****BEYOND IMPRESSIVE---I created an account about a month ago, as I knew I would need messenger services in forthcoming months.... Finally needing it, I scheduled a last minute (almost rush order) pick-up from an escrow company in Tarzana with delivery to Westchester. It took under a minute to book online for starters.... Not only was the pick-up scheduled around 3pm with pick up between 5-7pm, SUPER Rep. Kari was able to dispatch a Driver for early retrieval and have the closing package delivered to Westchester by 5:15pm. When my printing shop in Long Beach forgot to overnight-ship our order this morning of custom made shirts we had specially made for a big TV commercial shoot in Florida tomorrow night and throughout the week-end, and then didn't inform me until 11:17 pm EST my time, I panicked! Then I called Gofer It! and even though it was after hours, YOU thankfully answered the phone (in the middle of a workout on your Stairmaster!) and assured me you would do what you could to pull off a miracle. Gofer It is awesome. A collegue was here from the East Coast. After traveling clear across the United States, she had learned her luggage did not arrive when she did. The airline was instructed to deliver her luggage to Rancho Palos Verdes where she was staying and in error they delivered the luggage to our offices here in Anaheim. Another company made a delivery to our office so I thought I'd use them for a personal delivery. Spoke with the owner on a Friday and inquired into their availability to schedule a pickup/delivery for the upcoming Monday and he said no problem. He called the destination site to make sure the recipient would be on location to receive the package but I was never able to actually get the pickup/delivery scheduled (was told they'd call me back and they didn't; I left a message on Saturday since they promote themselves as a 24 hour service and my call was never returned.). Sunday rolled around and no word from this other company so I searched Yelp and found Gofer It!. I was a tad skeptical because all of the reviews were high (I've heard of some companies posting their own reviews to make their company look better than what they are). Gofor It! was local so I decided to take a chance and called ..... on Sunday. Spoke with Noah and to make a long story short my package was picked up Monday morning on schedule and delivered per my instructions. A totally easy and seamless process!
