He installed Windows 10 without my permission and wanted to charge me 500 for that! After I refused the bill, he uninstalled the Windows 10 and didn't reinstall my Windows 7 back (and I lost all my data). He finally charged me $175 for diagnosing my computer(the price menu shows $45 for diagnostics in the store). After I declined to pay $175 for only diagnosing my computer and wanted my computer back, he picked up a hammer to threaten my life(see the picture attached! Horrible!) I called 911, the police officers said they can only protect my life but they cannot do anything with bill disagreement. In the end I had to pay $175 to get my pc back, and I will sue the store once the court reopens.

I brought my old Macbook in, they ran diagnostics on it to see if the hard drive was in good shape. Fortunately it is. We were easily able to transfer the data from the old computer to the new one. I was in an out in a hour with a fully functioning already set up Macbook plus my teenage daughter is now thrilled to have my old Macbook which was cleaned off and ready to go.
