I rented car from go rental car company and paid for insurance. When I arrived in Puerto Rico and got to the EasyWay car rental to pick up my car it's taking one and half hour to get the car. The would not except the Insurance which I purchased from Go Rental and I paid $455.00 for insurance on the counter. When I contacted the Go Rental company and asked them to refund my money back which I paid for insurance they refused to refund. read more

WAS supposed to have a rental with them on February 14th, 2025 at a rate o around $187 + $90 for the insurance plan. Upon checking in, what was Supposed to be UNLIMITED MILES, became limited to 50 miles per day, was going from Ftl Lauderdale to Orlando by the way and then although I got the insurance included already, the lady told me about the OTHER Insurance that was REQUIRED BY LAW and would take the price up to close to $800 for this rental. I said "forget about it " called for a LYFT, was able to cancel the prepaid insurance and the rental and wound up taking my own car and it's 100k+ miles which did the job. WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF AND HORRIBLE COMPANY. I rented a car at a local FBO in Nashville. When I reserved it, I told the person on the phone that I wanted a large SUV. When I landed, I happened to look at the rental agreement I was signing, and IT WAS $350.00 PER DAY. I immediately called, told them I do NOT rent $350 per day cars and I would Uber rather than pay this STUPID PRICE, and they were a RIPOFF. They decided any rental was better than no rental and dropped to a more reasonable rate and one that compared with National / Hertz at $189 for a Large SUV for the day. I am sure many people fly into an FBO and don't bother to look at the rental agreement's cost or are embarrassed to call and complain while their traveling party is ready to get into the car and get on their way??? Seems that Go Rentals has found a way to take advantage of people who they think don't care about cost because they fly into an FBO on private planes. There is no Go Rentals Yelp page for Burbank, so I'll write the review here. I've rented twice from this company, the first time in July 2017 in Burbank, as soon as I got off the airplane, they were there to greet me, had ice cold water in the RAV4 for us! All the paperwork was in order, as I did everything online, and all I had to do was sign, and off we went. The RAV4 was sparkling clean, with a full take of gas, and a thank you note. Very professional. I rented the second time in December 2017, once again in Burbank, got off the plane, was greeted, signed the paperwork, we walked to the Mercedes 350, and hit the road. This time, no water, paperwork from previous renter was in the glove box (kind of concerned about that), beautiful car, ran well. I wish they'd have gone over the fact that it was a hybrid, and helped me get to know the car a bit before driving off; but, it's a car rental company, not a dealership. Dropping off both times was a breeze, late flight, no one there to greet us, however, the JetSuiteX staff took the keys, and off we went. They have excellent customer relations, they stay in contact with you before your scheduled pick up via email, and are very professional. They're a bit pricey, but no other car rental agency is right there waiting at the hangar in Burbank, it's quite a walk to get to the main terminal, so Go Rentals is the only way to go! Poor customers, received a text Day prior to Vacation to tell me my credit card didn't go through. I booked this rental back in August and took my vacation in November. I used the same credit card and it went through the same day. There term and conditions are crazy, you have to have 300,000,00 property damage liability on your own insurance or if you used theirs they charge 175.00 for 3 days with a 1000.00 holding fee. I would never rent from Go Rentals. I was in the process of securing a rental in the Austin, TX location and the manager Nicole was the rudest little thing that I've ever come across. She spoke to me in new extremely condescending and arrogant manner. I would never send anyone that I care about or hold in any regard to rent from this place of business. The rental was already astronomically overpriced but I was willing to pay the rate given the shortage of cars, at all car rental agencies, post Covid. (Hawthorne) Absolutely horrible experience. Their Hawthorne location came recommended by Surf Air, specifically for their elevated "concierge" level of service; greeting passenger upon arrival and getting them into their car quickly. The rental process: They required 3 forms of government ID and a utility bill to rent. (we brought this) They charged $2700 for a one-week rental - paid up front They confirmed the rental - awesome When we arrived: No one greeted us to take to the rental desk We found the rental desk - no record of reservation Our confirmed vehicle was not available - they swapped the 7 seater SUV for a 5 seater which didn't fit the family and luggage (we paid for the 7) Never asked to see the multiple forms of ID Never responded to inquiries about where the disconnect was Do not use this company. The 'standard' vehicle I rented turned out to be a Mercedes E class, which was a pleasant bonus, though looking on their website I now see that all their vehicles are top of the line, and for $99 a day they're not much more expensive than Enterprise and Avis. The agent Faraz was extremely helpful and friendly and had me in my car less than two minutes after I stepped off the plane. Dropping off was a breeze - I was in a hurry and there was someone outside waiting to greet me and they took off a day of the rental since my plans changed at the last minute. The agency is around the corner from the highway so access is great and no chance of getting lost looking for it. Go with Go. read more

