But since he was an Authorized Dealer he took care of me. He did an excellent job of regulating my watch. Very happy and a loyal customer going forward. He quoted $70 and 30min wait time for the watches as one required 4 batteries to be replaced. We hovered by as we didn't feel comfortable leaving behind the watches because they were of great monetary value. It's not that we didn't trust the employee but it was the seedy characters in the mall that would occasionally eye the watches when they would pass by and on some occasion pass by a few times. It was the suspicious behavior that made us a little paranoid post-check out and had us rushing to our cars/looking behind our shoulder. The employee finished under 30min to our surprise and we left satisfied with his careful/clean work. The most frustrating part happened today when we went to pick up the repaired item. My mom politely asked to use the restroom and was told -- in a rude tone -- that they "don't have one." This is a large retail store, and the response felt dishonest and unnecessarily unfriendly. Even if there is a policy, basic courtesy goes a long way, especially toward paying customers. Between poor product durability and the lack of professionalism after they have your money, this place does not live up to expectations. We will not be returning
