Yum Cha Spot is my favorite Viet coffee place in Temecula. Everything I've tried has been consistently good. The pandan drip is delicious, the egg foam and taro foam are both solid, and the black sesame drip feels like the hidden gem on the menu. Lately my go‑to has been either the pandan or the black sesame. So good. The vibe is simple and easy to pop in and out of, and everyone who works here has always been really nice. If you go before 10:30 am you get a discount, so I usually end up paying around six dollars for a really good coffee. For the quality, the price is great! If you're into Vietnamese coffee, this place is definitely worth stopping by.
Yum Cha is My New Favorite Boba Spot. Super Cute And Clean in The inside. I Wasn't Sure What I Wanted But He Requested A Pineapple And Coconut Smoothie And I Was Like Heck Yeah That's My Favorite! So it Was Meant To Be. Lol :) and Got Honey Boba. And My Boyfriend Got Avocado Smoothie With Their New Ube Boba. The Service Was Quick And Friendly And Very Helpful. Definitely Coming Back.
The pandan drip and pandan jade drinks fell short on the actual flavor of pandan. The coffee and matcha used however were good quality. I paid $1 to try the mochi boba and it was good with a nice texture that had a lot of chew which was great but not sure if I would get it again as they don't give you a good amount of it in my opinion. Especially when there are competitive shops like Wushiland, share tea and quickly that give you more value for your $. But when in Temecula the shop is worth a try.
Cute spot located off of Temecula Parkway. It's located in the back at the end of Starbucks drive thru. Their tea is really good. I ordered a chocolate smoothie with boba and it was delicious. Our server was very sweet. Once done, they put the drinks on these turtles laying on their stomach. Their eyes open once drink is on their shell. Super cute idea. The store is very clean and prices are decent. I would definitely visit this place again.
I think I've gone to this building suite, for the past three boba places. I truly hope this one stays. The service was great. Friendly smiles and greetings offered upon entrance. The place was highly decorated with Labubu dolls. They have an assortment of flavors that look delicious. But most of all, their boba has good flavor and texture, cooked just right. I am definitely coming back.
Brand new boba spot in town. There are a ton of boba shops around here, but they're not all created equal. Yum Cha is definitely one of the best around. They have a very expansive menu with lots of customization options. We were able to sample a couple of things before deciding to order something. My go to at these types of places is a taro smoothie with cheese foam. Yum Cha made me a taro smoothie with egg foam with was absolutely delicious. I also tried my wife's apple ginger drink with green apple popping boba which was recommended as an extra. It was also amazing, a tad sweet for my tastes, but we'll tone that dow next time. The spot is very inviting, open and clean. The kitchen is spotless and so were the bathrooms. Can't wait to bring my daughter back this weekend.
Yum Cha Spot continues to promote their shop with early morning specials, new drink creations, and Labubu giveaways. Recently I've had the Golden Matcha (3/5), Jade Sunrise (3.5/5), and Avocado Smoothie (5/5). Their matcha drinks are okay, they seem a bit watery and not as rich as I would expect from a matcha based drink. Their Avocado Smoothie is great, full of creamy Avocado goodness in slushy form. Their staff and owner are enthusiastic and treats customers well. Its clear that they are really pushing for this store to gain traction with guests. Great boba place in Temecula. My favorite in this area so far.
Service here from uncle was 10 stars, super cool guy to chat with, he's very helpful and very friendly, always smiling and welcoming to all his customers. Brown sugar mochi boba was sweet and chewy and I thoroughly enjoyed my Citrus Bloom iced tea. I did not care for the Share Tea here prior and never had the chance to visit when it was Mr. Chi but I wish this place nothing but success in all their endeavors! Would return if in the area again based on service alone, many drink options to choose from, guaranteed something for everyone to enjoy!

BLACK DRAGON: 5/5 I have always been a big fan of oolong tea and the tea flavor really hits the spot! PANDAN COFFEE: 5/5 This was a favorite of ours that was not on the menu yet. My husband asked if they had Pandan flavor and she said yes! We were so grateful that they made it for us because we would usually have to go to Westminster for the Pandan coffee. Now Temecula has its very first drink spot with Pandan! PANDAN SMOOTHIE: 5/5 not on the menu yet and I'm also so grateful they made this for me because it's my new favorite drink now. They were also very nice and let us try a few toppings! The aloe vera went really well with the Pandan smoothie as it came with NICE HUGE CHUNKS! I hope they make the oolong mochi topping soon! Always looking for a new, yummy, boba shop in the Temecula area because they're so sparse! Drinks were customizable and delicious. I got a Green Thai tea base with Pandan milk and grass jelly, made to perfection! Husband got the Hanoi Velvet which was indeed silky and rich, tasted like a crème brûlée. And kiddos got the Pineapple coconut, non-caffeinated and tastes like a pina colada-- which goes well with the weather we're having. They even have some board games, making a family night out even funner! read more

