Saggi called me immediately after I spoke to Elite's dispatch. Saggi was polite and indicated he could meet me in about 30 minutes. He asked me about the problem and game me a range, below the original offer from Bob's.. which I respect considering he had to look at the lock. He ended up calling me back apologizing for the short delay and even apologized again when he arrived. He was able to get me back into my storage door in no time and provided a few recommendations how to better secure my door. Saggi is my "go to" going forward and I would highly recommend you call Elite over the others listed.

Told her that they'd charge anywhere between $40-$50 and it would be quick so she could get the baby out. This guy saw a mother in distress and COMPLETELY took advantage of her and her state of panic. This guy pops the lock in mere seconds, then says she owes him $160, but had to use some specific app to pay him. She said she only had Venmo, so he says, "okay, Venmo me, but now the price is $250, because she couldn't use the app!?!?! You're thinking the same as me, "why didn't she download the app?" Well the stress of having the baby locked inside and the whole experience had her head running in circles, so she just paid him what he demanded. The REAL question is, "why was it even $160 to open something so simple???" This company is 100% pure shady and despicable. As an Elite Yelper, I dislike writing horrible 1-star review, but THIS is a company that I want to make SURE that people read about or think twice before calling. This company truly deserves NEGATIVE stars and I hope they contact me directly so they can refund my sister in law 100%. Many companies would likely have not charged this poor woman at all considering it took less than 10 seconds on a cheapo older car and she was obviously a wreck. Horrible customer service! This is not a legitimate company looking for long term business. They…read morereplaced a broken lock for me about 7 months ago and it breaks this weekend. It is supposed to be under warranty so I called them and spoke to "Mike" the owner. He told me he'd send someone out to fix it properly. The first guy that called me back wasn't even with his company and had no idea what lock I was talking about and said it wasn't them. Mike called back and said he'd send someone else - prior to agreeing to it I asked what the cost would be so I was ready up front and they told me nothing to fix it (which is fair given this lock was not even a year old). Mike sent a friend out who first tells me Mike is his boss, and the later tells me he works independently, and then later tells me he is a supervisor and is just helping out and is there to help me. Well he "fixed" it by leaving a piece off of the lock, which doesn't look good, no did it actually work or secure my door. And then it breaks again while he is here, and it completely falls out (no surprise given they tried to tell me it works without all the parts). And the only solution he offers is for me to by a new lock. I tried to speak to this so called Mike but he refused to talk, stating to "never call them again" and then hung up on me. Well Mike, I have no reason to call again. And I highly recommend nobody else does either!!! Horrible service!

Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.
