My daughter had an accident this past winter after an icy overpass froze. Not being from the area I was referred to Goff's at this location. Jason was extremely helpful and understanding and gave me the help and advice I needed. He gave me an estimate and a quote and even though they had to send it out for repair it came back as expected, working and under the estimate. I wouldn't trust them to cook a frozen fish stick. I've had 2 experiences with Reflections. My first was a car that had front end damage. They had to send it out to their regular mechanic for some work. After I got it back the alignment was absolutely horrendous. The body work was acceptable, but here's where I blame Reflections: I took it back to Reflections and explained the issue. They told me to go see their mechanic and explain it to him. Perhaps Reflections should have made initial contact with their mechanic. That's debatable. But I contacted the mechanic myself anyway. The mechanic took it for a drive and verified what I was experiencing. He put it on the lift, looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong. He further explained the problem was something called "torque-steer" - something in the automatic transmission that makes the car pull to one side during acceleration. He added that a lot of cars come like that straight from the factory. He concluded by saying there was absolutely nothing he could do about it. Well... keep piling on the garbage because it didn't do that before the accident. I went back to Reflections and asked they send it out to a different mechanic to get a second opinion. They refused and passed the buck back to me. So now I have to pay for another mechanic to look at the shoddy work that your mechanic did? You don't stand by your mechanic's work? Nice. Well guess what? I did take it to another mechanic. He put it on the lift, looked at it and said, "oh yeah! I can tell the alignment is off just by looking at it." Experience #2 Yeah, I know I should have known better. But I thought maybe things had changed. It had been a while and they seem to get good reviews lately. So I called for an estimate. Immediately the lady that answered did not sound pleasant. She said estimates are scheduled, so we set up a time on another day. I drove down there and was told they couldn't give me an estimate. Ummmm... why? They said they will only give estimates directly to my insurance company. You couldn't have mentioned this over the phone? What if I was paying for it out of my pocket? Could you give me an estimate if that were the case? Thanks for wasting my time. I won't trust a business that won't give me an estimate. My insurance company and I are just supposed to blindly trust what you say? No thanks. Getting estimates gives me different information from different vantage points. I also won't trust a business that won't stand behind their customer when the job didn't go quite smoothly. Hey, sometimes the experience isn't perfect. It happens and I'm OK with that. But it's how you deal with those particular issues that set you apart. I don't care if they happen to be the best body shop in town. Collisions often require mechanical work. If you're not going to stand by your mechanic and send me all over town to deal with a problem YOU were paid to deal with... how exactly am I supposed to trust you? read more

I took my car to Reflections after a front-end damaging accident at the recommendation of a friend and because they are an approved shop for my insurance company. They offered a free loaner for the 10 total days they had my car, where the Hyundai dealership was going to charge me $30 per day. On my first call to inquire about service and the loaner, I was quite pleased with the friendly voice and helpfulness of the person on the other end. When I brought the car in later that morning, the manager seemed to already be expecting me -- with the forms ready and the loaner ready to go. I was amazed at how simple it was. Reflections dealt directly with my insurance, which was nice, and when I called to check on the progress they were very helpful. I picked up the car today, and not only did the body work look perfect, but they had vacuumed and cleaned the entire interior of my car, which they weren't even working on! The outside was washed too, they gave me a small jar of paint to match the car for touch-ups, and there is a lifetime guarantee on the work. I've had a few bad experiences with car repair, particularly it seems, many of the chain shops seem to prey on women, using fast talk and tricky wording to get you to approve extra services when you are doing simple maintenance. Anyway, in contrast, my whole experience at Reflections was good, and I will recommend them highly in the future. read more

