Damaged, knew they damaged my tv.3 large holes pierced the box of my 50 in. TV. They turned the box toward the wall so I wouldn't see the damage at the storage container place. Everything about this guy, he's a scam. A dump run yeah. Move your treasures,....he doest even have a mat to wrap precious cargo. He's destroyed 11,000.00 of my art and family heirlooms, takes no responsibility at all. This is my 2nd post, it took me time to get my things from storage so I can see even more damage now that was hidden the way he placed things. Deceptive, dishonest , unresponsive and unresponsable. The worst of all time, he showed up in a truck too small., doesn't that say it all? A doozie of a mistake., he has no insurance, not registered with the bbb. PHENOMINAL COMPANY! This is the only company we will use for our company. They are on time, professional, work hard and go out of there way. They pack, move, build, clean and probably so much more. They are affordable and take care of your things as if they are your own. They even came to help clean up a mess that another moving company left and they didn't complain once. They damaged my 10,000 dollar furniture. They ripped out the drawers and broke every single hinge. None of my drawers were able to close after. They also damaged my landlords stairway and he wouldn't give me my deposit back bc.of them. I didn't leave a review right away bc i didn't want them.coming back to retaliate bc they know where I live. They had a bunch of drug addicts working for them and I was nervous they would even bring all my property to the new address I thought they were guna Rob me. Do not use them.... Everything that was glass broke on the move. They were in charge of packing and nothing was bubble wrapped or safely packed. After 3 months of Josh giving us the run around he mailed us a check .... UNSIGNED knowing no bank would cash. Then no longer would take calls. Had to take him to Court. The most horrendous experience I have ever had in my life. They are dishonest, sloppy, and more importantly extremely unprofessional! I had to deal with them with a job to clean up the house from a prior tenant that left the house in a mess with a price set for that cleanup, and after that to paint the house for an additional price. The people that cleaned the house were very unprofessional and they left behind a ton of garbage and trash in the house. For instance, when I pulled up the stove i found trash right behind it including syringes and pills. The closets had not been cleaned up, and in the process they broke and antique stove that is irreplaceable. After the move was done two people came in to paint my house without tools! I had to provide them with drop cloths and even brushes for them the first day they were there. One of them I would leave every day at 10 AM and not return until after 2 PM (And when he was there she was constantly on his phone), and the other one would always be seeing sitting in the back steps of the house, and when I would ask him how come and they are not working to paint the house he would always say "I'm waiting for supplies ". I paid them for the move immediately after they finished it, and Josh (the owner) send me a quote for painting the house that was absolutely disturbing! He basically asked me three times the amount of money we had agreed upon in the beginning. The house was not even half painted when I walked in after six days that they were in the house. Every day I would walk into the house and see that there was no progress! I finally had to send the one guy that was left behind away because there was no end in sight. I walked around the house and took many pictures that show that there was absolutely a crappy job done even in the areas where they had supposedly painted. Nevertheless, I paid him the price we had agreed-upon in the beginning, and I even paid him extra for the paint that he told me they had used extra. Joshua is very unprofessional and she doesn't know how to run a business. Eventually I had to pay another crew to come in and fix the sloppy job that they did. In March of 2022 GOAT moving company moved a tenant into one of my fiancés units. while moving, they broke a hallway window. when trying to get in contact with the owner, my fiancé got the run around. the owner would not answer, not call back and seemed to be avoiding the situation for weeks. finally, he accepted responsibility & he sent a coworker to measure the window. yet again, weeks go by with absolutely no communication and what seemed to be avoiding us. it has now been a year and he never followed through with fixing his mistake. So I recently moved and hired these movers ...with how expensive the times are I went with what I thought was the most affordable since I wasn't the only one paying for them ...I got what I thought was the lowest quote out there ....dont ever go by the lowest quote !!! Even if u can't afford good movers try to get good movers ...these fools I got were the so called owners of the company...the female who called herself the boss lady stole my deodorant sad huh ...but the worst thing was they broke my dresser put the leg back on its crooked then they broke an island I had the guy kept trying to take the slate slab off the top of it ...I kept telling him that doesn't come off ...it was heavy yes ...well they pride it off and broke it ...had the nerve to say it fell off which it didn't cause it was really stuck on there ...my boxes were tore open and they took my clean blankets to cover my things ...they had their own blankets why not use those ? my couch was large so they had a hard time bringing it in they said they would return ......they left and never and never returned. I called them they said they would call me when they are on their way ...I called them back after two hours they never answered...the lousiest movers out there ...I still can't find my remote controls to my tv . They ended up charging me 200 more than the price they originally gave me and never finished the job , they broke things and were very unprofessional ! OMG Please Please read reviews and read reviews on Facebook too. Hired them, ruined 90% of anything glass. Rips and tears in furniture. Agreed to a settlement with Josh. He has told us many times he as mailed the check on multiple different days and still not have received check. Set up a time to meet him at his office. (an hour ride each way) and he was not there. Will no longer answer phone or return text messages. This company was also very expensive but we were in a pinch, lesson learned. Please learn by our mistake. If you read other reviews you'll notice others also can't seem to collect any damage from them. Surprised no one taking him to court read more

It's not possible to leave a zero star rating. I contacted them on 8/31/21 to schedule help with moving my items from a 3rd floor apartment to a moving trailer. No transport or unloading was required. I was provided a quote and confirmation more than once of the time and date needed was doable on their end. On moving day where I was already stressed about driving a 12ft trailer 1,700 miles by myself, they were a NO SHOW. They were also impossible to reach by either contact number, Facebook and email. They knew the medical issues I face making it impossible to move myself down from a 3rd floor. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism in a company that uses the name GOAT. They were useless to me and would never recommend them for anything except a good game of hide and seek. Not cool Joshua, not cool. read more
