He ended up needing to send it back and wait for the right colour. Very annoying that they didn't ask or just thought no one would notice. I'll be back for whatever needs I have because the customer service was good and handled it all, but I'd recommend making sure you check your items.

We told them we want bour money back and we will take it elsewhere. We took it to Watch Market in Coquitlam and were told a week. He called us in 6 days and said it was ready. We were initially going to take this to the Omega boutique close by home but upon learning they ship their watches internationally she wanted to find someone local who could handle it. They searched and were fortunate to find Norbert! He fixed the most immediate areas and guided against fixing all the damage but managed to get it back working as it is has never worked so well before. His work is thoughtful and he was extremely honest so well worth the investment in her watch.

Art is a very skilled watchmaker and a kind and fair person to do business with. I have numerous antique time pieces that are all family heirlooms. Therefore I have dealt with a number of watchmakers over the years. Art has been the best by far. My pocket watch belonged to my great Grandad, and it had stopped working. It is a very important family heirloom to me, with a lot of sentimental value. I went to two other watchmakers before I found Art, and they both told me it needed a part and they weren't available, so it could not be repaired. When I found Art, he was willing to look at it and take it apart to clean and service the movement to see if it would work again. Turns out the others were wrong, it did not need any parts, and Art got it working again, fully cleaned, serviced, adjusted, and oiled. It's running better than it ever has now. He did the work in a very reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable cost. I am a very happy and grateful customer, who will be only dealing with Art from now on. Thank you so much Art!
