Best juice bar in town! I always stop in when I make a trip to the mall. My absolute favorite drink there is the coconut juice. So good! I also recommend the watermelon and guava. They also offer samples of their juices, which is very nice. The bar is always clean and the service provided is always kind. My only issue is the line. During peak times it can get pretty cramped and the line can reach the entrance. Patrons seem to get confused as to where to stand to wait for their drinks because of the rope that guides the line in blocks off the area to your right and left. However, that's just a small issue with logistics of setup. The service and product is on point. I highly recommend! read more

This review is for your employees. First, your contact information needs to be updated. It has been a non-working number for the past week and I've made numerous attempts to try and reach someone. I've called the other locations only to be hung up on and told to check Yelp for the correct number. I have even asked for a manager only to be told that there isn't any. "There's only bosses here". Huh? Someone needs to train their employees on proper phone etiquette. When I asked her what the name of the boss was, she mumbled/whispered the name Veronica as if she wasn't supposed to give it out. I asked her to repeat it to make sure I heard it correctly. She did, and then hung up on me. Come on guys. I only had a simple request and wanted to speak to someone in charge or at least with someone that knows what they're doing. I guess only bosses have that ability. I will not recommend this location simply based on that. A little respect and courtesy goes a long way. And it's unfortunate that I will not be back again nor would I recommend this place. read more

I've been going to Gofruit for a little over a year now and other than the guy that owns it, the costumer service has always been HORRIBLE. The girls there are not nice and have made me feel like a problem on multiple occasions. BUT- there is a newer girl there now that is always energetic and happy to help with anything and everything. My family and I came in Friday night and Saturday around noon (Jan 19&20) and she was super nice, served with a smile, and joked with my kids. I love the pure, organic aspect of everything they make there and I have always loved everything I've ordered, and I'm so glad to see that the management is finally hiring the right staff! Literally obsessed with this places juice. Found out about them last week and have gone every single day since then. Pitaya lemonade is AMAZING. I don't even like guavas but there guava juice is great as well! And they had a hibiscus one this evening and I think it's my favorite out of everyone I've tried. Customer service is terrible. They have a make your own juice menus and we asked for spinach juice. Offered to pay the 14 oz size for 2 oz but they would not do it. Said it would take 4 bags of spinach to produce that. I usually cold press juice at home but I'm in between juicers at the moment. I know for a fact it would not take 4 bags a spinach to product 2oz of juice. If you are into real juicing, don't waist your time on this place. I try to come here once a week and it's the best juice place around. Huge variety from fresh squeezed with no sweetener added, bowls, smoothies, popsicles, etc. Everything always taste great. Only downside is some of the girls working have a horrible attitude, literally no smiles or anything. Some girls will roll their eyes or act annoyed.
