This guy sold us a lemon..We bought a Ford Flex from him in July/August to put my wheelchair on. Took the car in to get an oil change and we were informed we have a huge brake leak from the calipers. We were also informed in state of California when you sell a car they are supposed to have at least 50% of brake pads, and they told us there is no way in the few months we had the car and the mileage that we used up that much in the few months that we owned the car. The brakes have been leaking for awhile before we bought the vehicle.$3000 to fix as we need pad, rotors and calipers. We will be taking him to small claims. If I could give 0 stars I would. So we got a car on December 28th 2022 from here a Ford Freestyle. Within days the car the car would not start for us and we had to call AAA . They told us it was because of the wiring for the battery which was all taped up and melting and that there was no rack to hold the battery in place. We called go motors they were like okay we can put the rack in but the rest is up to you. Then a couple days after that the car started going to the right every time we hit a bump in the road like drifting towards other cars we thought it was either the alignment or power steering so we took it to Firestone to get it checked but they said it was neither that it was in fact the ball joints coming off of the wheels and the struts and that our car was technically a hazard that at any moment the ball joints or struts could give out and we would be on 3-2 wheels and be in an accident. We went back to go motors they told us when I mentioned the California lemon law that they do not work on vehicles themselves and would no longer do us any favors when I suggested either returning the money or giving us a different vehicle. So I said what should we do then? He said we'll I suggest you get your vehicle fixed before you get in an accident that harms you or someone else. To do that is almost the price we paid for the vehicle. Do not go to these people. At least when we bought one from west coast motors and they couldn't get the part for the mini van we had the traded it for an hhr and then anytime while under warranty they worked on it for free. read more

We had the best experience while shopping for a used car. The owner was very nice and very honest from the get go. My son was buying his first car and Mike was incredibly kind to my kid and us. I've dealt with car salesman in the past and I was ready for all the bullshit that comes with buying a car. Thankfully with Mike that was not the case. Transparency and honesty. I bought a beautiful 2012 lacrosse 6 months ago and it's a piece of crap and not drivable right now. I bought the car and it kept having problems; at first they were very helpful but stopped out of now where. I offered to help out and pay for things; so many days of wasted gas for Mike and pierce (his son) to do work to barely get me by and get me out their face. I've never given them back sass or attitude and they turned their back on me. They purposely don't answer my calls; I have proof of so. I haven't had my car running since 4th of July, my whole engine needs to be replaced. In would never recommend them to anyone on the face of the earth. This is a skum dealership!!! read more

Horriable place to buy a car!!!! Even before making my first car payment ive had to put well over $1000 into my car. But let me back up a little when i came to them to buy a suv they wouldnt sell me the one i wanted cause there excuse was tgey didnt make the car anymore but would sell me a suv at the same exact price that theypicked out. Well my car they stopped making in 2005 too. So why could they sell one but not the other. Then three days into the car it started swaying in the backend uncontrollably so i brought it straight to them they said they fixed it hahaha now im looking at over $1000 fixing my dam car. This dealership is a rip off they sold us a bad vehicle we put a big down payment on a piece of crap. Tried calling the dealership to resolve the problem I spoke to Mike and he's only in for an hour a day what a joke Celeste seems to know nothing she directs me to Mike I have decided to report them to the Department of Motor Vehicles investigation unit and complain about their business I suggest anyone who is having problems with this dealership contact the Department of Motor Vehicles and put in your complaint these people are rip-offs. We bought a truck from this dealer in August. We should have known better. When we looked at the vehicle it had a very low tire and had to be jumped to start. The sales lady said it was because the truck had been sitting for a while. My son is a very big kid. This was one of the only vehicles he fit in (we had been to several dealers that day). We were told the truck was 5995. After all the paper work was done we ended up paying 7995 (because we financed it we were told). Before we left the truck had to be jumped again. The truck had a small battery in it. We later found out it needed a size 27 but only had a size 23 battery. Right away (maybe two weeks after buying it) we noticed it was shifting hard. By th end of October it was getting really bad. A warranty was never offered to us and we didn't have the money at the time to put it in a shop. So we flushed the transmission and out new fluid in it. By the looks of the old fluid a transmission flush had never been done. After the flush was done the vehicle wouldn't shift at all. So we parked it. Finally we had the money to put it in the transmission shop this week. The transmission shop took a look at it and told us we needed a new/rebuilt transmission. We haven't even put 3000 miles on this vehicle since it was purchased. Given the fact there were other problems with this transaction (they sent us a registration but we have no plates for the truck. I called and was told the person that does the dmv paperwork would be in tomorrow and she would take care of it. That was in late September. As of today I still told have plates and the temporary is expired. Also, the vehicle we traded in has never been taken out of our name. I know this because we keep getting papers from dmv about that vehicle.) So to sum it up we had a change the tire because it wouldn't hold air, we had to buy a battery because the one in the truck was the wrong size and we are now in the shop getting the transmission rebuilt. Given all of this I decided to call and talk to our sales person. I was told Michelle didn't work there anymore. I told the guy what was going on and he said "you bought a car in august but aren't calling about it until December 2. You should have taken it in on the warranty and had it taken care of". I told he him we weren't offered a warranty to which he replied "we aren't obligated to offer a warranty". I saw I was going to have a hard time so I told him "you can either do something about this to make it right or I will have to contact a lawyer due the fraudulent business practices." He then said " I can no.lomger talk to you" then he hung up. I never got the chance to tell him about the dmv problems. I will be getting a hold of the better business Bureau, and I will be calling my finance company and see what they have to say about it. Go motors is a joke. I wouldn't go there if it the last place on earth. They haven't heard the last from me. If I could I would give them negative stars. read more
