The owners who are working in store explained to me how they curate the interior and change things up to provide chic and cozy displays. Actually, I noticed that all the staff are friendly and take pride in the store when assisting you. That's a plus when there are many boutiques to shop at and you want repeat customers. I looked at jarred candles, kitchenware, home decor, and women's clothing. I found some items a bit on the pricey side but in line with the other specialty stores I've been to recently. Many retailers started their December holiday sales weeks ago. Even Costco had Christmas trees up on display and for sale August 28th! It's not even Halloween yet! After reading these reviews about staffs, I thought it'll be appropriate to name drop instead of mentioning staff because some should be acknowledged for their hard-work. It's June and extremely warm to be shopping at this outdoor mall, so I waited until 6:30pm to bring my pup with me. I love this Yankee Candle store due to two amazing young ladies by the name of SARAH and NICOLE. Thank you for making every shopping experience a positive one! My first trip here I remember how sweet both ladies were, they saw my pup outside and urged me to bring her in to enjoy the air conditioning. This store also has a doggie water bowl outside letting shoppers know how much they care inside and outside. The second time I came here, it was only SARAH working, she remembered my pups name! Holy Moly I was impressed! Every visit has been amazing, warm, friendly, professional, positive and a great scented items. Parking is not bad, if you're lucky to find one in front of the store otherwise there are a few parking lots a bit further. The streets are very clean leading up to the store. The store is well organized, the displayed are well done and everything is aligned by space. I was at 15 candles and still shopping. SARAH asked if she can start prepping them with tissue paper while I continue to shop, she didn't want me to wait long when I checked out and I thought that was very sweet and thought out. 22 candles, 6 concentrated room spray later and ready for checkout. SARAH asked for my member information so that the purchase can be applied to account, my heavy bags were double bagged and the receipt was asked if I wanted it or in the bag. I see the family working all the craft fairs and putting their entire hearts and souls into this passionate business. I miss the gorgeous window displays from the first store but glad to see you expanding. The new shop has more room for workshops held monthly. The store has so much more than their deliciously scented candles. They offer lots of gifts from local vendors and beyond. I've bought stuff for dogs to stuff for my witch coven! The workers are always so kind and helpful. They're closed Mondays. What I really love is their refill/recycle plan. You can bring in certain containers for refills at a discount or recycle certain containers for a discount in store. So smart!!