After visiting Pechanga Casino with my family, I discovered a hidden gem named "Yum Cha Spot" along the 15 Freeway. I initially assumed it was a Dim Sum restaurant, but it is actually a Boba place. The space is not very big, but there are just a few seats. The staff is really nice and helpful in explaining which drinks are good. It has a Labubu with Boba drink display and adorable Merry Christmas decorations. The drinks that we had were excellent, and we are definitely coming back when we visit Pechanga Casino again. read more

This took the place of Mr. Chi Boba, under new management. The menu is the same. I had a house milk tea smoothie with boba and my son opted for a Thai milk tea. The employees were helpful and the drinks were made fairly quickly. Plenty of seating inside, and is a great place to grab a refreshing drink :) Br sure to follow them on instagram to keep up with deals and news! We came on a Sunday evening around 6pm. There was one person working there. He was excellent. Very nice service. I brought my teen and she got the green tea drink. She asked for 25% sugar and he let her bring it back for more sugar. I got the Pandan Vietnamese coffee with oat milk and Matcha foam. I like all 3 but loved the pandan the best even at 25% sugar. The ratio of pandan to Vietnamese Coffee was like 30% to 70%. I loved the pandan so much next time I would ask for 30% Vietnamese coffee and 70%Pandan. The Vietnamese coffee was strong just how I like it but i just love Pandan latte more. The Matcha foam was a bit thick. I did like it though. read more

Such sweet service to go along with the sweet drinks! We came here on the way home. In a hidden area, but definitely worth it. We tried the brown sugar milk tea, the chocolate bliss and the strawberry bliss and they were all delicious. Cute boba shop right off the freeway. I was sad that Sharetea closed and moved further down the street but excited that Yum Cha took over the space. Decor is soo cute if you love Labubus. They have a few of the Collector ones on display. Staff is friendly and patient with me while I was trying to figure out which drink I wanted. I finally decided on the Citrus Bloom (kumquat and lychee green tea) with honey sugar boba. Really hit the spot and so refreshing in the Temecula heat. Yum Cha Spot was such a solid find. The place is really clean inside and has a super unique, fun vibe the inside is packed with cool details (including LABUBU everywhere), which makes it feel different from most drink spots and honestly adds to the experience. Customer service was great too. I was greeted right when I walked in, and everyone felt friendly and welcoming without it feeling rushed. For the drink, I got the iced banana matcha, and it was genuinely really good, sweet but not too sweet, super smooth, and easy to drink. You can tell they put care into it. Also, parking was easy, which is always a win. If you're in the area and want a matcha spot with a clean aesthetic, good service, and a standout atmosphere, this one's worth the stop. read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was so yummy! My boyfriend got the black sesame latte, and they included extra black sesame foam with his drink which was super nice. I got the jasmine milk tea with mochi boba. I've never had mochi boba before but it's def a new fav. So soft and not too sweet at all. Jasmine tea was super fragrant too! The service was outstanding as well. They gave us a free sample of their gingerbread drink from their Christmas menu as soon as we walked in and were so kind and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough. Besides amazing, fast, friendly service, the place is really clean and cutely decorated. Definitely want to come back and try all their other drinks! I was craving a Vietnamese coffee and wanted to try a new place. Stopped by here and definitely glad we did. I got 3 chocolate drinks for my boys, got my daughter a Thai tea with boba and of course my Vietnamese coffee! Everything was delicious! I forgot to take a photo of the drinks since I went straight to devouring mine and so did my kids lol. I also, got the cutest glass cup for free with my purchase and some raffle tickets as well. Service was great the gentleman and young lady working were very kind. The place is very clean and such a perfect spot for photo ops. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

Love this little boba shop tucked away behind Starbucks. I stumbled in there and found a truly unique boba shop. They're a dime a dozen here. Their menu sets them apart. I tried the rose tea and apple zing today. Love their fun flavors! Their customer service is amazing as well! I truly felt they were helping me customize my tea exactly the way I wanted. Me and my wife decided to come back the next day! We were so excited to try the pandon flavor drinks and maybe something new as well. My wife asked if they can make a matcha pandan smoothie with Aloe Vera and she said of course! So excited to have seen the pandan smoothie on the menu too! Today, we also ordered the lychee breeze with black tea. They were both refreshing but, my wife loved the pandan matcha smoothie with Aloe Vera and extra sweet. We love this place, will definitely tell ours friends/family and will most certainly return as loyal customers!!!!! Great service and plenty of parking!! read more
