjoyed themselves. We found the facility to be clean, well taken care of, and managed by a polite and professional staff who seemed very well organized. My 11 year old and I had a blast here yesterday. We played mini golf and bought the wrist band for the rides. I believe the wrist band is well worth it. We were able to get on the rides with little wait time. The entire place was very clean and the attendents were very concerned with safety and made sure everyone knew the rules of the rides you were getting on. All staff were friendly. I liked how centrally located the parking lot was in case we needed to reapply sunscreen, needed extra items, etc. Thank you again for a great experience! read more

Y'all I'm only writing this much because Yelp low-key has a writing minimum, but listen to the other reviews. This place is off rip, like pulling into their 'parking lot', small. You can see everything the place has to offer from your parking space. At first you'll think hey maybe there's more or the rest of the park could be hiding but no, what you see is what's up. :( They live up to the name of go-kart plus. They have about three or four go-kart options and the plus is the disko ride, the small game room, and kiddie land, but y'all for the price¿! No. 25$ for 20 tickets. I can't even begin to feel comfortable with paying that when all the rides feel like they're 4+ tickets (I know they aren't but the big kid rides). Maybe it's good business for them because that pushes people to buy wrist bands but I saw like one family with bands and everyone else just sticking with the book of 20. Go here for the experience, so you know we aren't lying. You might have a better attitude than I do, who knows. But since I've tried it I'm knocking it. read more

We just left the Gold Rush Mini Golf there and we are going home to treat all of our mosquito bites!! I have never been bitten so many times, it was absolutely miserable! We told the staff but they didn't do anything to try to correct the experience. I would highly recommend the other mini golf course in Williamsburg. We enjoyed playing there. read more

A decent place for young kids to have fun. However they don't measure each child and my child was deprived of driving the super stock cars and a child his exact height was allowed to drive. Spoke to management and their only explanation was that they should measure each child. Not sure if I will return to this place due to the lack of service. Was it discrimination, not sure. But I will tell you that I believe it was definitely was bad for business. Policy should stand for EVERYONE, no exceptions to the rule at all. Also, if you have a child under 3, there is nothing for them to do other than the playground. For kiddie land your child has to be 36" to do activities on their own. read more

Ugh! We took a large group of 8-11 year olds here. The kids were "warned" for bumping after their first go cart ride. Did I mention they were ages 8-11?!? Later, one child was kicked out of the park for "bumping" and "driving like a maniac". Really?!?! You put a group of kids in go carts, at a starting line and say GO and don't expect the cart to bump another cart??? If your idea of fun is riding single file line in a circle and have your child picked on for not being master drivers....this is your place! The treatment my family received from the staff was deplorable! I always remain a bit on alert when in an area that lacks diversity but until I visited Go-Karts Plus, my Williamsburg trip had been going really well. My daughters were denied the ability to ride on one of the rides due to not meeting height requirements while 2 kids (who happened to be white...my girls are black) directly in front of them in line and who were shorter than them were allowed to drive. So what am I to think??? The manager did not even want to address the issue of them not being consistent with their policies, but it seems to me that at best they are not properly trained and at worst we were scrutinized at a different level due to being black. Either way this is not a business I would advise anyone to visit and I definitely will not revisit!!! read more

We were in Williamsburg for a basketball tournament. Once the games were done a couple of the players joined together for some FUN! We all met up at GO-Karts Plus and it started raining. Some of the rides were closed due to the weather(understandably), but this didn't stop the kids from having fun. They were basically the only ones in the park. They had a blast! At the end of the night we went inside for Ice Cream and they had already closed out the register, so we couldn't buy anything. This was a bummer, but one of the several managers that were walking around checking on things all night, asked how everything was going. I told him great but we would of loved some ice cream. He went over to the young lady working at the food court and then came back and said ice cream is open and it was on the house...ALL the kids and parents got a scoop of ice cream! That was such a nice touch...made the kids happy especially after a hard day of basketball. Everyone was so nice and I LOVED to see management walking around. After the ice cream we all went outside to sit under a picnic area. One of the managers came out asked how everything was and wanted to know if we were done with the rides or still wanted to go on some. We said we were done and then they closed the park...it appeared to us that they had basically kept the park open for these 6 or so kids. I have notice people speaking about the pricing...I thought the pricing was fine. $30.00 a kid to ride from like 5 to 9. You can a la carte if you want but this is on point as far as I can see. I have seen pricing for other similar parks and $30.00 is for a hour or two. These boys were 4th, 5th and 6th graders, so perfect age for all of these activities. Also they had a credit card machine for the tickets for the arcade. I thought that was a nice touch...a lot of people don't like to carry cash anymore. I would definitely go back! read more
