Great people! My puppy loves hanging out at GoFetch! I especially appreciate the shuttle service and that they will give Sport her packed lunch when have her there for a full day of play!

Weird to post about a dog care place on Yelp but here we are. This place is absolutely the best for dogs. I couldn't be happier with the team and care at GoFetch. I never imagined I'd pay money for a dog to go to daycare but hear me out - it's worth every penny. We got a puppy in April and as soon as he was old enough, we started trying a little bit of training and daycare through GoFetch. We could not be happier with them and our now 6 month old puppy adores his time there. Their love, care and understanding of dogs is incredible. We take our pup for daycare a few days a week and he loves it so much that he runs to the door to be let in. Misty, who is there in the morning when we bring Mookie, is wonderful. The moment you meet her in the morning, you know your dog is going to be loved. Every single team member is warm and friendly, knows the dogs and makes you feel so comfortable. We had him groomed there and the groomer not only called to go over what we wanted but sent a follow up email with his care that day. Currently, he's being boarded and the team is amazing about looking after him and updating us. The dogs aren't kenneled at night and this makes me so happy. If you're looking for an all-inclusive dog care place, please consider GoFetch. It's wonderful.

This is before her cut and what a Maltipoo should look like.

This is the 2nd chance I gave to the groomers at Go Fetch! First time wasn't t so good but I let it go. This time is horrendous. It looks like my dog got in a fight with the clippers. What kind of groomer thinks this is a good cut? My dog is a very well behaved dog and has been to different groomers in the past and has NEVER had this happen. Maybe it wasn't a cut I was in love with but I always think well it will grow back. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can't imagine how this company has such raving reviews. I will definitely NEVER EVER come back again and I will be sure not to recommend anyone to this place. I wish I can give negative stars! Update: I received a call from the owner only to end up more upset than I started. She offered a refund but took no responsibility for the poor quality of work I received. Instead she chose to pass the blame onto my husband, saying that that's what he asked for (which he did not) saying that the groomer was not comfortable with his request but proceeded anyway. Hmmm what a bunch of crap. If she had owned up to the mistake I would have updated my review on a more positive note. And would have let this all go. Unfortunately she doesn't understand good customer service. She kept just saying she'll give me a refund and sorry that there was obviously no way she could make me happy. Again shifting the blame with no responsibility.

Our boys always have a great time hanging out at goFetch. The staff at goFetch are excellent and very attentive to the animals. We have also used their grooming services on several occasions for nail trimming. You can't go wrong with goFetch for daycare, overnight boarding or grooming services.

Another successful daycare session! Sleepy puppy achieved!

When my wife and I got our 8 week old Pomeranian, Cosmo, we knew that we would want some kind of daycare for him when he got a little older. All dogs need attention and excitement in their day, and Cosmo needed a LOT of attention at first. We found GoFetch through convenience, but stuck with it for the quality of their daycare service and the peace of mind that affords us. The employees have all been warm and welcoming, and they will almost immediately remember you and your dog. That was already reassuring. They have a webcam set up so you can monitor your dog in the playpen throughout the day. Another plus, although I've honestly never felt compelled to check it. They give you updates on your dog and keep you informed of his behavior. According to them, Cosmo is "one of the pack" now, and it shows. He comes back from daycare exhausted and happy. One of the first things he does after dinner is find a spot on the floor and pass out. Tired baby is our favorite baby! We bought a 30 day package for Cosmo, which wasn't cheap, but after using it twice a week for the last two months, we can say it's been worth every penny. My wife and I work all day, and it wouldn't be fair to Cosmo to keep him locked up alone in our apartment five days a week. If your dog plays well with others and needs some extra attention during the week, I can wholeheartedly recommend GoFetch. Their temperament test is free, and it will determine how well your fur baby will handle regular daycare sessions, so at least stop by and give it a shot!

I'd worked with two trainers, including a 3 week board-and-train program ($5,000 investment), followed every instruction, and practiced daily, yet I didn't see changes. I was managing the behavior without ever understanding what was causing it. That changed within the first two hours with Brad. He didn't start with commands or tools. Instead, he focused on the psychology behind Sunny's reactions: what was driving them, what was reinforcing them, and what I was unknowingly communicating. No one had ever explained it that clearly. That was the turning point. For the first time, I wasn't guessing or correcting blindly. I could see what Sunny was experiencing in real time and understand how my timing, energy, and responses were shaping his behavior. That clarity changed everything. Walks feel completely different now. Sunny is no longer pulls since my training with Brad, the reactive outbursts are gone, and the experience itself is calm. I'm no longer bracing for problems because I know how to prevent them. I am SO appreciative!

A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

We definitely recommend Andi!…read more We originally reached out to Andi for consultations regarding both of our Maltipoos, Kiki and Coco. During our initial phone consultation, Andi was incredibly honest and genuine. After learning more about our dogs, she felt that Kiki was the one who would benefit most from formal training and suggested that we could apply what we learned with Kiki to Coco as well. We really appreciated that she didn't try to upsell us on training for both dogs when she easily could have. That immediately showed us how much she genuinely cares about helping dogs and their families. At the time, Kiki was about six months old and was extremely reactive to just about everything in the outside world. We were looking for someone whose methods aligned with our values, and we loved Andi's positive reinforcement approach. Kiki completed Andi's six-week program, and the growth we've seen has been incredible. What sets Andi apart is that she isn't focused solely on teaching dogs tricks or obedience commands. She truly cares about each dog's emotional well-being and how they're feeling throughout the process. We learned so much--not just about Kiki, but about ourselves as dog owners. Andi helped us understand how our own behaviors and responses can shape our dogs, which was eye-opening and incredibly valuable. Of course, the work doesn't stop when the training sessions end. It takes consistency and ongoing practice at home, but Andi gave us the tools and confidence to continue building on Kiki's progress. The effort has been absolutely worth it. One of the best parts is that we were able to use many of the same training methods with our older Maltipoo, Coco, and she learned and benefited from them as well. Andi actively encouraged this, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical trainer who truly puts dogs' well-being first, we wholeheartedly recommend Andi and Diamond Dog Training.

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Yasmeen at Zenni Dogs!…read more My husband and I are first-time dog owners with a happy, energetic black lab. When we started looking for a trainer, we received two separate referrals for Yasmeen -- and we quickly understood why. At about seven months old, our pup had unfortunately been bitten by another dog, and we wanted help reintroducing him to social settings with both people and other dogs. We also wanted to learn tools and techniques to feel more confident managing him both inside and outside our home. From day one, Yasmeen was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping our dog (and us!) succeed. She took the time to understand his personality and tailored her training approach perfectly -- we started seeing improvement after just the second session. Her positive, effective methods made training fun and engaging for our whole family. She also shared practical tips we could easily use every day, which made a huge difference in reinforcing progress at home. Charlie was reactive (barking and pulling at the leash upon seeing other dogs) mouthy with constant nips to the hands, resource guarding (which really freaked us out) and really struggled with confidence and basic manners. What stood out the most was how calm, patient, and warm Alex was with our Charlie. He clearly understands canine behavior and approaches training in a way that builds trust and confidence rather than fear. You could see our Charlie begin to relax and learn almost immediately under his guidance. His mouthing stopped immediately, and the unique new schedule Alex provided has brought order and calm to Charlie's day. Not only are his guidelines used to create order, but also to strengthen the bond and relationship we want with our dog. Most importantly Alex is patient while trying to train US. He did an incredible job communicating with us throughout the entire process. Every day he sent videos, updates, and check-ins so we could see our dog's progress and understand what he was working on.
