The service here is always wonderful! Today I was trying to look through some boxes with merchandise that were not in order by size and an employee walked by and asked if I needed help, which I did. She went above and beyond helping me sort through the boxes and stayed there to organize them better for other customers. They have a great selection of bird seed and outdoor accessories, as well as everyday and seasonal items with reasonable prices. The store itself is well-maintained with clean bathrooms. read more

I went in to buy a firearm on 7/19/24, behind the counter was Tyler who was going to help me. First thing he did after finding out what I wanted to buy was to try and sell me something twice as expensive. I figured that his job, and didn't think anything about it. Went through filled out the buying application to purchase a firearm, still not thinking anything odd yet. I filled out the application to buy a firearmand submitted it . He grabbed my ticket and said that will be about two weeks until I may pick up my new gun. He never informed me of the wait, he didn't bill me $10 application fee, and I personally thought he had an attitude. Over the weekend, I thought about and the more odd it seemed. So Monday I went to the same Bi- Mart got a different cleck , this man's name was Cordell. He was super polite and efficient. He dealt with all of my questions with a very helpful attitude, I wish I had had him when I went for my initial visit. Both men acted opposite of each other Tyler bad and Cordell was polite and helpful. You need more Cordell, and less Tyler. read more

A little bit of everything store. Some brand names and always fair prices. Family has shopped here 30+ years and always had good customer service. This is not a big box store and maybe a little "blast from the past." They have never forgot about saying hi and greeting you in the store. My only complaint about BiMart is that they don't stay open later! But then, that would kind of take away from the small-town, down home feel of the store. Always a good selection, most employees are super sweet and helpful (I say "most"-there was a certain pharmacist who was quite condescending and rude when I had a question and one clerk who's not the sharpest cleaver in the drawer who has a bit of an attitude). If I need something outside of my usual necessities, it can be a little bit of a problem getting somebody to understand what I'm looking for. I go to this bi-Mart on Biddle Road in Medford to purchase a number of small items for a home I just moved into. On Feb. 22, 2022, I was in Bi-Mart and received an urgent call to return home so I quickly checked out. In my rush, I was so distracted that I left my purse in the shopping cart in the parking lot. One of the store employees found my purse, turned it in, and the manager called me to let me know it was there. I rushed back and offered to leave a reward but was told no as they just appreciated my business and hoped I would continue shopping at Bi-Mart. I give Bi-Mart 5 stars plus for their honesty and good customer relations with consumers. I was so relieved to get my purse back with all its contents in tact and avoided what could have been a financial disaster for me. THANK YOU BI-MART. I will shop there forever. read more

Very friendly staff and clean organized store. I come for prescriptions and various pharmacy items. The other thing I pickup here often is the wild bird food. I get decent prices on the big bags- regular price is $8.99 but the big bags go on sale frequently for $5.99 and I stock up. This is a good store with decent prices. read more

Been gone for some time, first time in BiMart for over 12 months. This store is outstanding! Clean, neat, aisles are an adequate width, the lighting is great, carts are clean, with an adequate quantity available for customers. The signage is excellent, product placement and grouping is excellent, clarity of prices on all items, helpful and pleasant clerks, the outside entrance was clean, no trash, products placed and priced such that customer convenience was in the forefront. Often I find items here that can't be found anywhere else, or at other stores at extravagant prices. Customer service is always top notch, returns are fast and simple, staff is always very helpful in guiding me to find what I need. The sales are significant and always have a good markdown price. This place is a relic stuck in the past. If you shop here make sure not to buy anything you may potentially need to return in the future. Their return process takes about 25 minutes as they write down item numbers and all your information then send you to the cashier who enters all the info in the register. Finally you are given your refund and allowed to resume the rest of your day. Went in to buy fishing licenses, waited in line for approximately 10 minutes. The man behind the counter had already greeted us and asked what we needed and we told him fishing licenses. As he finished with the gentleman he was helping somebody that he knew came in and he also greeted him. He then proceeded to ask the gentleman what he could help him with knowing we had been waiting for all that time. My husband and I started to walk away and he then asked why we were leaving and I explained if he wanted to help his friend first we would go someplace else to purchase fishing licenses. He all of a sudden got very friendly and offered to help us instead. Poor customer relations. read more

This was my pharmacy of choice when I needed prescriptions and now this is my mom's pharmacy of choice. We come here at least once every two weeks and the lady with the brown hair (I can't remember her name whatsoever) is super friendly and nice and makes sure to get everyone's medicine out to them quickly. The pharmacist there is also very kind. She always helps my mom put her inhaler together and has no problem explaining how to use certain medicines. This is a very professional pharmacy. Always rude!!! I only still go there for my sister's medicine because that's where her parents had it originally and it would be a hassle to switch pharmacies. However, after tonight, I'm done with shut service and shit attitude. I was out of town for the day so my sister had to call to get a refill for her blood thinner medicine. I was unavailable, but when I got a hold of her to make sure she did that I got informed that she called at 7 and the employee that answered said they were closed and hung up on her. Bullshit!! They don't close until 8 and I don't what the employees excuse is, there is absolutely no reason you should be hanging up on a patient when you're still open. Usually I only come here to buy supplies such as pens or on the rare occasion Electronics. However Kama I have been finding myself going in there more and more for their gardening supplies as well as in their fishing departments. Even their dog toys are cheaper than they are at the Grange. Yes smaller selection but they are cheaper. They even have a close selection that are cheaper than any department store in that Valley unless you go to Goodwill or Ross. The electronics department also have a wide selection of electronics at a reasonable price, such as TVs, cameras, GPS says, printers and other electronic needs. Yes, you do have to be a member to get in there or go with someone who is already a member. But it is worth it read more

I don't understand why, but the pharmacy closes at, 7pm, I can only figure they don't get enough business, yet many people I know wish they would stay open till 8pm. I, would suggest that if enough customers call headquarters, Bi-Mart might change the hours! To be fair I worked at Bi-Mart for 8yrs and quit. I found out Glen, the long time manager has retired.
