So excited to come here especially being on a carnivore diet! Got their Seoul spicy chicken and they were real deal spicy so highly recommend if you love spicy food. Also got their beef brisket which was overall good. The part of the beef used for the brisket was inconsistent but again overall good. Beef bulgogi was definitely a hit as well! Steamed egg hit the craving (ask for sesame oil to drizzle on top). Our server was brought in from a neighboring restaurant but was very kind the whole time! I honestly just wish they had rice paper for future me not on a diet. But the inside is beautiful and unexpected for the location.

This place is so good! We've been at least 3 times already and they've only been open about 2-3 months. All of their meats are marinated so well and there's endless options for your apps and sides that are all included in their all you can eat price. I love the hibachi fried rice as my go to side and no other Korean bbq in Jax has fried rice included so this is a big plus for us! The service is always super fast. Their grills have vents built into them so you don't smell like k bbq when you leave and that's the absolute best because you can go when you're dressed up and not leave smelling like the meats and oils

Honey shrimp, calamari, dumplings, cinnamon pineapple, & that's just some of the sides!! Meats upon meats - way to much to mention!! We tried many of them. This was day 2 of a soft opening. They did a great job! The staff was friendly and had great recommendations. The place was dark and intimate but also had tables for groups and family. I would recommend!

Selina was our server today and definitely took excellent care of our group of four. She was super attentive. Made excellent recommendations and made sure to let us know of the specials served on different days. Safe to say she locked us in as returning customers. Food was super fresh and the K-pop in the background made for awesome ambiance.

We arrived on a Sunday evening. There were a couple of people that were sitting when we requested a table for 3, but the wait was about 5 minutes for our table to be ready which is not bad at all. They have an interesting system in place here for kids. If they are under 4ft then it's 1/2 the price, or if they are 3.5ft they are free. Otherwise it's 34.99. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Service was outstanding. I forgot our server's name, but the orders came out very quick. We tried most of the option from the beef and seafood section. The Kalbi "Tender" Steak was ordered twice. Thought it was very good. The fish did not grill very well, but it was tasty. The spicy calamari... I wasn't a fan of. Ventilation for the grill is great. Our clothing was not smokey at all, compared to other KBBQ locations we have been to. As far as sides. We ordered the garlic noodle, steamed egg, fried dough, corn cheese and pineapple. The sides were kind of forgettable, not as good as another AYCE Korean BBQ joint here in Jacksonville. Overall though we enjoyed our meal, and the service. A couple of things that aren't so great but not a dealbreaker is the kid pricing model, soda being flat, and the owner (maybe) offered to grill and cut our proteins but mostly kind of just hovered over the table which made things sort of awkward. I tried to play it off at the end, but next time will kindly decline.

The service and ambiance was really good. The food was unbelievable and definitely is the best Korean BBQ I've had in Jax. The quality of the meat and the sides you get for the all you can eat was phenomenal. It's our go to place for KBQQ.

The side dishes were very flavorful, and I also purchased two drinks that were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided good customer service throughout my visit. The only thing is that they told me that they do not clean tripe in Korea which was hard to believe. I do want to share a concern regarding the preparation of the tripe soup. After beginning the meal, I noticed that the tripe did not appear to have been cleaned. At first, I wondered if this was simply the restaurant's style of preparation, but after researching further, I learned that improperly cleaned tripe can be both unpleasant and potentially unsafe to consume because tripe comes from the stomach lining of the animal. Uncleaned tripe may still contain food residue, digestive material, parasites, worms, bacteria, and strong bile or waste odors. This can potentially lead to issues such as foul smell, unpleasant taste, food poisoning, bacterial contamination including E. coli or Salmonella, and symptoms such as stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea. Proper cleaning is generally considered an essential part of preparing tripe, especially in professional restaurants where customers would quickly notice if the cleaning process was incomplete. Overall, I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the quality of the drinks, and the excellent side dishes. I am only sharing my personal experience and concern specifically regarding the preparation of the tripe soup.

I love all the meat choices and they all tasted delicious. My favorite is of course the beef brisket and the Hawaiian steak and the galbi. The corn cheese is my fave side. My husband loved the tofu stew. The price is about $35 per person for dinner. And i believe $16.99 for kids. It is an average price and worth it. Unbeatable price wise! Seasoning- the butter pork was way too salty and hard to eat because of how dry it become after cooked Spicy bulgogi, steak, shrimp, octopus are what I recommended - well seasoned, pair well with kimchi and white rice but don't over do with the rice because it fills you up quickly! My favorite side dishes are the soft tofu, fish katsu & cheese corn! Xtra cheesy and delicious If you're craving Korean food and want to try different types with unlimited kimchi side dishes then this is the place to go!

