I was…read moreafraid of being taken advantage of because I was from out of town and had to be able to drive home, all the way to Arkansas. After researching tire shops in the area I called Monro. Bill said he didn't have the tire I needed but to come down and he would see if he could help. I did, and he had a solution, although not perfect. I knew when he suggested others (competition) in the area that might be able to help me better, that he really cared about my well-being and was not trying to take advantage. They got in me right away and changed my tire. As we waited we noticed they had several repeat customers, and I wasn't surprised. They really helped make a bad situation so much better. I was able to continue on with the rest of my trip without worry. Then, after I had driven about five hours down the road, Bill called and asked me if I left a bag with some valuables. I did and my heart dropped. Bill locked it up for me that night. The next day I talked with the manager, Andrew. He said he would mail me my bag. He texted me a copy of the tracking number so I would have peace of mind while waiting on it to come. I cannot express how much this meant to me. They had already gone above and beyond, and then went even further. I wish I lived in the Brockton area so I could be a repeat customer. My fears of being taken advantage of were not only dissolved, but they went out of their way to help me, make sure I made it home safely, AND that my valuables made it to Arkansas. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

They install bad, old, defective tires and charge exorbitant prices for unnecessary services. But then again, when you go to the outskirts like this, what else can you expect but poor-quality service? I wouldn't recommend anyone go there--just know that you will get ripped off.

Must say, this location has become my favorite out of the Avon, Dedham, Walthams, Everett ones…read more It's spacious, plenty of parking per usual. The store is well kept, organized and clean, and is stocked. Costco dates are fun haha, staff is nice and people seem to have good attitude working at this location. We stop in for groceries every other week or so. Unless we see something on tiktok haha that has us running in to check things out.

Much closer for us and honestly just a really well run Costco overall. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate even when it's busy. The staff deserves a lot of credit too. Every employee we've dealt with has been genuinely friendly. Not fake corporate friendly either. Actual "how's your day going?" kind of people who seem like they don't hate being there, which these days feels rare. We went yesterday with a very simple plan. Grab some meat, toilet paper, paper towels, and a case of Coke Zero. Standard Costco run. Somehow we left with all of that plus a Ninja slushy machine, a prep sink for my garage, six pounds of whole bean coffee, and a couple whole trout that we're grilling tonight. That place is dangerous in the best possible way. You walk in needing batteries and leave questioning whether you should buy a kayak and a gazebo. Checkout is another thing they do well here. They always seem to have plenty of registers open and the lines move fast. I'm an Executive Member and usually go during the early access hour, which is fantastic if you want to avoid the real chaos and shop in relative peace before the carts start colliding like a demolition derby. The gas station is also a huge plus. Prices are consistently better and even when the line looks intimidating, it moves quickly. My only minor complaint, and it's not enough to affect the rating at all, is the location of the food court. If you're just going in for a hot dog or pizza, you're kind of fighting upstream against everyone exiting the store. Not the end of the world, just an odd setup. Other than that, love this Costco. Rhode Island seriously needs to get the hint and build one already because half the parking lot in Sharon seems to have Rhode Island plates anyway.
