I have been a dedicated customer to our LA jewelers for over 3 decades but decided to make a visit to this local store. George was very accommodating to my many questions & willing to spend almost 2 hours dedicating different ideas to what I like. He was very patient & willing to give suggestions with honesty. I did not intend to make a purchase but inquire. His son was very kind to a phone call & seemed genuine when talking to the customers. They worked with others walk-ins while I decided on my final choice. George & his son then took more time to customize the ring for me. A price was given & seemed very fair.
