The worst experience ever! It's either my insurance company or the body shop sends you to rent from Enterprise for a car rental. I was given a run down Sonata with New Jersey plates on it. I asked the rep is this car okay because I'm driving to Arizona. Long story short...on the way home it breaks down on a busy highway leaving AZ. At 5:00am. Call Enterprise, wait an hour for a tow. Then call Uber, which takes me to Phoenix airport bc that is the only Enterprise open that early in the morning. They refuse to give me another car bc they only rent to flying customers. Speak to mgr he finally finds my info gives me a car, doesn't charge for gas bc I had just filled up the broken down car. 10 hrs I and my 3 women friends arrive home. Told my Enterprise location about incident. NOW, a month later...I get a TEXT FROM MY INSURANCE CO. Saying Enterprise is accusing me of. 1. PUTTING THR WRONG GAS IN THE CAR! 2. DAMAGING THE UNDERCARRIAGE AND THE FRONT GRILL. WTF! Are you people the biggest scammers of all time! I have been renting cars (many of them) from this location for years, so I expected decent results. I reserved a 7-passenger minivan MONTHS AGO for a planned trip. I called twice to reconfirm they would have the car I requested. First a month ago and then again yesterday. Now they leave me a voice mail THE DAY BEFORE I HAVE TO PICK IT UP (conveniently after they've closed) to tell me they can't get a minivan. When I spoke with Casey yesterday he confirmed it would be available as requested. I told him I needed the minivan because of the space and NOT an SUV. Now, he leaves me a voicemail saying the only vehicle they can get is an SUV. Again, I made this reservation months ago and called two times in order to avoid this exact problem. I have absolutely no sympathy for them. They've left me in the lurch. I'm about to embark on a cross-country trip without the vehicle I need. Shame, shame, shame. Make this right!!!! I use this location all the time when getting our car serviced. Usually it's awesome. Carson and William were great but they were promoted and moved elsewhere. The new manager seems great. Friendly and on top of things - but the female who helped us today did NOT have great customer service skills. Yes we changed our minds on which color SUV we wanted. Yes it was raining. But she actually rolled her eyes when we asked to swap to the beautiful blue GLC300. Roll eyes? Really? Prior to walking outside to get the vehicle, one of her coworkers said "there are umbrella here" so the employees can bring one for their customers and them. She didn't take one. Original service from a lady was not pleasant..then the gentlemen - not sure his name is took over and he was more helpful and pleasant. And he was willing to help too. Enterprise couldnt locate my reservation from my insurance and the lady was unwilling to help. The 2nd person was very willling to help and figure out what I needed to do to get my rental situated. Only downside was that they didnt tell me I would be charged taxes.. Although the cost was very minimal, it wouldve been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing a surprise charge. I have been using enterprise for quite some time and this specific location was a 1st for me and def the last. There was an issue with my card and instead of trying to resolve it...they became RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. There were two employees I dealt with and by far Addison was the worst. He was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE...making snarky under the breath comments towards me. The manager AMIR was right there and he didn't move to help at all. I went to the one I always go to on 4500 campus drive in Newport. And I received the best customer service there...they went well above and beyond to assist me. Extremely inconsistent service. This location is only looking to take hard working people's money. I rented a car that was extremely scratched and dented and remarked at how these blemishes are going to cause issues when I am returning the car. The associate reassured me and did not show me his report detailing existing damage. Upon returning the vehicle, I called and asked how long the process takes since I am on a time crunch to get to work and the response was "literally two seconds". I show up and they give me a hard tine for scratches that were already on the vehicle when I rented it out. They told me I had to go through a claims process and the damage will be on me. Okay whatever I can't argue I am late for work I will come again at a different time to discuss. I go to another location that night and return my vehicle without a single question asked. Extremely disappointed with the service and communication this location offers. The quoted myself and multiple other customers a 25 minute wait (reassured by the employee after another customer came in complaining she had been there 45+). It ended up taking over an hour, with zero communication from the staff. There were multiple employees just hanging around just looking starry eyed. Be open and honest with your customers, if the wait is an hour, COMMUNICATE that so they can plan accordingly. There is always a lack of cars at this location. Beware. read more

Have been waiting over an hour for a car I reserved that has been being cleaned "since 20 minutes before I arrived". Countless renters of fancier cars have been waved in ahead of me. This is also the only Enterprise location I've been to where you can't park your own car here while using the rental, I was informed they would tow me if I did. There's also no after hours drop off, they said I'd have to go to a different location for that. My girlfriend and I were looking for a last minute car rental for a trip and we were lucky enough to find this convenient location! The staff was beyond friendly and very accommodating. They listened to our needs and offered an appropriate vehicle for the trip. Ryan was through in explaining their insurance policy as well as rental drop off procedures. He really made this a piece of cake and I'll definitely return to this location. Just picked up my rental this morning and service was outstanding. Booked through Hotwire which always has the cheapest car deals. Yes, it's inside FLETCHER JONES dealership so you have to turn in and park just as though you were there to service your Mercedes. Enterprise office is on the right but no signs or anything. Had to ask the staff and there are plenty of them all around. Check-in was quick and easy, girl was super friendly and didn't try to upsell me at all. The wait was around 20mins though, even though I saw my rental parked at the front they were just backed up for morning hour rush and probably understaffed? You either wait at the benches right outside the office or in the lounge area which serves tea and coffee etc. Someone then calls your name. The guy took me to the car (a few steps), explained everything, noted down some info, had me sign some papers (refused insurance as my visa card covers it anyway...) and then bam I'm off! Apparently when I drop off the rental, I don't have to turn into the service area, can go straight ahead where the cars and blue umbrella is and someone will be there to assist me. Overall a pleasant experience minus the getting lost (hard to turn back around if you miss that turn into Fletcher Jones), and the wait and also my car doesn't have an alarm lock, but not as bad as some of the reviews others have left. read more

