The guy that I spoke to looked at the bracelet and said, the curb link chain has been added to the bracelet and the bracelet has been custom made. No shit Sherlock. I told him that as I was taking it out of the box. Then he said, I wouldn't be interested in this piece. Next, I took out a beautiful watch and he took a brief look at it and said, there's been some wear on the buckle clasp so I wouldn't be interested. Of course there has been a little wear, it's a wrist watch however there want that much wear because I have only worn it twice. This guy had MAJOR attitude and it's like he didn't even want to be bothered. Pawning is a sensitive issue for everyone however this jerk has lost touch with that and shouldn't be involved with any facet of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
