You guys, I'm sorry to report this, but today, I went to try and see about having a watch battery replaced, and didn't have a great experience. Got let in and no one looked up to acknowledge me. The staff were assisting other customers, no biggie, but to not even say "we'll be right with you" or any sort of acknowledgment is disappointing. I stood at a display case for a good 3-4 minutes and still no acknowledgement. A little customer service goes a long way. They'll get it right next time, I'm sure. I will add that I would still recommend you visit this jeweler because they're a local business who offer quality jewels and other great services. Today was just a little miss in customer service. Yesterday my husband and I went to Redlands Jewelers to see if they can help us out with our situation. My husband is in the military and is on his Midtour for a month, but he forgot his ring due to wearing his silicone ring. I panicked because we are taking our engagement photo next week and there is no way we would get his ring in time for the photos. We asked if we could put down a deposit for a ring we could borrow just for the photos. They went to see if they has a sample size ring and they found a preowned one in their display case for us they cleaned it and handed to us saying it was on them. I stopped by Redlands Jewelers to sell some gold and platinum in the form of old jewelry that I did not have any use for and was given a quote which I happily accepted. I then inquired regarding a small custom job. Redlands Jewelry was able to fulfill my request and the work was completed ahead of schedule. See my photo: The ring in the middle is a family antique. a few years back, i went here to get my necklace repaired. there was a lady working, and a man working. the lady, as soon as i came into the shop, gave me a dirty look. i went up to the lady asking if i could get my necklace repaired. she told me that they don't do these kinds of repairs. i was shocked because it was just a stretched out link that needed to be fixed. the man that was working overheard this and quickly butted in and said he would fix it and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. when i came back to pick my necklace up, the lady was in the front, still giving me a look-- and i have done nothing nor have i seen those lady before in my life, and started to ring me up. the man came out from the back to hand me my necklace and apologized about the lady and said there was no charge for today. the lady looked at the man with disgust as he left and went back to work. i started to leave as she called me back to the counter and told me it was actually $17. which, i went back to pay. really a weird experience there, not sure why all the hate towards someone she's never seen or met before. read more

After asking around for recommendations, I was recommended to this jeweler. Every time I have been there, I have been treated wonderfully. In the past they have repaired my heirloom bracelets . I had to cut them off prior to my hand surgery. They repaired them so well I can't even tell where they were cut and the the price was so reasonable I could not believe it and they did it in record time. I took two quartz watches in for battery replacement. It was very noisy, because the roof was being repaired. I understand that is an unavoidable necessity. After the technician had the watches open to work on them, I noticed she was in the back of the room, where the ceiling was cracked and dust from the construction work, along with some visible chunks of drywall had fallen into the store.