The guy was rude and didn't care that we left very unsatisfied. We must all be going to 2 different Enterprises at FJM because I have experienced nothing but professional and friendly service over the years. Yes, they do try and up-sell you, but that's their job, if they don't they would get in trouble. Just politly decline and initial, no big deal. I returned my rental yesterday and had quite a few things in the trunk. Rather than make me lug everything into the cashier and then try and hold everything while I waited for my vehicle to be brought out, Scott offered to let me leave everything in the rental and get it after I had my vehicle. Mostly when I have gone there to get a loaner the staff is quite a snob but I never bothered to put that in a review on yelp. Last visit 6/9/17 was as always rude. What made me want to take the time out to write this review is that my credit card was charged $100 this morning when I went online to see it. On calling to inquire I was told by a rude lady in a rude tone that when we take a loaner this is an automatic charge which we were told at the time of check out of the loaner (no one had indicated that). Before I could further question that she just quickly said Have a good day and hung up. Very bad customer service. Just a warning to all please check your credit card bill. They probably are trying to screw us if we do not notice the credit card bill. I will certainly be on the look out for any charges when my actual paper bill comes and if I see any charge from them will have to refer them to the Fraudulent Services Dept of my credit card. read more

I usually get a loaner from them at fletcher Jones when I take my car in for service. This time I got charged 33$ because apparently I 'signed up' for the Walk Away coverage that I was not aware of. The worker for enterprise did not tell me that I was getting the Walk Away coverage ( this is the extra insurance you pay in case something happen to the car, you can ' all away' without having to pay deductibles from your insurance). When I called, they did reverse the charge and told me I did sign up for it. You would think I would remember if someone had told me 'you will be charged an extra 33$ to buy this insurance', but they claimed they did tell me that. read more

Very disappointed with the service I received. I have been getting loaner cars from Fletcher Jones from this location while having my Mercedes worked on for the past 20 years. First off the guy that walked me to my loaner was extremely unfriendly, he barely spoke to me the whole time. When we got to the car he handed me the keys and asked for an initial on his tablet and walked away. That seemed odd to me since they usually walk around the car with you to mark any visible damages and also sit in the car and log the fuel level. Well he didn't do either just handed me the keys and walked away. I still walked around the car myself and also assumed that since their check in is now electronic they may have already logged in the fuel level when the last customer turned in the car. When I returned the loaner same unfriendly associate took it in with the same horrible attitude. I picked up my vehicle and left and about 30 minutes later I received a text notifying me that they have a final receipt for me. I checked the receipt and realized that they charged my credit card for over two gallons of gas. I returned the car at the exact same level of gasoline from when I picked it up. I have the receipt from the gas station that I pumped gas just minutes before returning the car and if you compare it to the mileage I drove it will add up correctly. So either the associate did not log it correctly or you are just cheating your customers for fake Level of gasoline which is shameful. As I said I have been a client of Fletcher Jones for years and I personally know a lot of the managers and service coordinators and I will be sure that hey know about this because it is plain wrong and unethical. read more

This is probably the worst place i've ever rented a car at. I rent cars very frequently as I take many road trips since my personal car already has so many miles on it. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE UNLESS YOUR CAR IS GETTING SERVICED BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. I rented a 7 seater, and mind you we are in the middle of a pandemic, and when I got in the car, there were doritos all over the back seat, and on the floor. There was a band aid on the seat, along with ants everywhere. I didn't notice the ants until I got on the road, however after telling them about the chips and band aid they "cleaned" it again for me. Also, when I got in the car, the gas fuel was on full empty, like literally... the gas light was on. My boyfriend called and asked why it was empty and they said it's because it was hard to find a gas station in the morning (lol I grew up here my whole life there are multiple gas stations within 5-10 miles that are open 24/7, there's literally one down the street). Then, when I got back, the first thing they told me was that I would be charged for the empty fuel and then I had to angrily tell them they were wrong. They offered me 5% off, and upon returning the vehicle, they told me I would get a final email statement before my card got charged. Well, it's been 7 days and my card got charged, however no email. I am currently on hold trying to talk to them, but the representative who picked up said, "we probably didn't have your email on file" and after being put on hold for nearly 10 minutes, she informed me that the extra charges were correct even though I was not told of these extra service fees. On top of that, they charged me for an extra day even though I had ASKED if my original reservation times were fine. Anyways, literally go to ANY other location. read more

This is the 6th or 7th time I've used this Enterprise location. It is conveniently located off the 73 Freeway, and the prices are reasonable. The only rub occurred yesterday when I returned my rental car. I actually dropped it off the night before, but they were closed and there was no place to drop the keys. As a result, I put the keys on the car floor. When I went to pick up my receipt at 9:00 AM the following morning, they charged me a one hour late fee. When I protested and pointed out that the car had been sitting in front of their office all night, they said it didn't matter - because the keys were missing. Despite explaining that the keys were in the car, I was still charged a late fee. It's not the end of the world, but as a repeat customer, I expected better customer service. read more

I have always enjoyed renting from Fletcher Jones Enterprise. They cater to Mercedez-Benz owners so they always have nice cars on the lot, if they don't have a "regular" rental. you sometimes will get a Mercedez or they will give you a free upgrade to what ever they have available. They have always been nice to me and I have rented a lot of card in the past from them. as a matter of fact I just booked another one for this weekend.
