Bryan and the staff at the EH location were great. Yes, scanning the other reviews, similarly they didn't have the car model we reserved. However, instead they gave us a better one. The car was in good condition and clean. At a high traffic operation like the ones by the airport, I can see having multiple employees where each person has a specific function to perform in order streamline and get through a long line of customers. However, this is a smaller office in a suburb, so of course there'd be less staff. You're coming here because of the convenience of location. All in all, I think the people working here did/do a good job. We picked up and dropped off on Saturdays. There was maybe one other customer just wrapping up when we came in each time and wait wasn't long. We were processed quickly and it was easy. Now, I'm writing this review before checking final billing but I think they were fair and upfront. Believe me, this review will be updated if there's an issue like fellow Yelpers noted in their reviews (I mean what a shock to read 'scam' in a review after doing business here, but hopefully this was an isolated, one-off, unfortunate occurrence.) Based on my experiences so far, it was a good location and I would come back again if I needed a rental.

When you walk in you're greeted immediately by very friendly agents. After telling them what happened, the manager or someone its authority comes to your car and immediately goes over what has to be done to your car. They quick and fill up your existing tank instead of swapping. They also rent U-Haul trucks and landscaping equipment. So go support a local spot!
