The situation was so bad that multiple customers gave up and left the drive-thru and dining area without ordering because the wait times were ridiculous. It was obvious the staff and management could not keep up with the volume of business. If this location regularly receives this much traffic, they need to improve staffing, operations, or both. Long waits are frustrating enough, but serving cold food after nearly 40 minutes is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location until they get their act together.

This location has a Chipotlane, BONUS. Especially since it's located on Hospital Drive so from 10:45-12:45 hospital staff have this place flooded. So use the Chipotlane. I went to this Chipotle on 10/31- If you came in costume you received a 6$ entree. I got a Barbacoa salad-it was loaded.Darn near sprained my wrist carrying it to the car. Hands down they have the best vinaigrette salad dressing, but it has 69000 calories. Finally tried the red chimichurri. This is definitely an item they need to keep in rotation.
