I absolutely love coming to Everbowl. I love the remodel that was recently done in the store on 79 south. The service is unbelievable. It seems that I always managed to go in there during the afternoon when a young lady is working I believe her name is Paige. She knows her menu and knows how to talk to her customers. I had a great experience this Sunday morning thanks to one of the employees who really stood out today. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and patient while helping me choose what to order. She explained the menu clearly and even recommended a few toppings that ended up being perfect. What impressed me most was her positive attitude and attention to detail. UPDATED REVIEW: My bowl came out to $14.50 (double the price) than what I l paid for back then. I understand prices increase, but wow! I was disappointed to see they charge for adding anything extra now.. like you have to choose between granola and chia and you also only get 1 drizzle! $14 for a regular bowl is insane. They remodeled a couple times but I liked how it was before. It was hot inside and felt musty with only a fan blowing behind the counter. My wife and I as you can tell from our previous post. Enjoy everbowl quite frequently, we have not been to everbowl between 3 weeks to a month. It appears that possibly there might be new management. Indoor price of inevitable as you can tell has gone up. Look at the size of my previous pictures. The one I received today is a large. The one I received 3 weeks ago is a large and is much larger. I don't mind spending $15 to $18, but I do expect to get my monies worth then the young lady behind the counter. My wife enjoys blueberries. We asked for a small cup of blueberries, the young lady behind the counter which today is March 8th. Portion size was decent and toppings were fresh, which I appreciated. Just a heads up, they don't take cash, so make sure to bring a card. Hey there! I'm usually a big fan of this place and I visit pretty frequently. However, last order hasnt been quite right. It's a bummer when what I expect isn't what I receive. So it must be a new employee because when she took my order she had to call her manager I normally get a small size of blueberries only blueberries and she had to call her manager to see if she could do that if I want to spend $7.99 for just she shouldn't have to call the manager I didn't ask for a discount I was willing to spend full price for a kid's size but blueberries only and also my husband ordered a PB Aci Bowl, and generally the girl at the desk will say regular or large well this time she didn't ask what size and we just assumed she knew and what we got was a regular not happy whatsoever I come frequently and I go out of my way because I don't live in Temecula and so it was kind of disheartening and another thing as a establishment of a public restaurant I thought by law you have to have restrooms and I saw no restrooms, hope they can sort this out soon, maybe with some extra training for the new folks. We drove all the way, because we yelped it and it said it was open and when we arrived with 45 minutes to spare till closing time, it was locked and closed for the night. You choose your base and milk, then you pick your toppings!!! Wonderful experience and tasty food!! My quest for the perfect Acai bowl has been attained. About two years ago I tried my first Acai bowl, it was delicious. But this particular location was very far from my home. I tried many places, just not that good. When my fabulous friend, Jen G., informed me an Everbowl was coming to Temecula, I was ecstatic. She had been bragging about them for quite some time. Needless to say I was very pleased when I finally got to try my first Whatever bowl. Everbowl is my latest addiction. So good and healthy! We go at least once a week, sometimes more. I love that my husband is as addicted as I. Especially when he balks the moment you mention something is good for him. Wow! I love this place. (OK the parking lot can be a pain but that's besides the point, not as bad as Trader Joe's) So went in for a quick Saturday breakfast, we weren't "feeling" anything specific and I remember someone telling me about this place. First thought... 8$! Are u kidding me? That seems a bit high for a bowl. I dont know 6-7.5 seemed a fair price but like I said my first impression was a bit high. I ordered, sat and waited (dont you hate these new POS systems btw, those auto tip menus...I didn't notice any fast food place on earth that asks for a tip. Just odd that 15-20% tips on places that is really not a "service") So in no time, my bowl was ready. And after holding them for a second I rethought that 8$ price tag. It's a lot of fresh fruit inside this thing. It's packed to the top and they didn't skimp on anything. The first 2/5s was straight large chunks with plenty of coconut flakes. The bottom was blended perfectly and best of all it didn't taste overly sweet. So I rethought the price and 8$ seems right on point. Honestly stars would be falling off quicker then an NBA player can hit free throws IF it was any higher but I will say I will be a returner at the 8$ a bowl price. Well done, very fresh and what a great addition to Temecula. The owner expanded his business quickly, I remember I went to the opening of the first location in Poway, if he can afford to expand his business so fast then surely he can knock down the prices. I do t care how much cost of goods adds up for him. Definitely won't be returning. I walked in and felt rushed to order even though I was the only one in there. I looked at the menu looking for a familiar bowl I've had there before which included peanut butter and it seems like they can't add on any extras? I'm not exactly sure, but what I asked for I was told they couldn't do. ok no problem, so I picked the bowl I wanted and the size.. 1st, I'm used to most placing blending the acai up with each order, it was like frozen ice cream they scooped out and they only filled the cup about 1/4 of the way.. which by then I was already kind of frustrated but I was craving Everbowl. I walked over to the register to pay to only be told they don't take cash. Ugh another irritation in the experience. I walked out to my car to get my card to return to pay for my order (somewhat feeling like I didn't even want the order by then) and notice a Tip jar there for the service. LOL so your paying customers can't use cash but happily take cash tips from them? This place has promise. I believe it does--good variety on their menu, decent pricing, and good location with plenty of parking. We each ordered the Everbowl and they came out looking very good. The proportion of acai to granola and fruit was just right. The acai still had that nice, sherbet-like texture (some places serve very liquid-y acai and it's just not good that way). Oh, but eating it just wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped. It totally had that freezer-burnt taste and the granola was not good. I don't know if it was just low-quality stuff, but I was disappointed. I ordered the açaí bowl w/ peanut butter expecting it to come with the listed strawberry and banana but they didn't have either and the girl didn't tell me until after she started making the bowl. They had whole apples on display so I asked if they had any available for my bowl and she just said no, just the cinnamon apples. Like what? This place is awesome!! Ever since I tried my first Açaí bowl in Hawaii in 2014 I've been hooked. I also go every year and load up on them so I've had my fair share. I've scoured this area for an Açaí bowl that compares and none of them did until I tried Everbowl. I love the unlimited toppings and that I can choose what is mixed in my base. Also, their Açaí is so thick just like in Hawaii! Not the smoothie/liquidy consistency of the "Açaí Bowls" I've gotten around town. It stays thick until you're done eating it! The unlimited toppings are really unlimited. My bowl was so full and she would have let me put even more toppings LOL. Love that kind of customer service! Been here twice now and this place has replaced all the other acai/pitaya bowl spots as my favorite. I recommend their Hawaiian acai bowl. It's delicious! The first time I had it, the bowl was an experience in blissful perfection. However, the second time I ordered the same bowl, they didn't have the kiwi or the mango available. So sad! I'm not taking stars off for fruits being out of season because that's hardly Everbowl's fault. They aren't in control of the seasons. It's not like they have a lab/nursery/farm that genetically modifies fruit for availability 24/7 just to keep my taste buds happy. Even though there were people behind me the cashier was very kind & explained everything step by step with a smile & did not try to rush me or get frustrated. The bowl I got was delicious and the workers were very kind but the temperature in this establishment is highly concerning. My friends and I chose to eat outside in 80 degree weather because it was cooler than inside of the store. I felt so bad for the workers having to move around in that environment all day. read more
