This is the best place to go for delicious fresh juices as they are made in-house everyday. We only go to Temecula mall to get a juice from here. This week I tried POM which was Amazing, and my husband got triple berry bowl which was bomb as well. It's was our first time trying there granola bowls and it's was delicious that my husband said that now he knows what to get for breakfast as he does work close by. Keep doing a great job. This place would have 0 stars based upon customer service. They have two very disrespectful teenage employees working there. One by the name of Mikayla was really rude and needs to be taught some manners. One of my daughters ordered a watermelon drink that wasn't on display because they were finishing the batch up. My youngest received the pitaya lemonade. They brought the other watermelon drink from the back and she let her younger sibling try it. They then gave me the drink for my 5 year old and we walked out. Upon walking out my 5 year old asked if she could change it to watermelon. I went back into the store and asked if it was possible and was told that she couldn't exchange it. I asked if they did refills and they said no. I asked if they charged to refill was told no. My daughter didn't even have any of the drink at this time so I asked to speak to a manager to see if she was willing. A call was supposedly placed to thier manager and she said no from what I was told. In the process of the call being made the girl Mikayla made a snarky remark to the person calling the manager saying that she couldn't see the sign right there...She also went on to say that's what the samples are for! Well, that particular drink wasn't there to sample..As they were making it in the back! The two were rude. Of course I didn't want to pay for another drink that wasn't drunk in the first place. The best place to go for Raw Juice drinks or any Juice they offer. I personally can't go to the mall without buying a drink from them for myself and my kids. The watermelon is my favorite as well as my kids and my wife loves the coconut drink. They make Raw juices which I also drink very often. The owner is a really nice guy and I'm happy to have his business so close to us. The juice here is very good and we go there fairly often (once a week on average).... But the service sucks! The staff is not friendly and there's just really no "customer service". I almost always get the pitaya lemonade mixed with another juice and have loved it. But today the pitaya had a LOT of tiny seeds in it. Which had the consistency of dirt. It was very hard. I went back after a few sips and ask for a new juice. The lady actually rolled her eyes at me, then replaced my drink. I can't remember ever going there and feeling like they valued my business. So at this point it's going to just have to be a one star review, but I will be fair and give them two stars because their juices are actually really good. The customer service that I have received on various occasions from this business is very bad, and needs a lot of work. First off, they stopped accepting orders through door dash, which is fine, that is the businesses choice. So I go ahead and decide to call my order in and go to pick it up, I am told that they do not accept over the phone orders for pick up. Once again that is fine and is the businesses choice. The problem arises when not only do they not accept door dash, or phone orders, and now their website no longer works either. So when I call and and try to place my order over the phone kindly explaining that their website no longer works, I am told that they still under no circumstance can take my order over the phone. so basically at this point this business has no pick up options for orders, the only way that you can place an order is by coming to the store physically and waiting in line, and while I feel the pandemic is mostly over, I would like to limit my in-store waiting time as much as possible to avoid any unnecessary risks. This business really has to rethink the way they are doing business, because they will lose me as a customer if they don't. read more

This is by far one of the best juice bars I`ve ever been to. Everything they have here is EXTREMELY delicious. Their juices are always made fresh and provide different flavors every here and there. They have a wide variety of options from sweet to healthy. I also would recommend their bowls especially the matcha bowl they have. OMGEEE! Fresh Pressed Juices at its best! My daughter told me I wouldn't regret trying the juices & that I did not. I had the mojito with a splash of strawberry lemonade. When I checked it was a metal blade (maybe a piece of a knife or a piece of the blade of the blender) that was INSIDE of my acai bowl.