I'm not originally from the Midwest so taking my car in to get repaired after a small fender bender was intimidating. My friend recommended Goff's and I called the same day to get a quote. Michael thoughtfully walked me through the entire quote, gave me a breakdown of cost and gave me two options to repair my car. When I brought it in for the repair, they made sure to call me if they needed any additional information and to relay any findings that weren't originally found in the quote. They went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what they would be doing to my car but also made sure that I was well aware of the costs and the step-by-step of what was happening. A few weeks later, a light went on in my car dashboard and I called Goff's to see if they could check it out to see if it was related to my original fender bender. They had me come in the same day, and again went above and beyond to show me how this could get fixed, and what the issue was. I took my vehicle there after a school bus damaged the right rear quarter and bumper of my 2010 Honda Civic sedan. This had been my first accident since I was a teenager and and I had several questions that they answered in a professional and courteous manner. Everything was taken care of by them, including the managing of all the paperwork work between the school bus's insurance, and my vehicle as well. I really want to give this a 5. I want to give it a 5 because they do excellent work, they are very friendly and communicative and willing to bend over backwards for their customers. I only ding them here because I was told I would get a call back to get a tiny amount surface rust removed from the back of my vehicle. Originally I wanted them to do that when they fixed the other issue, but there was a miscommunication that I am willing to take the hit on. But after mentioning that I would also like that done, I was told it wouldn't be a big deal and that I would be contacted after a rental became free for me to use. It's been months now and I never did receive that call, so I went elsewhere to have that service performed. Other than that, I would recommend the work that Reflections does. James S. is a moran, no body shop will ever warranty​ rust, duh. This place is one of the best in town, notice that they did a courtesy fix! Duh again. I had a 2006 Mazda 6, it was hit in the back extremely hard and it was repaired with the utmost care. The owner is the nicest, caring person I have come into contact with in this industry. Body guys were awesome, did a fantastic caulking job and the painter made the match better than the factory. Love this place, would not take my car anywhere else. read more

Can't say enough good things about Goff's. Got in a little scrape with a pillar in a poorly designed parking garage and needed some body work done. Since they were close to work and home I took my car here and was very pleased. The estimate process was quick and easy and they worked easily with my insurance company. Their close proximity and working relationship with Enterprise made getting a rental car so easy! Jason kept me informed every step of the way and all of the employees were very helpful. Also the waiting area is immaculately clean and the coffee/water/soda is a nice touch. Not your usual grimy auto garage! I hope I don't need to go back but won't hesitate to if I have to! read more

I got rear ended two weeks ago and immediately went to a body shop I had used in the past. They couldn't do an estimate for six days. Disappointed, I looked online and found Goff's which was also in my neighborhood. I was familiar with their name from an eye catching billboard on US45 years back. I called and they invited me in anytime to do the estimate. I drove over immediately, got the estimate. The next day I received authorization from the other driver's insurance company and telephoned Goff's who gave me an appointment for the next business day. I got a great rental and the shop immediately went to work. A few days later they called to advise my car was done. Not only was the repair work completed without issue but my car had been thoroughly detailed and looked pretty much like it did in the show room five years ago!! I highly recommend this shop because of the quality of their work and the extreme care they give to their customer service. I checked the work hours of this place and it says that is open monday-friday until 5:30 pm. I arrived at the place 5:04 pm to make a quick estimate. The clerk first asked me if it would be through insurance. When I said no, he just said that they do not make estimate after 5:00 pm. Because of the bad customer service, I will not recommend this place anymore. read more

What a breath of fresh air to work with people who are at once completely profession and yet so amiable. The work they did not only left my car looking like new on the exterior, they had it completely cleaned on the inside. They had someone there to bring a rental car and to drop it off so that I did not have to have my wife drive me downtown. I have used them over the years and have had great service when Mike was there, took brand new vehicle there for repair work( patch and hole in a quater panel from a tire shredding? and 4 years later there were rust bubbles occurring. Took it back in for hopefully warranty covered work on it and they fixed it, saying it was a courtesy fix. Within a year it looked 5xs worse and rust coming thru more then then it did in beginning, asked them to fix again there previous work they refused while the vehicle was there for another repair. No customer service with Paul, he actually hung up on his customer, who hangs up on there customers??? He said watch this and while i was talking to him and slammed phone down and hungup. Customer is never right when you work with him. There alot of great places out there, but I wouldn't recommend this one. I want a place that warranties there work now ignores it.
