Quick, efficient service. My cousin was in town for a wedding and needed 2 of his watches fixed the night before. We luckily found this business on Yelp and were so grateful they were still open as it was 7:30pm and most places were closed at this hour. He quoted $70 and 30min wait time for the watches as one required 4 batteries to be replaced. We hovered by as we didn't feel comfortable leaving behind the watches because they were of great monetary value. It's not that we didn't trust the employee but it was the seedy characters in the mall that would occasionally eye the watches when they would pass by and on some occasion pass by a few times. It was the suspicious behavior that made us a little paranoid post-check out and had us rushing to our cars/looking behind our shoulder. The employee finished under 30min to our surprise and we left satisfied with his careful/clean work. Would encourage people to support this small business but also remind them to be aware of their surroundings and be safe from the sketchy mall characters. read more

Buyer beware! Do not buy from these two brothers! They are a fraud! I received a gift for Christmas and all i wanted was a longer necklace. The difference was supposed to be between $30 to $50 quoted from one brother earlier in the week. I was supposed to get a call back but did not so I decided to return as I know this Christmas gift aas not cheap! Went back over the weekend to get the necklace and price jumped to $149. These two brothers tried to get me to take a cheaper necklace. Talked about gold going up 40% higher and things are more expensive. I highly recommend you dont buy from them. The staff treated me and my family kindly, jokes and food services, however I later found out that the jewelry is gold plated! I may be unaware of the value of gold plated jewelry, nevertheless, I was charged the step prices similar to what I have paid for 14K Gold. I I don't remember how much he charged me for the chain, but I want to say that it was around $550 or more on a chain that kept break and $600 for a bracelet. I also brought many charms ranging from $100-$150 ( small). I also purchased a chain and charm for my son, which was overpriced as well . So I took the chain to be fixed (elsewhere) and where it was mended it turned a dark color and when I inquired I was told that the piece was plate. I went backing and was told that I knew it was plated and I was offered two hundred ( which I should have taken). I am so confused at about what this jewelry is so expensive and its costume jewelry. Came in here wanting to sell a gold ring. Said it wasn't even gold and he when on to test it anyway. Said to come back the next day because he didn't have the oil tester meanwhile he was on his cell phone the whole entire time. And it's all based on judgement of your appearance. Your words. Your questions. If you do not look like you know what you're doing you WILL be taken advantage of at this establishment. Some kiosks have 30% humanity, others have 100%, but this one is in the negative. Do not buy from here. Do not sell to here. Do not let them touch anything because they will drop it, damage it, scratch it and you will be left with damaged jewelery. Just an update! Took my watch to Mkott Pich. They opened the watch up, found that the last person working on my watch had GLUED the crystal down! Terrible customer service. The male (don't know his name) ignored us while he was scrolling through his phone, went around to other side so the lady could help, but she was helping another customer. He came around finally, didn't like his manner from beginning. Very brisk and rude! Long story short he scratched my brand new iwatch trying to take band off and putting new one on. Nick always makes time for me and shows me very unique pieces which is what I am always looking for. He also knows that my favorite color is pink and he looks for that stone color for me. I will never go back to this establishment again. I had a set of pearls restrung for $60, and unfortunately after they were worn twice they broke. I understand that things like this happen from time to time, however when I went back I was told that the repair man doesn't come back for three weeks and that I would need to talk to him. When asked would they honor any kind of warranty (still have my receipt) I was told again to come back and talk to the repair man. The man didnt even get out of his seat to address my concerns. I also had three watches that needed batteries and when I asked him what size batteries these took he told me he didnt know. I cannot believe that in this day and age when business is so competitive a business owner (yes he was) would treat a return customer like that. I've used Nick's services twice and have been very satisfied both times. First was to resize my pinky ring to fit my ring finger. His cost was very reasonable as compared to 4 other estimates I had gotten from other jewelers. I learned that upgrading my "old" jewelry can give me much satisfaction at a lesser cost. Recently, Nick replace a tiny diamond in my pendant with a larger one that was within my budget. I trusted him to find a diamond that would look nice...well, it looks great.
