Upon my first meeting with the woman who is looking over my vehicles repairs to the last time picking my car up everyone I interact with was incredibly kind, thorough, and more than qualified for their job. Unfortunately, additional parts had to be ordered, and it ended up taking way longer than expected. My original point of contact also moved on from the company during the time my car was there. Even through some miscommunications, this place made sure I was fully taken care of. They coordinated my rental vehicle and even personally paid for it when the insurance timed out. They communicated with me via text and email and always answered when I called. When I picked my car up, not only was the work they did done excellently. My entire car was professionally, detailed inside and out. As long as I live in the greater Milwaukee area, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and taken care of by the people with this group. If I could give six stars I would and two thumbs up.

They didn't offer to work around the issue - all I could do is go elsewhere, or come back at some point in the future and hope their internet worked. That's just bad business to inconvenience the customer for a business problem. A cellphone in hotspot mode would have had them running again well enough to actually do business. So, one star because I came to them with my business and they told me to go find a competitor instead.

We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.

Well about an hour later I received the quote and it was all quoted together not separately like I had asked for. So I reached out to ask them to break it down and then he then tells me he can do that if I want to come back down by them which is a half hour by car and he says they usually charge for quotes which he never mentioned when I went there for the quote originally, Just because he was so busy he was irritated with me for asking for what I originally asked for. So I told him to just forget the quote and I will go elsewhere and I will post something on Yelp. He then told me to come back and he will requote it the way I wanted for me at no charge!
