In town to quickly visit family, I didn't bring my Herbalife formula shakes with me so I decided to try Good and Healthy. Since I saw in other reviews that the hours vary daily and/or weekly, I looked for their FB page for the hours and also called to confirm. (A bit inconvenient since I don't have FB and I had to google search for their page; the link's not posted here in their Yelp description.) The standard shake, tea, and aloe shot was $10.86 which is the most expensive so far I've paid at a nutrition club. I've visited ones in Orange County and Los Angeles for the same exact products, but maybe it's the business overhead expenses for this spot in Temecula - not sure. If you want a tea with extras such as Lift-Off or shakes with Prolessa-Duo, these are additional costs so keep that in mind. Yes, health is an investment but I will make sure to bring my products with me from now on! read more

Was excited to try this place since I stopped by three other times and they were closed. (Their hours are super limited). I was disappointed. This place is trying to promote health but when I ordered a watermelon cucumber tea, it's LOADED with added sugar. Had to throw away my 6 dollar drink. I might give it a second chance to try another tea or shake but to be honest after hearing that the girl behind the counter said this was their most popular drink (and it's at the top), I'm quite frankly scared to try anything else especially for the price point. read more

Very impressed with the idea and the menu. It's about time someone opened something in this area that is organic healthy fat free etc etc I tried their banana shake with peanut butter and I must say it was out of this world. Stumbled upon this place and loving it! I think it's the perfect stop after my workout. Their 3 course beverage experience is my favorite. I typically order the mango aloe shot, pomegranate cold brew tea, and the pineapple coconut orange or chocolate coconut banana shakes... they're really great! The staff is warm and informative. I literally go out of my way just to come here. I work out in San Diego County and I commute from the Menifee area.. I can't begin to explain how happy I am to have found this place. I had a baby last year and my body is nowhere close to being how I was.. Finding this place has helped boost my motivation to get back in shape so I can feel good and healthy. My daughter and I were looking for something to eat before a wedding we were attending. Eating Vegan at a wedding is becoming easier, but you still never know. So we were looking for something and we see a sign that says "good and healthy" yay that increases our chances of vegan exponentially! So we head in. Hmm it is a Herbalife storefront, interesting entrepreneurial idea. The product is good, I have a gf that used to peddle it and I think the quality is great, but I don't really do MLM things so I bought a few canisters and moved on. The smoothies were really good, nothing I couldn't and don't make at home. It was really strange to me how hydrated they wanted me to be. The menu started off with an aloe-vera shot, this was good and I would totally do it again, followed by our smoothies there were 3 pricing tiers based on ingredient costs, and then you had an iced tea. The taste of everything was excellent, the guy behind the counter was knowledgeable about the product and he didn't try to get me to buy in on the pyramid. But there was a sign in sheet requesting phone number and email. I skipped the phone number part and provided my spam email address, because that is why we have spam addresses right? Stopped by for the first time today to get a shake and a tea for my boyfriend and I. Both employees were very friendly and informative, they answered all questions I had and made great suggestions. I got the strawberry-blue raspberry jolly rancher elevated tea and the chocolate banana peanut butter shake. My boyfriend and I both love our drinks, they're so yummy! This is a great place for a nice refreshing healthy smoothie or shake. Its nice to have a healthy alternative in this plaza! There are so many selections! I am a huge coffee getter so they made me a cafe almond mocha and it was great! I got my specialty coffee drink without all the sugar and I left full. Worst idea for a business I have ever seen, This place is selling Herbalife, for God's sake that ship sailed 30 years ago now it's nothing but a cult. They rush you like used car salesman when you walk in the door. Best health shake shop around. Mike and Sabrina are fun to talk with. Mike is an expert health shake mixologist who will fix you up with whatever you want. I've had a lot of keto breads but the keto muffins that are made here every morning are the best I ever had. Mike will tell you exactly what's in them. I don't think he even had a shake/smoothie there. There had to be bout five people in there when I ordered and I sampled all their smoothies and all of them were crazy good.
