**1 Star** I have…read morebeen a loyal customer of Fargo Rentall for years. That loyalty ended the moment Shahin, the branch manager, completely lost control in front of me and his own employee. Paul was outside driving the machine we had just returned when Shahin ran out screaming at him. He then hustled inside and turned the same unhinged rage on me...screeching, calling me a liar, and behaving like a man who had completely snapped. His eyes looked dead. The entire episode was wild, aggressive, and far beyond anything that should ever happen in a professional setting. It happened without sense, no discussion ... zero to 100... Paul came inside eventualy, had to step in and tell him to go away.(those were the words used) The entire "issue" was a fuel discrepancy of less than $20. The day before, the employee who loaded the machine told me the gauge had dropped and specifically said to ask for him when I returned it. I did exactly that. That was the full extent of the situation that somehow justified Shahin's public meltdown. I tried to handle this privately. I contacted Rick at the 32nd Street location and messaged Matt Gilbertson on Facebook. Rick's response was essentially "do what you have to do." Matt never replied. I also asked them to review the video of the incident. No one has taken ownership of Shahin's behavior. I will not return to Fargo Rentall. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Braxton at United, kelly atSunbelt, and anyone at Swanston offer newer equipment, better rates, and -- critically -- staff who know how to conduct themselves like professionals. Years of good will built by Mark and Rick were erased in minutes by one manager's outrageous lack of self-control. No company should allow someone who behaves this way to represent them.

They claim to have fixed the issue, but issues were not resolved. They 'complete' the fixes and forget to let you know it is available for pickup. When you discover the issue is not resolved, ypu bring it back for them to fix, and they keep it for another 2 months. Personally, we have had a primary system not functional for the past 2 years and when asking for a replacement system, they get angry and hang up on you. Highly suggest you avoid this retailer when purchasing your next camper.

He asked why you didn't bother to tell your tenants? They just shrugged. Super mouthy and then they shut off our code. So he couldn't get back in to get our stuff. Now we are stuck in the storage unit with rat crap stuff minus any furniture that cannot be sanitized and they refuse to answer the phone. Rent at your own risk. So now they let us out because we went to disconnect the gate. It was that or call the police. Unbelievable. I will be at the laundry mat spending a few hundred dollars washing clothes and bedding, shopping for a new mattress and couch and afterwards taking a shower. In bleach. I should have taken more photos of the clothes but hey, if you still find this a viable option for your stuff then renter beware

I called a few days before pickup to confirm everything and they had mentioned how my trailer would be picked up 2-hrs away. I told them it wasn't possible, so they said they would fix it. I show up to the requested location on the day I was supposed to (the same location is gave me on the app and on my reservation) only to be told my trailer was still hours away and I had to go get it. they told me I had confirmed my location the day prior. I had no emails or phone calls the day prior. when I talked to the scheduling office, tammy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to be credited for the additional mileage and she was foul about to. She was so fed up, she canceled my reservation, the same day as my move. I ended up going through a third party to get a trailer. listen to the other reviews. This company is horrible, so is Tammy.
