Gogiville is so underrated. Every time I come here, I have good food and service. The owner seems to care a lot of the customers which I really appreciate. After COVID, this was the only meat place that had any kind of covid protocols- the dividers between customers feel safer than any other Korean bbq establishments. Will be back soon! read more

I love this place so much. They are a little different than other Korean bbq places. By that I mean they offer small samples of sides to you so nothing goes to waste really! Also you pay in how many people are going to sit in your table so they determine how much meat you get. Price wise of this place is average and expected so it's not overpriced or underpriced. The meat is so good and fresh, I will say though once your meat runs out it's extra to get more. I loved how you had the option to sit outside and still have a burner table! Love love love, although, the seats were a little uncomfortable as a woman who loves to wear shorts and skirts so maybe opt for pants or a dress if you want to sit outside! This is a very solid KBBQ option! The service was some of the most attentive I've ever had at KBBQ - and this was during their peak hours too! I enjoyed their preset group combo options and they provided more than enough food. The combos include a steamed egg, soup, and corn cheese per 2 people. I also enjoyed all their additional items to add on: seafood pancake and dumplings (mandu). Some of their marinated meats could have been more flavorful, but it was better than being overly marinated. All in all very solid. I'd give it a 4.5 but I'm ok rounding up :) read more

Gogiville is definitely one of the best Korean bbq restaurants in nova. The quality of all the meats is top notch as well as all the accompaniments like steamed eggs, onion salad, and dipping sauces. I also love their grills and ventilation system which cooked the meats at nice and high temperatures without all the smoke. The service here was just as great as the food and I really appreciated the extra effort they've taken to put up plastic barriers between tables. If you like high quality Korean bbq Gogiville is a must visit. read more

I went to a Gogiville meat restaurant and ordered seasoned pork rib, but they seasoned bad and cheap parts of meat and served. Charged pork rib price. So I called the manager and told him about the meat, and manager said served with a different part because restaurant do not have enough pork ribs meat. The manager didn't even apologize to the me and left. We shouldn't go to a restaurant that cheating the customers. when you order the meat at Gogiville you have to look carefully at what kind of meat you are paying for. read more

Wife and I went here after hearing about it for a while. It's not all you can eat so know that before going in. We did two rounds of a combo and that was more than enough for us. Their side dishes are pretty good and not the bare minimum like some places. Order two rounds and they bring out the egg and daengjang soup along with cheesy corn. The service is prompt as they constantly return to flip your food on the grill and replenish your side dishes. We will return for more. read more

We go practically every week with our kids! We always get the brisket, short ribs, bulgogi, and spicy chicken. We get the cheese corn, soybean soup, and egg custard with all the meat. The food is always great. Another plus is that it's clean. The table and chairs aren't sticky like some restaurants. It's not dark inside like Iron Age and The Qui. I feel like they are trying cleanliness when it's dark. Also service is awesome! read more

I went here Saturday afternoon and was impressed at the level of covid preparation. Large plastic shields between tables, temp check, and sanitizer. Face masks also required in the lobby. We did a la carte instead of all you can eat. Portions are smaller than our usual krn bbq spot, but Meat was tasty. Came here for the first time to celebrate my father's birthday. Very strict COVID precautions included temperature checks and carefully partitioned eating areas that made indoor dining seem very safe. The service was excellent and the server very diligently cooked all of our meat. The brisket was tender with the right amount of meat versus fat. The pork belly was thick and crisply grilled on all sides. The galbi was melt in mouth tender and perfectly marinated. The spicy pork was not too spicy and tender. We got soup and eggs and rice as well. The 4 person combo was the perfect amount of food but might not be enough for 4 athletes or teenage boys. I would definitely come again to try some of the other combos. Great to see restaurants like this still in operation during the pandemic. read more
