I had an easy and stress-free experiences using this messenger service. On the phone, the customer service people are super friendly and helpful and honest. The website is easy to use, even as a first time orderer. Status emails are sent out to let you know what's going on with your pickup/delivery. They arrive when they say they will and deliver fast. I used Gofer It twice while I was in Long Beach for work. Noah was great and his Gofers were amazing. I had them run an errand the first day and return a tux the second day. I was a little nervous during my second reservation, because I wasn't going to be around to trouble shoot any challenges (I was getting on a flight back home). Not only did they send me an email when they pick up the Tux, but they also sent me an email when they dropped it off (and included the name of the Tux shop sales person they gave it to). I scheduled an 8:00 A.M. pickup of a very important package to be delivered (on a rush basis, at an extra charge) to a client in Glendale. At 8:11 A.M., I get an e-mail (glad I noticed it) that there are "unusually bad traffic congestion" (Sigalert is green just about everywhere) and "limited driver availability." ETAs were promised, but nothing came by 8:40 A.M. The e-mail invited me to cancel the order if I can't wait. When I call to cancel the order, I get a claim that someone has already been dispatched. If so, where is my notification? Nothing! This is no way to do time-sensitive business. Order canceled and lesson learned. The well-functioning website does not mean your order will be fulfilled. read more

What can I say that no one else has said already. Noah is an amazing person to collaborate with. We needed someone to deliver our cakes to restaurants in LA and OC. Noah's service has delivered 2 very important packages for me. One was a letter and a check to an attorney that needed to be in the attorney's office by a specific time. Noah took my call while hiking in the Santa Monica mountains on a Sunday evening! He attended to all of the details personally and followed up with me every step of the way and the package was delivered on-time and at a lower cost by anywhere from $0 to $100 than his competition had quoted me. All of his competitors told me how difficult it would be to get a package thru rush hour traffic from Ventura County to Los Angeles on a Monday and none of them could guarantee delivery on time. Noah assured me he could do it, proposed an easy solution and executed flawlessly. He also just delivered another important package for us yesterday. We lost a bag at LAX with some valuables and luckily a total stranger picked it up and contacted us to return it. We had spent a sleepless night and could not drive thru the traffic into LA to get it that day, so I called Noah. One of his drivers delivered it by 4:30PM that same day. The person who had found the package was concerned that I was using a delivery service for my valuables, and I told him not to worry and Noah prove me right! This Messenger service is the absolute best I've ever worked with!!! I had an international package that I needed picked up and I had to catch a flight at Lax by noon the same day so I needed a reliable and quick service to pick it up for me as I wasn't going to have time. I ordered the ASAP service the night before and provided the tracking # to make it easier as I didn't know how it even worked with someone else picking up a package for me. Right when Gofer it opened they promptly contacted DHL with the tracking number I provided to get the logistics of the package and than contacted me with all the information I needed to verify the package was being picked up thru a 3rd to DHL , which was above and beyond.
