She rolled her eyes--actually rolled them--punched in the order wrong twice, sighed loudly each time like I was the problem, and then when the total came up she practically threw the receipt at me. The final straw was when I asked (very nicely) if they could make sure the fries were fresh because the last time I was here they were cold. She didn't even respond with words. Just stared at me, flipped me off with both hands behind the counter where she clearly thought I couldn't see, then turned around and yelled "ONE!" to the kitchen like I wasn't even standing there. I was stunned. My amazing day? Instantly ruined. I paid, waited in awkward silence, got my food (fries were cold anyway), and left feeling like garbage. I've never had someone go out of their way to be that rude and disrespectful for literally no reason. What an absolute garbage pile of take-out. It's blatantly obvious that the only employee I seen (a female, blonde hair if I am not mistaken) didn't look at the timed order and made it at 2pm and the food had been sitting for 2 hours. They served our large group fairly quickly and got our orders ready, even though they were out of some items. The coca-cola freestyle machine is always a hit, which is why we chose Wendy's at all. The service was polite and helpful, although it wasn't the fastest probably due to us coming in late at night. Overall, it's a pretty average and usual fast food restaurant.