My friend got the LA galbi short ribs combo and absolutely craved it since then. We did have the seafood pancake. I wasn't a fan. I felt it lacked that seafood taste and I didn't care for the jalapeño that was substituted for the Korean chili's. My friend really enjoyed it. I prefer Kimchi Koreans seafood pancake out of all the versions I've tried. 2nd visit - I got the LA galbi short rib combo which comes with rice, soup (soft tofu beef was devine) and the side dishes - which are also excellent! It's $24 for the combo and you will NOT leave hungry! My friend got the spicy pork bulgogi combo. Loved it all. It is simply one of the best Korean food we've had. Decor is extremely nice. This is a hidden gem. Local Korean families are eating here. Service is quick and attentive. There's bbq service with all you can eat also available. Chalk boards to draw on and have fun, perfect for family's. This would make a great date destination or just any occasion is fine as you can enjoy your meal with the comfort foods from Korea. The tables have the both the BBQ grill and the hot pots. Food - try it all! They have all your meats and stuff in a buffet area. everything we tried was fresh and delicious. We had both the grill and the hot pots. Each of us tried a different base and all of them were good. I would go traditional if I was you. Food conveyor - just like you see in Japan! Alls sorts of items come by your table. If I could say anything bad it would be that I wish some of the portions were smaller - there are so many things to try and I no longer each like a college student. Service - our server never left us wanting for anything. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I look forward to bringing more friends here in the future. The place is large and can accommodate larger groups - I think I saw one group of about 15. It may seem a little pricey for some but you have lots of options and it's worth it.

Grab some noodles, mushrooms, or whatever off the line going by the table and enjoy. A guy at the end of my row ordered prawns that were not on the line. They were huge. The dining enjoyment last for a maximum of 2 hours but you shouldn't need that long. At $150.00 for the four of us, the food was good and the family dining experience is what made it worthwhile.

I decided to…read morechange my plans and get something from Taste of Korea instead and I'm glad that I was able to try it. I got the regular doshirak, which was essentially a large bento box. I opted for beef bulgogi and it came with rice, a fried dumpling, japchae, kimchi, pickled veggies, Korean rolled egg, bean sprouts, and a couple of other sides. The food was ready faster than the 15 minutes quoted, which was great. I enjoyed the bulgogi. It was tender and had good flavor. The pickled veggies and kimchi were the most flavorful sides. I also liked the japchae. The dumpling was too greasy, as evidenced by the grease in the wrapper and the egg and rice didn't have much flavor. The egg needed salt. I really wanted - and should've ordered - the Korean hot dog...next time. This place has great customer service and packaging. It's a bit pricey at $20 for what you get or for comparable options, which are within the $15-17 range.

Whether they were small versions of actual vehicles in production, or crazy dragsters or monster themed or anything else the wizards at Mattel could come up with, I wanted them all. You know what I didn't really want or collect as a kid? Trucks. Sorry Tonka. But I just didn't care about dump trucks or bulldozers or big rigs. And you know what, I kind of felt that way as an adult about food trucks. I mean, to me they were fine, but like my penchant for hot wheels in the past, I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant. Yeah, well Taste of Korea has me rethinking my food truck aversion! Located in a pretty ordinary parking lot on Beach Blvd, this is definitely a little food truck that can deliver some fantastic food! The guy taking orders is super friendly and patient as a noob like me tried to figure out what to order. Ultimately went with the Premium Doshirak, the bibimbap and the kimbap. For both the doshirak and the bibimbap I got the bulgogi beef for the protein. On the kimbap I tried the ham. All were excellent. The Doshirak is a cool box filled with banchan - small side dishes, and cooked rice. The banchan include Kimche, Japchae, fried dumplings and some cool desserts. The blogs is excellent and all of the banchan tasted great. I thought the eggplant was a little mushy but the flavor was still really good. Bibimbap flavor was excellent as well. The only downside is that the rice at the bottom doesn't get all crunchy from being cooked at the bottom of the hot bowl. But it was a minor issue to me. And the kimbap was super fresh. The ham wasn't overpowering and it was a nice change from getting role bulgogi in the kimbap as well. The only wish I have is more variation on the proteins for the dishes we got. But the food is super tasty and I look forward to going back to try the fried chicken and well, anything else on the menu. Maybe I'll bring a matchbox car or two to help pass the time while waiting for the food!
