Long story short: if you're moving to LA, get a property manager. Long story: My partner and I were recommended to Abe Hernandez by a local friend after we'd spent a few days hitting up property managers of corporate owned buildings. Those places are overvalued, overpriced, and they tack on every extra fee that they can. You'll end up with a 500 sq ft living space for $2500 a month plus application fees, plus parking fees, plus utilities, minus a kidney, and you have to spend your days setting up viewings and navigating the city. Abe helped us through everything. We set our expectations and he gave us our options and negotiated with the owners on our behalf. Since we weren't in LA before the move, he sent us additional pictures if we needed them and went above and beyond in a lot of other ways as well.
