The young man working took my name and phone number and told me the repair would cost $29. When I returned to pick it up, I noticed that the design on nearly half of the ring had been completely smoothed out-something I was never told would happen. I was also charged $43 instead of the quoted $29. I didn't notice the damage until after I had left, so I went back to ask if there was any way they could add the design back, especially since they never disclosed this would be a consequence of the repair. If I had known, I absolutely would have taken it somewhere else. His response was, "I thought I had said something, but I guess not," followed by a half-hearted apology. He told me there was nothing they could do. For my own curiosity, I went to Jim Bartlett Fine Jewelry to see if restoring the design truly wasn't possible or if it was just an excuse not to fix their mistake. The woman there was more apologetic about what happened than the person who actually damaged my ring. She confirmed that the design can be re-lasered-meaning the Jewelry ER could have corrected it but chose not to. Overall, I left disappointed, overcharged, and with a ring that was permanently altered without my permission. I wouldn't recommend taking your jewelry here.

It used to be good but most of the staff is crap . Plain and simple don't take a job if you don't want to do it or can't do it. Just tonight on 11/3/23 around 11:26 P.M ; someone got yelled at with appropriate words for asking about the early closing that tone alone sets the stage for a major issue one day especially if you do it to the wrong person! If there was another store close I would not shop here and I spend thousands a year here only to be treated like garbage around the made up early closing time. You stayed open all day but at closing you don't have enough people? Make it make sense because you even have on site security at the entrance doors and walking the floors. As I sit in the lot writing this review multiple customers have stopped and tried to enter only to be told we are closed but those hours say otherwise... unhappy customers so... I do not recommend this place due to those reasons the items are decent though everything else starting with the staff is not!!! THANK YOU = Disappointment, that all being said (@BURLINGTON OWNER) if you're brave enough to respond with a legitimate and solid answer! Recommendation DO BETTER! HONOR YOUR WORDS

I was hoping to find a place where I could safely enjoy a date night and eat out for the first time…read morein nearly 14 years. While I appreciate having a local health food store in Longview, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen and premade food section doesn't fully align with a clean-eating standard. Because many meals are pre-assembled, it isn't possible to remove common allergens like corn or cheese. Looking closely at the ingredients, items include mayonnaise with high fructose corn syrup, sweet potato fries cooked in soybean oil, and Hormel meats with added hormones. Longview has a strong demand for truly non-inflammatory and allergen-friendly options. Simple kitchen updates would transform this into a go-to spot for people with strict dietary needs: Offering customizable, build-your-own options (so ingredients like corn or dairy can be left off) Swapping to clean base ingredients, like avocado oil for cooking and corn-syrup-free mayo (like Primal Kitchen) Introducing organic ingredients, hormone-free meats, and grain-free menu items There are so many people in our community with sensitivities who would love to be loyal, regular customers if safer, cleaner options were available!

First the guy had to check if it was alright. To substitute things. Which, um, why doesn't he already know? Then, he overcharged me, and when I said something, Valerie came to 'help', overcharging me even more, such that what should've been a $6.99 drink was NOW going to be $11, despite my not including 4-5 of the ingredients in it! If you are at all concerned with the integrity of ingredients, want to know exactly what you're drinking, or would prefer a place that works with you so you can actually have something that won't send you on a flare, DO NOT come here. If you're traveling through and need something healthy, for the love of god, pass by this place and go to either The Granary or to Natural Grocers, both just a few minutes down the road. The store side was unfortunately unimpressive as well - they just didn't have the selection or stock of say, The Granary or Natural Grocers, and it was really expensive. Also the staff over there reeked of bad perfume, and didn't know where stuff was. This may be a healthy place for lunch if you've just started trying to be healthy and are comparing it to say, fried chicken and fries. But bread, wheat, dairy frozen yogurt, orange juice, pineapple juice - these are not healthy things.
