Terrific Instagram profile and activity. I had bookmarked this particular store because they really seemed like a family business. Several employees had December birthdays and the day we arrived they had some decorations up and were offering customers cake. I think they even said they had some ice cream available. Nice touch. Both employees we spoke with were super friendly and helpful. We took most of our time digging through their bulk bins which were full of loose Lego goodness. We looked around at their cases full of minifigs and my wife grabbed a few small animals and misc. Lego pieces. We also looked around the store at their prebuilt sets and boxed sets. Nicely laid out store and full of great Lego items. We took turns quickly using their bathroom to wash our hands from going through the bulk. We had a little discussion about birthdays. I believe the woman's birthday was one of those being celebrated and the man's birthday was July 4th. Fantastic visit. We will most definitely be back the next time we are in Denver. Highly recommend.

The HobbyTown employee withheld this information. Also, the employees seem very disinterested in helping and only offer advice that will help them achieve maximum profit, not long term customers. It pains me to have to say that shopping online is better than in person, but here we are.

Behind the track is a large pit area where racers set up and work on their cars. The amount of help I have gotten from the other racers cannot be measured. When not asking for help, help is offered anyway. Everyone works together to make sure everyone has what they need and has a great time. It really is a great community here. Outside is a small rock crawling course as well as a large turf track. I have yet to run on it but have watched videos and it looks like a blast. I look forward to running outdoors in the summer. If you have gold or silver coins to sell, this company is the most reputable and trustworthy company in the Denver Metro area. David was able to give me better prices than any other coin company in Denver. He is a Christian and has the character qualities one desires when you are selling investments in gold and silver coins. I would recommend him to anyone who has coin investments that they need to purchase/liquidate or to someone who has inherited coins and needs to know their value. David was honest, knowledgable, and generous with his time. I booked an appointment with him because of his positive reviews on Yelp and his A+ on the BBB. I had recently inherited a modest coin collection from a distant uncle, and David was happy to have a conversation with me about it. He looked over the coins and told me a little about the collection (and my uncle) based on how it was organized, what had been collected, etc. He didn't pressure me to sell the collection, and in the end I decided not to, but I had a feeling he would have given me a fair price. I had a great experience with David at Mile High Coin and Stamp. I found myself in between jobs, so decided to turn loose some inherited items from my grandmother including some old coins and a large amount of silverware (tea sets, forks, knives, misc.). Knowing roughly what these items were worth retail before I went in, he gave me a very fair deal and even x-rayed some items he was on the fence about to gauge their silver content. This business was established over 60 years ago, and has weathered the storm of the economies since then. Both the afore mentioned things are why they still exist. You'll find items priced competitively. Darrin assisted me with coins on my recent visit. He knows his stuff when it comes to precious metals. If you haven't bought used stuff, try this store. Especially on tools. If tools aren't being used on a daily basis then why pay new prices at the big box stores.