What an incredible experience I had with GoRentals. I can't recommend them highly enough. I rented a white Cadillac Escalade for my mother's 90th birthday. I wanted a large, fancy vehicle for my family, as we'd decided against a limo due to Covid. The car I requested, the color I requested, and all the shiny bells and whistles were perfect. The service was outstanding. Prompt replies to emails and excellent customer relations on the phone. There was not one single hiccup. I highly recommend them and I will use them again. Orlando is THE MAN. I had a (near) catastrophe during the holidays...stupid Enterprise rented me a rental car on a day they were CLOSED. Enter Go Rentals to save the day! Orlando pulled through in the most kind, selfless way to get me a rental in time to go home and see my family before returning to NorCal. As far as the rental, we were in and out in less than 15 mins. The paperwork was easy and there's no sneaky hidden fees or pressure to upsell any add ons. All the cars are gorgeous too. Well maintained, clean and with nice upgrades like backup cameras etc. Despite the impressiveness of their fleet, it was surprisingly affordable and comparable to what other rental agencies were charging Christmas week. They had a crazy variety of cars too- everything from Mercedes SUVs to huge group vans. Drop off was also a breeze and I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks so much again Orlando! And my mom (who got to see me!) is very thankful too. I'll be sure to hit you up the next time we're in SoCal. read more

This is a rental car company practicing unsafe and illegal car renting. I drove their car and when I returned it they didn't say anything. Then I get an email saying I dented the car and I need to sign off on pictures agreeing it was my fault. The photos didn't show anything. When I asked to speak to the manager they said I only had a few min to sign off on it because the car was being rented that day. So they said I created damage and then rented the same car so there was no way of telling If I did the damage or the next person. I called them 5 times and never heard from them and the credit card dispute is the only way to deal with them. Good thing no one was hurt in the second car I would have been blamed. read more

My friend who is very well off and has rented from Go Rentals before tried to rent a car for me but was quoted a higher price for the same car that I tried to rent hours before. She mentioned that she rented high end cars in the past from Go Rentals and felt she was over-quoted for the same car for this reason. This is called predatory renting! Most expensive car rental company I have ever used, and we use high-end cars delivered to the private airfield a ton, They charged: Misc. Charges Insurance CDWFULL 79.99 a day159.98 [ we have insurance and a black AE card, they didn't disclose it], They charged tax of Tax 17.250 % 206.78 0 [where is there a tax in any state we landed charged this much and why even with airport fees. Then they charged another charge: Taxes & Fees Fees 18.950% 189.50 with no explanation, and it is more than sales tax at 18%, but the 17% tax was more dollar total than the 18%? That is $700 in extra taxes, fees, PAC or CDW, whatever that is, with no explanation. I have never seen anything like that at any rental company. Even when we rent directly from a luxury rental company or the premium cars at Enterprise, they always disclose everything. We did it by phone, signed nothing, and didn't get a receipt until I had my assistant call and get. We may fly private, but we won't rent from this company again. read more

Just finished a van rental from "Go Rent A Van" in Newport Beach & the experience was as excellent as it could get. From the ease of making the reservation (with the help of Shawn), to the availability, service & value, everything went so smoothly.
