Delivery was smooth and the delivery guy took all the covid related measures while setting up the bed at my place. Overall very smooth process. And I am super happy with my decision and thanks to my cousin as well who referred me here. It is important in this line of business to understand the patient needs first and then offer them based on their need and budget. And I think Primo Medical Supplies is exactly doing that. She put together my chair and charge me only $10 where a bicycle place I had caught wanted over 100 just to put it together! They have all kinds of wonderful equipment. I hadn't even thought to buy one there. Another woman was trying out one of those little scooter things and Karen was showing her how to use it when I went in. Check them out if you need anything like wheelchair, walker, scooter, they even have those chairs that go up and dump you on the floor! I don't know what else they have but I certainly would call them first and see. Customer Service is Karen and she is just excellent at what she does, which is everything in that store. Highly recommend that place on McCullough in San Antonio.

And their store is divided up into a pharmacy counter and a medical supply counter. They were extremely helpful by phone, taking time to verify that they had exactly what we needed in stock. They did. And when we arrived, we found the store to be clean and organized, and they already had the item we needed waiting for us behind the counter. We also considered renting a wheelchaor or walker for Dad while we were there. They had monthly and daily rental options with reasonable prices and a large selection. It was nice knowing that this option was there if we needed it.
