I've…read morebeen dealing with anxiety for the longest time, childhood trauma and other things that I've experience in my life. Throughout the the years I tried counseling from several practitioners but never really felt a connection with anyone out there. I tried to deal with my anxiety on my own but at times it was overwhelming and it would only make things worse. My anxiety started to affect the people that I love the most.
