That is unhelpful and inefficient. It took over two weeks after I contacted them (and after work stopped on my roof) to tell me the issue that resulted in work stoppage, which I could have resolved in 3 days had I known. In the meantime, a rain shower washed roofing material into my pool and I had a leak in my ceiling, which is now stained. Of course, their contract disclaims any responsibility for painting, caulking, clean-up, etc.

They were always on time, very competitive in pricing and cleaned up entirely when done. I even feel as if they replaced more rotted wood then was originally quoted at no additional charge. I give them a perfect 10 from the original quote to the job completion. My daughter and her mother in law plan on hiring them for their new roof replacement next year. With a new home purchase on the line, I was stuck between a decision to use Truview or another…read morecompetitor. From my first call to the company, staff were very professional and polite. They answered all questions I had regarding the process and the actual inspection. They were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours, which was important because of an encroaching deadline. What ultimately swayed my decision to use Truview was the price. Other competitors, after offering a military discount - which Truview does not - still ran $100 above Truview's cost and didn't include the wind mitigation and four point inspection. The inspector (Armanni) was great - he arrived ahead of schedule and was polite and professional, and was very clear with his explanation of findings. The report was received within approximately an hour of the inspection completion, and all 97 pages detailed every possible deficiency you could imagine - from serious to ridiculously cosmetic. After receiving my report, I was unable to send the 4-point and wind mitigation reports by email for our insurance quotes. A quick call to Truview remedied that, and within 10 minutes each report was sent individually by email to permit easy transmission to the insurance company. Very happy with our choice.

They send out 8-10 guys the first day and get your old roofing off and start your new roof the same day! The secret is they wait for the tiles to arrive and then start, instead of taking off the old roof and letting it sit for weeks. I personally like that moving quickly with lots of workers much better! They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and a super job putting on my new roof. Could not have asked for any better service. They are #1 in my book.
