I was expecting it to be overly sweet based on other reviews, but it was actually the perfect balance of subtle, flavorful, and not overpowering. My fiancé ordered the Banana Latte. At first, it barely tasted like banana, so we gave it a good shake and tried it again, but it still needed something. We ended up asking for an extra syrup, which definitely helped. Overall, the coffee was really good. I'm not sure I'd wait 20 minutes again, but I can definitely understand why it's so popular. The shop itself is adorable! I was waiting for a table for breakfast across the street and decided to grab an oat latte and a regular cappuccino. To my surprise, they turned out to be the best coffees we've had in a while. When I went to order another, she cut me off and said "can you pls just order them all at once so I don't have to keep running back there?" Oh... ok. She didn't ask me if I wanted anything else at the time and was super abrupt.
